(Clearwisdom.net) My most recent enlightenment came from doing truth-clarification: presently sentient beings are eager to know the truth and are waiting to be saved.
Over time I have developed a habit of always carrying truth-clarification materials with me, never leaving the house empty-handed. I find myself coming and going throughout the day: buying groceries, taking children to and from school, and coordinating Dafa activities. Each time I go out, I always carry with me some informational material such as pocket-size truth-clarification booklets, Minghui Weekly magazines, the Nine Commentaries and Shen Yun Performing Arts show DVDs. Normally I combine other materials into small packets, but I usually hand out the Shen Yun discs separately. It doesn't matter whether I walk or ride my bicycle, whenever I see cars, bicycles, motorcycles that are parked on the road, they are all good places for me to leave materials. Sometimes when I am riding my bicycle and see moving motor-tricycles with a basket on the back, I toss some materials in it.
One time, while I was riding my bicycle and tossing some materials into the passing vehicles, a young man on his motorcycle caught up with me. He pointed toward the basket on the back of his motorcycle. I then realized that he wanted a some materials so I tossed some material into his basket. After he rode ahead about ten meters, he stopped the motorcycle, retrieved the material and carefully put it into his shirt pocket.
Another time, while I was handing out informational material at an outdoor food market, an owner from one of the food stands noticed that he did not get one. He shouted, " Hey! Hurry, give me a copy too. I really enjoy reading Falun Dafa's information!" A young fellow heard that and asked me, "What are you handing out? Could I get one?"
On one occasion while I was riding my motorcycle with a family member who is also a practitioner and handing out materials, a woman followed me with her electric motorcycle and asked me to give her two sets of materials because she wanted to give a set to her friend.
The situation of Fa rectification has changed rapidly and sentient beings are eagerly waiting to being saved. We should know that time is urgent and should accelerate our pace of the sentient beings rescue mission.
In the past ten years, with new information materials that change each year, I have worked closely with another practitioner from our region and we have covered an area 60 kilometers long and 30 kilometers wide which includes more than 600 villages and nearly a million people. Every household in our region, from the smallest to the biggest streets, knows about the goodness of Falun Dafa. In order to prevent the materials from being confiscated by the village Party officials, we collected a list of the village officials' names and their addresses. We sent out special truth-clarification letters to them, letting them know the truth about Falun Dafa. We warned them about karmic retribution: good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evil deeds will be met with karmic retribution; and we advised them not to commit any crimes against Dafa. We wanted them to know the truth about Falun Dafa so they could be saved and also avoid doing anything that would influence the villagers' chance to be saved.
My cultivation experience does not compare to other more diligent practitioners and is a far cry from meeting Teacher's requirements. I will strive to be more diligent in doing the three things that Teacher asks of us. I will continuously look within, conquer my shortcomings and to be a qualified Dafa practitioner.
