Practitioner from the Wen-ling City of Zhe-jiang Province, Lu-hai Xu, is being detained in the Shi-li-ping labor camp of Long-you City for "extremely harsh" forced-labor education.
January 30, 2000 Minghui Net reported on December 31 of 1999 that eleven practitioners including Gao Xian-min were arrested when having a picnic in Tian-he Park of Guang-zhou City. They were later sent to Tian-he and Tang-xia detention centers for administrative or criminal detention. Practitioners were forced-fed with salt water after starting hunger strike.
