(Minghui.org) Falun Dafa practitioners in Omiya City, Saitama Prefecture, teamed up with a non-governmental organization, “Ethics Association for Business,” to hold a dumpling party on the last weekend of June 2025.

During the event, they taught the Falun Dafa exercises to the guests. Some borrowed Falun Dafa books lent to them by practitioners and said they would read them. Many people said they would like to go to the practice site and continue doing the exercises, and one person invited practitioners to teach the exercises at his company.

Three rooms were rented for the event. In the kitchen, practitioners taught the ladies how to make Chinese dumplings. The men were very interested in the health benefits of practicing the Falun Dafa exercises. They listened to a short introduction and then learned the exercises.

After the dumplings were ready, adults and children enjoyed them along with some special dishes from Northeast China. The atmosphere was lively and everyone remarked that the food was delicious.

After everyone had eaten, practitioners introduced Falun Dafa’s principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance, and explained some key points of the exercise movements. Everyone did the exercises very seriously and many said they felt very relaxed after trying them.

Afterwards, people sat in small groups and chatted. Practitioners described how they started practicing Falun Dafa and the positive changes they experienced. They also talked to attendees about how the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) persecutes Falun Dafa, including the CCP’s crime of harvesting organs from imprisoned practitioners while they are alive.

Some people had previously heard of Falun Dafa and knew about the persecution. They asked questions and learned more about what is taking place in China.

Many expressed their understanding of the CCP’s true nature. One elderly woman said, “In Japan we treat with each other with mutual respect. Japan is a democratic country, and you can practice Falun Dafa freely here.” She also encouraged practitioners to persist in their efforts to expose the persecution in China.

After the dumpling party, people watched the film State Organs. People said the crime of forced organ harvesting crime was shocking and they wanted to do their part to stop it.

A man who writes novels and local news was shocked by the CCP’s brutality and expressed admiration for practitioners after listening to a practitioner’s story of how her mother was illegally arrested and sentenced in China. He asked practitioners to notify him if they planned to hold an event in his area, and he would help promote it.
