In October of 1999, Guangzhou practitioner Zhuang Jian and Guizhou practitioner Chen Tuoyu, were arrested during an experience-sharing meeting at the home of a practitioner in Sichuan Province. Since then, they have been detained in the Guanghan Detention Center of Sichuan Province. It has been over 8 months.
