(Clearwisdom.net) For the past few months, I have always wanted to say something on the Minghui website; however, due to my poor writing skills, and limited knowledge about Falun Dafa, I did not dare to speak out. Although delayed, I finally have courage enough to talk about my true inner feelings of Teacher Li and true Falun Dafa practitioners.
In 2005, as far as I remember, it all started from my desire to learn English. I began to search the English program from the Voice of America on the Internet. However, since the Internet was blocked, I had to search for ways to break through. I found Freegate (special software designed to break through China's Internet blockade), and from then on, I began to see a world completely different from the one I had previously known.
I remember then what most attracted my attention; it was the video about the so-called Tiananmen self-immolation. So much evidence in the video made me deeply believe that it had been staged to incite hatred against Falun Gong. I was truly shocked.
Later, I watched the video of the Nine Commentaries on the Chinese Communist Party. I watched it from beginning to end in one shot. Again, I was truly shocked. I felt so miserable for living in such a society. On thinking about the education that I had received, I felt that I had been deeply poisoned. I had been totally deceived by the CCP (Chinese Communist Party). I felt my education was just lies. Right away, I quit the CCP.
After that, I sent the Freegate software to a few friends and colleagues so they, too, could check out what I had learned. I shared my understanding of the Tiananmen self-immolation and other truths about the CCP with friends on different occasions.
At that time, I did not know Falun Dafa practitioners were behind all of this. As an atheist, I totally ignored Falun Dafa, not even making an effort to understand what it is. Afterwards, even though I used a special web tool to break through the Internet blockade every day, I only paid attention to what was happening in China. Gradually, after reading repeated "negative" news about China, I became passive, and lost my direction in life. I even had to force myself not to log onto those websites. Later I even forgot how to use the special web tool to break through the Internet blockage.
Probably because Dafa had not given up on me--before the "Beijing Olympics"--when I was chatting with others through QQ (Chinese instant-messaging software), a friend found me and began to chat with me, and he sent me another copy of Freegate.
In March 2007, my wife was pregnant, so I became more and more interested in parental education and child education. I had read a few books on child education theories. A few months ago, when I happened to read the content on exploring energy from the universe and something invisible to our human flesh eyes from a book entitled "Right Part of Brain Revolution" written by a Japanese child education specialist, he also mentioned about cultivation in his book, which reminded me of Falun Dafa cultivation. With the intent of getting to know about cultivation, I went to the website and downloaded MP3 files of Teacher's Li's Dalian lectures. After I finished listening to them, even though it was hard for me to let go of all my attachments about cultivation, I truly believe that people who hold themselves to Truth-Compassion-Forbearance are by no means ordinary people. After their xinxing improves, they will do good deeds and accumulate de. It makes sense that their illness karma is eliminated as a result.
As I began to learn about Falun Gong, I have been paying particular attention to the Minghui and NTDTV websites. I read practitioners' stories, read Teacher Li's lectures, listen to music from the Minghui website, and follow reporting on the Divine Performing Arts. As soon as I started doing that, I found positive news right away, I began to see the way-out for the Chinese nation. I came to truly believe that things done by practitioners can surely end the tragedy brought about by the Communism in China and bring a bright future to China. I stopped seeing "negative news" on China, instead, I began to see the way-out of the Chinese nation as well as the whole world, I finally snapped out of my passive mood.
Looking at everything Dafa practitioners have done and everything they do, it is all done to save the Chinese nation and the whole world. This is truly unprecedented. Everything they do is just as the sayings goes: "As if assisted by gods". Looking at the Nine Commentaries on the Chinese Communist Party, can ordinary people have written it? Looking at the way the Nine Commentaries are spread, can ordinary people do it? Looking at how widespread the DPA shows, could ordinary people do it? Looking at stories about practitioners clarifying the truth and validating the Fa, can ordinary people do it? In 2008, I received two phone calls with recordings and another in person. From the way she spoke, I could tell she was in her 70s. By and large, I consider what they have done to be truly extraordinary!
Even though the CCP exhausted all its financial means countrywide, it cannot do anything as well as practitioners can. I would say the CCP is not battling human beings, but gods. Hence, it's obvious what the end result will be.
Before long, I learned the theory of training children by reading ancient texts, and I had my child read them. I consider this method a simple and practical way of educating children, and I believe it has a long-term effect on the person. I have my child listen to texts on Confucianism and Taoism as well as ancient music and even Shakespeare's works. I am also looking forward to having my child listen and recite Dafa books. That will be truly wonderful.
