About the Chief Editor

Dr. Dayong Li, a software engineer at Agilent Technologies in New Hampshire. Received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Electric Power Research Insitute in Beijing and conducted his post-doctoral research at The University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. Prior to joining Agilent Technologies, Dr. Li has worked for Hewlett-Packard, Qosnetics and Meetinghouse Data Communications. Dr. Li has a vast interest in many areas, such as ancient Chinese philosophy, strategy analysis, swimming and basketball. He is a Falun Gong practitioner.
