(Clearwisdom.net) A former Daqing City Procuratorate official said, "The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) says that they support freedom of belief. Falun Gong is a belief! These practitioners are only trying to become good people and obtain better health. Why did they ban the practice? Isn't this suppressing freedom of belief? There is no law in China--the rule of the CCP is above all. If the conduct of the CCP personnel was moral, it would be okay, but they are just a bunch of ruffians! They practice a communism that they adopted from the the now defunct Soviet Union. They are headed for self destruction! Falun Gong definitely has its principles and logic. If it didn't, why are so many people practicing? These practitioners come from all walks of life! It has spread widely overseas these past few years. I am sure all these people are not stupid. I think the CCP is the real idiot!"
A lawyer in Daqing City said, "Jiang Zemin never did any good deeds--he is not capable of doing anything good. By persecuting Falun Gong, I think he lost his direction after becoming confused and engrossed by his status. There are 100 million practitioners in China and abroad. They come from all walks of life. When you persecute good people, you are only sealing your fate and asking for karmic retribution! Furthermore, those practitioners are really good people. I don't see them committing any evil deeds. All those bad deeds that harm the country and the citizens of China are committed by the CCP itself!"
A committee member from the politics consultative conference said, "People have a saying with regards to the Falun Gong issue. It is: 'Only the CCP could originate the persecution of 100 million people!" If not, why do people say that the CCP is an evil spirit and that heaven is destroying it? Your Master is really great, as evidenced by the number of practitioners: one hundred million people from all walks of life. Sit down and really think about it, doesn't this tell you something? This in itself already shows the greatness of your Master. I would also like him to be my Master. Is that okay?"
