Along the roadside opposite the Chinese Embassy, Falun Gong practitioners displayed banners reading "We Strongly Protest Hebei Policeman He Xujian Who Raped Falun Gong Practitioners," and displayed photo boards exposing the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP's) brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. Many people in vehicles and passersby paid attention to this. A journalist from the Thailand Newspaper Manage said, "You should come here every day and let more media learn about this." He took pictures of Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Wang Haiyan, who came from China and whose right eye was blind from police's beating. Ms. Wang held in her hand a photo of herself before the persecution.

The open letter states that on November 24, 2005, a horrible rape occurred in Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province, China. During illegal interrogation at Dongchengfang Town Police Station, Zhuozhou City, policeman He Xuejian raped two women Falun Gong practitioners, Liu Jizhi and Han Yuzhi.

The heavenly duty of the police is to weed out the wicked and let the law-abiding citizens live in peace, and uphold justice. But under the CCP's policy of persecuting Falun Gong, vile policemen appeared in large numbers. He Xuejian used the excuse of "executing duty" and raped the women who are the same age as his mother. It is very degrading and inferior to even a beast.

For any society and country, the extent that women's rights and interests being protected is one of the symbols of the extent of its civilization. The fundamental baseline for morality is safeguarding women's dignity. While in the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong, many women practitioners suffer horrible persecution. As verified, 2790 practitioners have died as a result of the persecution. Among them, 54.7% are women.

Thailand Falun Gong practitioners hereby strongly protest and call for the international community to help stop the brutal persecution of Falun Gong happening in China, severely punish rapist He Xuejian and responsible persons, and bring chief perpetrators Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Liu Jing and Zhou Yongkang to justice.

We were shocked to hear the news that two Falun Gong practitioners from Hebei Province were savagely beaten and raped by malevolent police of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Japanese Falun Gong practitioners went to the Chinese Consulate on December 6, 2005 to strongly protest the CCP's scoundrel acts. Falun Gong practitioners read a protest article to call for attention from the international community to help stop the brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners happening in China, severely punish vile rapist He Xuejian and related personnel, and bring chief perpetrators Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Liu Jing and Zhou Yongkang to justice.

The rapes happened while the UN Special Rapporteur on the Question of Torture was in Beijing conducting an investigation of torture in China. In the evening of November 24, 2005, police from Dongchengfang Town Police Station, Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province, under the CCP's policy of persecuting Falun Gong practitioners, took into custody two female Falun Gong practitioners in Xitong Village, Dongchengfang Town, including Ms. Liu Jizhi, 51, and Ms. Han Yuzhi, 42, from their respective homes.

At around 2:00 p.m. on November 25, during the illegal detention and interrogation of Ms. Liu Jizhi at the Dongchengfang Police Station, police officer He Xuejian savagely beat Ms. Liu. Afterwards, he sexually harassed Ms. Liu and shocked Ms. Liu on her breast with an electric baton. Seeing the electric baton's sparks, He Xuejian kept saying, "This is fun! This is fun!"... In the end, no matter how Liu Jizhi protested, struggled, and pleaded with a kind will, He Xuejian raped her.

Ms. Han Yuzhi, who was arrested with Ms. Liu at the same time was unable to escape from the misfortune. She was also raped by vile police officer He Xuejian. After being raped, Ms. Liu and Ms. Han were forced to do hard labor. Two other police officers were on the site when the rapes occurred, but they did not do anything to stop them.

Over the past more than six years of persecution of Falun Gong, with the Chinese communist regime's connivance and protection, many unlawfully detained female Falun Gong practitioners have been sexually harassed and raped.

In October 2000, 18 female Falun Gong practitioners who were imprisoned in Masanjia Forced Labor Camp were stripped naked and thrown into male criminals' cells.

On May 14, 2001, a Beijing police officer beat and raped a female Falun Gong practitioner.

In 2001, police officers from Xingtai, Hebei Province gang raped several female practitioners.

On May 13, 2003, a Chongqing police officer publicly raped Miss Wei Xingyan, a Falun Gong practitioner and a graduate student from Chongqing University.

In Dalian Labor Camp, Liaoning Province, police guards stripped off female practitioners' clothes and cuffed their hands and feet spread eagle, in the shape of the Chinese character "'å". Then they stuffed pepper into the practitioners' genitals, and inserted mop handles or brushes into their genitals. As a consequence, the victims bled profusely and were in extreme pain. They also suffered long lasting back pain.

Uniformed and vile rapists such as He Xuejian appeared in large numbers in the CCP and Jiang group's organized persecution of Falun Gong. It would be an enormous humiliation to the human race to tolerate this inhumane behavior and do nothing about it. Therefore, we once again call for Japan and international community to pay high attention to Falun Gong practitioners' human rights issues in China, and end the brutal persecution as soon as possible.

The lounge, dining room and adjacent exhibition hall of the "Thai-House" in Dulliken provided an ideal setting for the International Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance Art Exhibition. Guests for the private viewing made themselves at home on the comfortable couches in the lounge, while being attended before the opening of the exhibition by the extremely friendly waiters with delicious refreshments and Thai delectables prepared by the Thai-House staff.

After the opening speech, the guests moved to the adjacent exhibition hall. The speech exposed the cruel persecution of Falun Gong in China, provided information about the artists who live all over the world - some of whom were victims of the persecution. The pieces they produced depicted some of their experiences. Although some of the art works depict torture and brutalities, every one of the paintings contains a message of sincere hope for an end to the persecution. For example, this was brought about by the hope in the facial expression or by a beam of light. The paintings exuded the powerful message that Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance will survive the inhumanities. A guest from Canada was able to explain the feeling emanating from the paintings with deep empathy to the guests. He was able to express clearly the message the artists wanted to convey in their work.

