(Clearwisdom.net) On July 19, 2009, it was very hot in Seoul, Korea. Falun Gong practitioners held a rally and march in a Chinese community condemning the CCP's ten-year-long persecution of Falun Gong and calling for an immediate end to this crime against humanity.

On July 20, 1999, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) launched a brutal persecution of Falun Gong. Since the start of the persecution, Falun Gong practitioners throughout the world have been persistently speaking out about the facts about Falun Gong and exposing the CCP's crimes in a tireless effort to end the persecution.
Mr. Wu, Director of the Korean Branch of the Chinese Democracy Overseas Federation, participated in the march under invitation. He said that he supported the practitioners' efforts to disintegrate the CCP. July 20 is not only about the persecution of Falun Gong, but a disaster for all Chinese people. It is an unprecedented persecution in Chinese history.
He emphasized, "Ten years have passed. The CCP's persecution of Falun Gong has not stopped, but has escalated. The reason is that the CCP totalitarian regime has not changed. As long as the CCP is not disintegrated, the persecution will continue. Only the disintegration of the CCP can stop the persecution."
He said, "The CCP's persecution of Falun Gong helps Falun Gong spread across the world. It indicates that the whole world needs Truth-Compassion-Forbearance. With practitioners' steadfast efforts to inform the the people of the true situation, the CCP's persecution cannot last much longer. I call on all kind-hearted people around the world to support Falun Gong and stop the persecution by denouncing the CCP."
Calling on the Korean Government to Support Falun Gong practitioners
Practitioner Ms. Yu, who is applying for asylum in Korea, said, "Some of my fellow practitioners in China were tortured to death. Some of them were sentenced to 11-year imprisonment. I am on the wanted list for refusing to write a guarantee statement to renounce my belief. After I came to Korea, I applied for asylum. But my application was denied. Korean government recently deported a practitioner to China. I was astonished and regret this decision of the Korean government.
"At this moment, which marks the 10th year that practitioners have resisted the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong, I'd like to tell the Korean government that the CCP has committed numerous crimes against Chinese people during its 60-year rule. Nowadays more than three hundred protest incidents occur every day in China. The superficial economic prosperity cannot change the CCP's fate of destruction.
"On the other hand, Korea has maintained traditional culture well. I hope that the Korean government will be clearheaded, follow the historical trend, and keep its own principles without being enticed by the CCP's economic enticement."
Two Korean spectators, 46-year-old Ms. Park and 66-year-old Ms. Cui, said: "Hearing about the live organ harvesting, we could not believe it. This is killing people. The CCP must be brought to justice."
With the Divine Land Marching Band leading the way, Falun Gong practitioners' procession of banners, waist drum team and exercise demonstration team passed through the busy streets. People paused and watched the march. Some took photos and many carefully read the flyers.
