(Clearwisdom.net) This is the first time I have contributed something to the Minghui website (Chinese version of Clearwisdom.net). I would like to share my cultivation experiences.

One day in August 1998, I was talking with others at the center of our village. A lady that sold vegetables approached me and said that she was able to give acupuncture treatments to my ailing backache. In the process of the treatment she said to me, "I am a Falun Gong practitioner. If you practice Falun Gong, you can recover without acupuncture treatments." I was very surprised and wondered whether such a good thing existed. With her assistance, I received a copy of Zhuan Falun and started to practice the exercises. Within a short period of several months, all of my ailments had disappeared. I am so happy. Not long after I started cultivation, my wife also became a practitioner.

During the short period of several months when I had obtained the Fa, I deeply felt the beauty of Dafa and I was overjoyed to take part in Fa study, the exercises and activities of spreading the Fa.

One day, I was spraying insecticide on fruit trees. After I returned home and had lunch, I realized that I was poisoned. I thought that I would be ok after I took a walk but I started to feel very dizzy and sweat immediately started to drench my whole body. My wife, who just started to cultivate, was scared. I struggled to return home and trembled even after I lied down and covered myself with blankets. My wife asked me whether I was alright and suggested I go see a doctor. I replied that I would be alright because Master would protect me. Then I vomited. My younger sister brought a cold soda for me to drink. I vomited some green liquid. My sister said that I should go to see a doctor quickly. I told them not to worry about me and that I would be fine. I understand that it is impossible for a practitioner to be ill and it was a test and a chance for me to improve myself. My wife and my sister no longer tried to persuade me after they saw my steadfast faith. When my sister left, my wife suggested that we study the Fa together to stabilize our firm belief in Master. After a whole day of righteous thoughts to combat the fake illness, it disappeared. I had passed the test under Master's protection. At the beginning of my cultivation, I had many similar tests and overcame them. I have become more and more steadfast in my cultivation and belief in Master and Dafa.

After the persecution began, practitioners came out to validate the Fa and save sentient beings by clarifying the truth. At first, we were not clear on what to do to validate Dafa, then Master told us,

"As you already know, Dafa disciples have gone through the process of Consummation, and history today has bestowed upon Dafa disciples an even greater responsibility: not your own liberation and Consummation, but saving more sentient beings. That's why you deserve to be Dafa disciples." ("Teaching and Explaining the Fa at the Metropolitan New York Fa Conference")

I learned that as a Dafa disciple, our responsibility was to validate the Fa and save sentient beings. Master's purifying our bodies and letting us study the Fa is to prepare us to better validate the Fa and save sentient beings.

Due to the persecution, many practitioners were in fear and we couldn't communicate amongst each other. We acted independently at first. Later on, my wife joined me and we became a steadfast group in validating the Fa. Gradually, we contacted other practitioners and we restored our Fa study group, thus we studied, exercised and validated the Fa together. We then began to make posters reading "Falun Dafa is good" and "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good" and went out to post them in public.

As there were few materials production sites and many practitioners to supply, there was a shortage of materials for a period of time. After communicating with fellow practitioners, I bought the required equipment with the help of other practitioners. Fellow practitioners chose the articles for me to produce hence I started to do the simplest materials production job--copying materials, and thereby solved the shortage problem.

With the Fa-rectification forging ahead, more and more practitioners returned to Dafa cultivation and we were thus in shortage of materials again. With the publishing of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, we needed to expose the evil regime and spread the commentaries widely. So it became our mission to persuade people to quit the CCP and its affiliates. When I read the article "From Hoe to Mouse," I was deeply moved so I decided to make truth clarify materials independently. A coordinator and practitioner who is proficient in technology helped me buy a computer and printer and from then on I had a new tool to help Master with Fa-rectification. I had a difficult time in running the site and at first , and couldn't make use of the equipment well. I became somewhat discouraged but later on, under Master's compassionate protection and fellow practitioners' help, I gradually resolved all the problems and began producing materials.

Master said,

"The old forces don't dare to oppose our clarifying the truth or saving sentient beings. What's key is to not let them take advantage of the gaps in your state of mind when you do things." ("Teaching the Fa at the 2002 Fa Conference in Boston")

While on the Fa-rectification path arranged by Master, the old forces dared not interfere with us. But as I was not able to relinquish my strong attachment to the love for my child for a long time, the old forces made a deadly attack. In December 2004, our only child drowned on his way back home. The catastrophe was more than we could handle and my wife and I felt as if the sky fell. We lost our confidence in clarifying the truth.

Fellow practitioners came to my home to help us to improve our understandings from the principles of the Fa, to totally deny the persecution by the old forces, and walk firmly on the path arranged by Master. As we improved ourselves from the principles of the Fa, we recuperated quickly and all of my friends and relatives witnessed the miracle of Dafa. They all say that Falun Dafa is good. Dafa saved my family. Without Dafa and cultivation, it is impossible for me to imagine how to go about living the rest of my life.

The old forces tried to drag down and destroy us, but they failed. They were unwilling to give up, so they used other means to interfere.

One day, a person looking quite pale came to our home and asked us to give him some water to drink. I noticed that one of his arms was broken. I gave him water and he said, "I want to drink hot water." I replaced it with hot water and he said that he was a fortune-teller. He claimed that something was wrong with my garden. I stopped him immediately with righteous thoughts: If you want to drink or eat, we will be happy to provide it for you, but I am a Falun Gong practitioner and we are under our Master's protection. Under Master's compassionate protection and our righteous thought, the old forces failed again.

At one point, we relied on other practitioners to supply us with information materials instead of operating independently as suggested in the articles published on the Minghui website. We still relied on others, thus the old forces again found our shortcomings. In the spring of 2008, the old forces took away one of the practitioners who is proficient in technology. We thought this over and summed up all of Master's teachings, made improvements based on the Fa and decided that we must eliminate our human notions and take the initiative to do things on our own. Now we operate our materials site independently.

We put money to work in clarifying the truth. We print or write truth clarification messages on the money. A fellow practitioner later made various rubber stamps so it was easier for us to do. When we spend the money, we send righteous thought to have the money save more sentient beings.

One time when we were at a big fair, I wanted to buy something from an old man. When he received the money, he read the words stamped on it and said, "This money tells us the truth!" I asked, "Are you a Communist Party member?" He said that he was. I tried to persuade him to quit the CCP, but he refused. I kept sending forth righteous thoughts and went on telling him how corrupt the CCP is. I told him that the CCP persecutes good people. At last he understood and made the three withdrawals.

The above are some of my experiences in helping Master with Fa-rectification. I would not be able to do anything without Master's guidance and protection. I firmly believe in Master and the Fa. I deeply appreciate Master's compassionate protection. I will do the three things better according to Master's requirements and follow Master to return home.
