(Clearwisdom.net) One day in September of 2006, an 80-year-old lady from my village was bitten by a poisonous snake while working in her garden. Immediately, her hands, feet, and back swelled up, and her life was in imminent danger. Her son bought her an antidote cream, but it hurt more after she used it. However, after she washed the cream off, the swelling went down a little bit.
At that time, the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party had just been published for over a year, and the number of people withdrawing from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) was gathering momentum in China. She saw that many people around her recovered from their illnesses after learning the truth about Falun Gong, quitting the CCP, and reciting "Falun Dafa is good! Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good!" She thought that saving others was the same as saving herself. Therefore, she began to clarify the truth about Falun Gong and try to persuade people to quit the CCP.
Many people in my village and those in the neighboring village got to know the facts about Falun Gong, and some also quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations. The swelling on her body eventually went away without her having to use any medication.
The woman's miraculous recovery from a poisonous snake bite has been widely circulated in our local area. Many fellow villagers and neighbors have withdrawn from the CCP after hearing her story.
A Party Branch Secretary at a Hospital Withdraws from the CCP
In 2008, my sister-in-law was diagnosed with breast cancer at the county hospital. I told her, "Your family is in poverty. Would you like to practice Falun Gong?" She agreed. After practicing for a week, the breast cancer disappeared. She is now very diligent in her cultivation.
My aunt is the CCP branch secretary in a hospital. After she found out that my sister-in-law's breast cancer went away after practicing Falun Gong, she quit the CCP. She said, "At my hospital, some patients who were "sentenced to death" have also recovered after practicing Falun Gong. I believe in Falun Gong."
