(Clearwisdom.net) After the 2009 Chinese New Year, our local practitioners made great efforts in clarifying the facts about the persecution of Falun Gong in the countryside. We went door to door to talk to the villagers. Five practitioners were divided into two groups. One elderly practitioner and I were one group. Most of the time we talked harmoniously and explained why we had come all the way to this village. It's actually very easy to talk to the villagers about the persecution and to persuade them to quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
Before we entered a home, we sent forth righteous thoughts. After chatting briefly, we usually came straight to the point by asking, "Have you ever heard of "the three renouncements (Quitting the CCP, the Youth League, and the Young Pioneers), which will ensure your safety?" If they said no, we would say, "How come you've never heard of such a big event? You are lucky today, because if you agree, I can help you quit the CCP." After some more discussion, most people would agree to withdraw. Some were very happy and expressed their thanks. We told these people, "Please don't thank me. Just remember, 'Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.'"
A couple in their 50's said that they didn't quite understand what we were trying to tell them, so they came with us when we went next door and asked many questions. We asked them whether they had watched the 2009 Shen Yun show. They said that they had watched the show, but didn't understand that either. We took the opportunity to talk about the well-known stories depicted in the show such as the "The Monkey King Triumphs" and "Monk Ji Gong Abducts the Bride." We also talked about the story "When the Lion's Eyes Turn Red", which was a scene in the 2006 Chinese New Year Spectacular. Finally, they said they understood. They were very happy and kept thanking us. They accompanied us for quite some ways before saying goodbye.
It was already 3:00 p.m. when we finished clarifying the facts about Falun Gong to everyone in that village. We had missed the bus. The fellow practitioner thought about her nephew, who lived close to that village but still didn't quit the CCP yet. We decided to visit his family. Coincidently his nephew was a driver. We helped him and his wife quit the CCP, and later he drove us to a place where we could catch a van.
While waiting for the van, a 40-year-old woman riding a motorcycle came towards us. She asked us how many passengers we saw in the van just passing by. She complained angrily about the driver, and she thought he had taken away her business. We tried to calm her down and then persuaded her to quit the CCP. She was very happy. She held our hands and wouldn't let us go. She persuaded us to take her van. We said, "Please rest assured. We will definitely take your van even if we have other choices." While waiting for that woman's van, the fellow practitioner recognized several acquaintances who were also waiting there. We took the chance and persuaded them to quit the CCP. As soon as they agreed to quit the CCP, that woman's van arrived. We got on her van, and the fellow practitioner recognized several other acquaintances. We cooperated with each other and clarified the facts in a loud voice. We talked about the natural and man-made disasters, corrupt government officials, and the corrupt society. We also talked about the June 4 Tiananmen Square Massacre, the Cultural Revolution and other political movements, during which 80 million Chinese were persecuted to death in a time of peace. Over ten people agreed to quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations. Some of them were teachers.
By the end of the day, we had successfully persuaded over sixty people to quit the CCP, while the other practitioners had successfully persuaded over thirty people. Therefore, two groups of practitioners helped about one hundred people quit the CCP that day. As long as we upgrade our xinxing level, Teacher will let us meet up with people who have a predestined relationship with us and give us wisdom. Then, we will not lack the words we need to clear up misconceptions about Falun Gong and speak of the CCP's true nature.
During the past several years, we have never stopped distributing truth clarification materials. Many people have come to understand the truth, but just didn't know how to quit the CCP. Some people have questions, but don't know where to get the answers. While clarifying the facts face to face, we can answer their questions more effectively and help them quit the CCP.
We believe that it's urgent to save sentient beings through clarifying the facts face to face. We hope that fellow practitioners can also talk to people about the persecution and accomplish their mission as Dafa practitioners of the Fa-rectification period. We are divine beings in the human world. Let us leave behind a splendid history, accomplish our mission of validating the Fa and help Master save sentient beings.
