(Clearwisdom.net) Mr. Yang Pichang, a 48-year-old Falun Gong practitioner and employee of the Wulian County Export Company in the City of Rizhao, Shandong Province, was arrested on February 17, 2009 around 10:00 in the morning and taken to the Hexi Detention Center.
Mr. Yang was not allowed to see his family. Involved in this illegal activity were one male officer, Xu Lianpeng, one female officer, Zheng Xia and another tall male officer.
Between 2:00 and 5:00 p.m. of the same day, police officers from the Public Security Bureau in Wulian County ransacked Mr. Yang's home and took some of his personal property including his notebook computer, video recorder, two cameras, a VCD player, etc.
The local Public Security Bureau was concerned about public outrage over this incident and hence blocked all news relating to Mr. Yang.
