(Clearwisdom.net) Editors' note: In both Western and Chinese cultures, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. The universe will reward acts that are in harmony with this principle, while doing things such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.
Persecutors Suffer Retribution in Yunfu City
Lin Chuxiong was the director of the criminal investigation office for the public security division of Yunfu Iron Ore. He is known to have co-operated with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) by following Falun Gong practitioners at night and actively participating in the interrogation of practitioners. He recently died of cancer at the age of 50.
Huang Zhenzhou, former director of the Yuncheng district, Yunfu city, 610 Office, is also known to have actively participated in persecuting Falun Gong. He was recently sent to jail on charges of corruption.
Retribution in Jiandong town, Jiaozhou city, Shandong province
Zhou Guangjin is from Shandong province, Jiaozhou city, Jiaodong town, Yujia village. He was the former director of an army division in Diankou village, and actively participated in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. In October 2000, he led people to arrest Falun Gong practitioners in different villages. When the security office holding cells were full, he detained practitioners at the Diankou village transportation office. There are reports that he beat practitioners.
Zhou retired recently and should now be enjoying life. However, on the day after his daughter's wedding, Zhou Guangjin was hit by a truck. He sustained a severe head injury and fell unconscious immediately. He is still hospitalized and unconscious.
Zhou not only persecuted Falun Gong practitioners, but also treated fellow villagers harshly when dealing with birth-control issues.
We hope that people who participate in persecuting Falun Gong stop their wrongdoing immediately. Falun Gong practitioners do not wish to see people to suffer retribution because they followed the CCP's policies. Rather, we hope to see people benefit from treating Falun Gong kindly.
