(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Deng Ren, around 40 years old is a soft-spoken and kind person. She works diligently and is always ready to help as the director of information in the Productive Force Center, an affiliate of the Shijiazhuang City Bureau of Technology, Hebei Province. However, due to her belief in Truthfulness-Benevolence-Forbearance, she has repeatedly suffered persecution. She was once detained at the Shijiazhuang Forced Labor Camp.
It has been said that Ms. Deng's work unit has reported her to the 610 Office. As a result, she will be sent to the so-called "Law Education Class," which is in fact a brainwashing class that tries to transform practitioners. The officials from the Shijiazhuang City Bureau of Technology and its affiliated productive force center are supposedly the leaders of the technology field and should have a good understanding of the law. However, they forcibly sent an employee to a brainwashing class.
According to the Chinese Constitution and the Law of Criminal Procedure, every citizen's personal freedom must not be violated; no citizen can be arrested without permission or decision from the People's Court or the People's Procuratorate and the process can only be carried out by the Public Security Department. Therefore, any institution, group, enterprise or individual that arrests people without following the legal procedure is considered to be committing an illegal act. They should be punished according to law.
The officials in the Shijiazhuang City Bureau of Technology and its affiliated productive force center can resist the pressure from the authorities and protect their employees. If they continue to participate in sending Ms. Deng Ren to the brainwashing classes, they are committing a crime and will certainly face legal responsibility.
