(Clearwisdom.net) A man who lives in the West Mountain area in Baoji City, Shanxi Province was helping his neighbor pick walnuts when he fell out of the tree. He was immediately taken to the hospital where it was found that his liver and lungs were damaged. His gall bladder was totally ruptured and nine of his ribs were broken. His pelvis was also broken and smashed.
Due to various reasons and the financial problems of both families, he was left unattended in the emergency ward for more than twelve days. Without effective, timely treatment, tumors started to form in his damaged organs, and he could not undergo surgery. In the end they used a dozen pieces of metal, nuts, and bolts to piece together his pelvis. Then he was sent back to the ward.
He was in severe pain and helpless. A nurse (a Falun Gong practitioner) came to frequently tell him the facts about Falun Gong. She told him that many people who were terminally ill experienced miracles after hearing the facts and sincerely reciting "Falun Dafa is good. Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good."
He believed what she said. By then, both families had spent more than ten thousand yuan in medical expenses and were unable to continue paying the high hospitalization fees. Thus, he was discharged and sent home. Before he left, the doctor advised the family that he would at most live for one more year.
When he was dying and in critical condition, the practitioners in his village came to tell him to recite, "Falun Dafa is good. Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good." They told him that the Master of Falun Dafa could save his life.
He started to recite the phrases with sincerity. A few days later, although he was emaciated, he started to eat. Later, the practitioners came to let him read the new articles from Master Li. As he read the books, he started to recover a little more each day. A month later, he was able to get out of bed and start walking around on crutches.
One day, his neighbor saw him walking outside. The neighbor went home to tell his family. His family member did not believe him until he witnessed it for himself when he went to visit.
This person has now fully recovered. He even started to do some simple jobs with the construction team. Whoever he meets, he says that it is the Master of Falun Gong that saved him and gave him a new lease on life. His relatives and friends all witnessed the wonderfulness and miracles of Falun Gong through his experience. Through reading the Falun Gong books, his xinxing has improved. He no longer bears grudges towards his neighbors.