The Swiss Friends of Falun Gong Association introduced itself after a viewing of the exhibition, detailing its objectives and activities, as well as explaining how the association can receive support. Special mention was made of the international support for Falun Gong orphans--also victims of this inhuman persecution.

The Swiss ISHR speaker spoke emphatically about the need to address human rights violations in a number of countries, among them China. He appealed to the democratic nations to advocate together for fundamental rights for the Chinese populace.

A number of guests shared that this exhibition was very thought-provoking, while at the same time they were amazed by the hope and courage exhibited by the persecuted Falun Gong practitioners.

Out deepest thanks go to the owner of Thai-House, who despite being extremely busy, personally invited politicians, the media and artists from different fields to this art exhibition. Thanks to her commitment and the help of her entire team, which served the culinary delectables and drinks with heartfelt friendliness, the exhibition was a great success.

Subsequent to the viewing, the exhibition will be viewed by the general public in another six days. The guests could find on every table in the Thai-House dining room a colorful flier calling attention to the art exhibition. This flier brought many people to view the exhibition. Some visitors arrived from distant lands. The parents and older brother of a Falun Gong practitioner drove one hundred kilometers so as not to miss this great opportunity. When discussing the exhibition they had only praise for the art, and the beauty and purity depicted by the paintings.

A visitor who had deep knowledge about China's culture talked for a long time with a Falun Gong practitioner. He said that he was from another area. He had some business at the market and had just had wanted to take a short break. He is deeply grateful that he found his way here and could view these one-of-a-kind paintings, and that he could learn about the Falun Gong.

On November 19, 2005, Falun Gong practitioners in Russia staged an anti-torture exhibition on the square next to the Joelnalechika Subway Station in St. Petersburg. They reenacted the tortures experienced by Falun Gong practitioners in China to reveal the cruel persecution by the Jiang Zemin political group and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

People learn about Falun Gong and the persecution

Over the past few years, practitioners in St. Petersburg have persisted in introducing Falun Gong at the busy subway exits every Saturday. A lot of people in St. Petersburg have thus learned about the persecution. This was the first time that practitioners reenacted the torture methods in order to make vivid the cruelty and evilness of the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. St. Petersburg was icy and snow bound at the time, yet pedestrians stopped to watch. They learned about the persecution from practitioners and expressed support and concern for Falun Gong. A lot of people were surprised that such a persecution could be taking place today.

Although the weather was cold, the practitioners' kind hearts warmed everyone who approached them. When the practitioners began to set up banners and exhibition boards, a shop owner came over and with a rather rude attitude, told the practitioners to put the banners a bit further away so as not to interfere with her business. The practitioners were peaceful and calm and moved the exhibition boards and banners a bit further away and then gave a leaflet to the lady. After a while, she came out from the shop with good will and stood in front of the exhibition boards for a long time. She asked the practitioners, "Where can I sign my name and express support for Falun Gong?" When the activity was about to end, she came out of the shop again and gave a cup of hot coffee to each of the practitioners. Seeing her kindness after understanding the truth, the practitioners felt very gratified.

A well-dressed gentleman talked with practitioners for a long time. In his view it was abnormal for the Western media to so seldom report the cruel conduct and violations of human rights by the CCP. He sympathized with Falun Gong practitioners very much and signed his name in support of bringing an end to the persecution.

At 9:00 a.m. on December 3, 2005, the 34^th Annual Richardson Christmas Parade was held along Plano Boulevard. Falun Gong practitioners from Dallas participated in the parade for the second time and were warmly received by the spectators. They also won a first place award for their float.

The first Saturday in December is the day when the City of Richardson, Texas celebrates the coming of Christmas. In the morning, a grand parade kicked off the celebration. Different groups and individuals in the community participated in the parade. Together with residents who came out to watch the parade, everyone was immersed in a delightful festival atmosphere. That evening, an awards ceremony was held at Christmas Village at City Hall Square, and after that, a huge Christmas tree was lit, symbolizing the arrival of the Christmas season.

In early winter in this part of the United States, the sun is warm and the sky is a clear blue. The trees have been tinged with red and yellow, creating a luxurious pallette. Everyone was in a good mood. People lining the street anticipated the arrival of the parade procession. The Falun Gong practitioners' contingent was very eye-catching even from a distance, with their bright golden colors.

Three practitioners walked at the front of the procession holding a banner reading "Falun Dafa" with red words on a yellow background. A beautifully decorated float in the shape of a boat, its sides arranged in blue and green, echoed the blue sky and made the assorted lotus flowers on the float purer and more charming. A tall banner with the words, "Falun Dafa" and "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance," could be seen from a great distance. Practitioners in golden yellow exercise suits demonstrated the peaceful and harmonious exercises on the float. Six women practitioners wearing magnificent Tang Dynasty costumes elegantly danced to the music of "Falun Dafa is Good" while holding lotus flowers. The vigorous drumming from the waist drum troupe created an element of excitement among the spectators.

All along the parade route, the spectators frequently applauded the Falun Gong contingent. They were very pleased to receive truth-clarifying materials from practitioners, and kept saying, "Thank you." Some people read the materials immediately.

Asking for materials related to Falun Gong

As the practitioners were making preparations prior to the parade, many people paid notice to the Falun Gong float. Some came over to have a photo taken with the group. A journalist from a local newspaper came over and asked to take photos of the practitioners. The local Comcast cable company conducted a live broadcast of the parade.

The city of Richardson has a large population of Chinese people. The Dallas area Chinatown is located in Richardson. On weekends, many Chinese people go there to do their shopping and have dinner.

After the parade, Falun Gong practitioners drove the beautiful float to the square in Chinatown. The float and the music "Falun Dafa is Good" attracted peoples' attention, and many people stopped and watched.
