(Clearwisdom.net) From the 4th to the 5th of April 2009, in the province of Vastra Gotalands Ian, Skovde City holds a health exhibition every year. Falun Gong practitioners were invited to attend the health exhibition, and moreover became the focus of attention of the people there.

The area of Skovde City is situated between Lake Vanern and Lake Vattern, 90 miles northeast of Goteborg. Attending the health fair were many alternative treatment and health consultation methods, and many of those participating in the exhibition and those attending came from other cities.
People came to the exhibition table of Falun Gong practitioners in an endless stream to watch their demonstration, ask for materials, and even talk with practitioners. The health fair originally had arranged for Falun Gong practitioners to do two demonstrations of the exercises each day, but because it was so popular, the organiser asked practitioners to increase the amount to three times a day. A woman from another city was watching the exercise demonstration on the stage, while at the same time learning how to practice. After practising, she gave a thumbs up to the practitioners and said that she felt really great. Upon leaving she picked up some introductory Falun Gong materials, and expressed how she would like to find the local practice site where she lives and learn to practice Falun Gong. Also many local people left their contact details, hoping to come to their local practice sites to learn and practice the exercises.
