I enlightened that, on my path of cultivation, when helping a fellow practitioner whose cultivation state is not good, we should avoid "Trying to Help the Shoots Grow by Pulling Them Upwards." We all know that if we want the shoots to grow vigorously, we must pay meticulous attention to their care, including fertilizing, irrigating, and weeding them. In dealing with practitioners not in a good cultivation state, the best method is to study the Fa together with them or encourage them to study the Fa a lot and improve from the Fa principles, instead of finding fault with them for not doing well here or there, or just pointing out where they are not on the Fa.

As for new practitioners, we must encourage them to study the Fa a lot and do the exercises well. We especially need to help them to learn to look inward and cultivate themselves as soon as possible, instead of dragging them too quickly into doing all kinds of activities that should be done by Fa-rectification period Dafa practitioners. Among the activities the Fa-rectification period Dafa practitioners are doing, many are very similar to the activities of everyday people. However, these activities have very deep inner meanings of the Fa and many are battles between the righteous and the evil in other dimensions. This requires the practitioners to have some grounding in cultivation and be able to endure. Only these practitioners are able to take part in such activities and bring into full play their righteous thoughts as well as their divine powers. There are other activities, such as promoting the Shen Yun Performing Arts. If it's for everyday people, you only need to clarify the main points and do a good job on the technical side, then you can receive corresponding positive results. If this promotion is done by practitioners, these practitioners need to have reached a certain cultivation level. Otherwise, the remnants of the old forces will use any problems in our cultivation to interfere in an attempt to make us fail to reach the requirements Teacher set for Fa-rectification. That is to say, if our cultivation state fails to maintain these standards, the results of what we do might be worse than that of everyday people. Everything has a reason.

If we look at it from the perspective of cultivation, this is how it is. This is what I have enlightened to at this moment.
