(Clearwisdom.net) On July 10, the Saipan city government presented a plaque of appreciation to Falun Gong practitioners' Divine Land Marching Band for their outstanding performance in the Independence Day Parade.

At 2 p.m., a ceremony was held at the mayor's office and Mayor Juan Borja Tudela presented the plaque to a representative of the local Falun Gong group. The practitioners thanked the city government for the recognition and brought the mayor Falun Dafa informational materials, an introduction of the Divine Land Marching Band and a DVD of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party.
