(Clearwisdom.net) Editors' note: In both Western and Chinese cultures, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. The universe will reward acts that are in harmony with this principle, while doing things such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.
Na Tiefeng was an official in Xiqin Village, Shangcheng City, Helongjiang Province. On February 7, 2008 (lunar calendar Jan. 29), he suddenly died while brushing his teeth in the bathroom. He was only 33 years old.
Na Tiefeng closely followed the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) orders in persecuting practitioners. On February 28, 2004, Na Tiefeng, Wang Lianjun, the secretary of the Political and Law Committee in Xiqin village, the 610 Office in Shuangcheng city, and police from the security office arrested many practitioners including Na Zhengxiang and Qiu Fangqi. Na Zhengxiang was illegally sentenced to two years of forced labor. On September 16, 2005, he was tortured to death in Changlinzi Labor Camp in Harbin.
The same night that practitioner Qiu Fangqi was arrested, Na Tiefeng beat him so hard that he lost consciousness. Later, they tied him to a heating pipe. The next day, he was transferred to Shangcheng Detention Center. On March 11, 2004, he was forcibly taken to Changlinzi Labor Camp and detained for one and half years. There, he suffered both physical and mental tortures.
Heaven will not tolerate the persecution of Dafa practitioners. We sincerely hope that those who have been and are still being used by the CCP to persecute practitioners will wake up and learn from Na Tiefeng's untimely death. Stop your crime and withdraw from the CCP to make up for your mistakes so that you will have a bright future.
