At noon on December 6, 2005, during the first heavy snow of this winter, Falun Gong practitioners in Washington DC held a press conference in front of the Chinese Embassy to strongly condemn Chinese policeman He Xuejian for raping women practitioners in Zhuzhou, Hebei Province recently.

The spokesperson said in the opening address, "On the afternoon of November 25, the Dongzhengfang Police Substation in Zhuzhou, Hebei Province, China conducted an unlawful interrogation of 51-year-old Liu Yuzhi and 42-year-old Han Yuzhi. Policeman He Xuejian raped them on site. More appalling, it is not an isolated incident. The brutal persecution of Falun Gong initiated by the former Chinese Communist Party (CCP) leader is still going on with the current leaders' acquiescence."

One western practitioner said that he had been appealing for an end of the persecution of Falun Gong for years. The CCP continues committing inconceivable atrocities. He said the American government and international community should recognize the evil nature of the persecution.

Practitioner Ms. Tao, who has conducted an appeal for six years in front of the Chinese Embassy, said, "Standing here, I don't know how to say it. Indignation and grief cannot express my feelings. The policeman raped practitioners his mother's age! Practitioners are here to uphold Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance through clarifying the truth, not suffer the persecution silently.

We can tolerate it, but heaven cannot. The evil policeman must be brought to justice and we cannot wait any longer. Such an incident should not happen again!"

Shocked by CCP policeman He Xiujian's rape women practitioners in China, Falun Gong practitioners in Ireland gathered in front of the Chinese Embassy to condemn He's atrocities and protest against CCP's persecution of Falun Gong.

Falun Gong practitioners exposed the CCP policeman's utterly inhuman crime of raping innocent Falun Gong practitioners in front of another policeman. If such crimes are not punished, where is the rule of law in China?

Falun Gong practitioners read an announcement in English and Chinese by the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun.

The announcement stated, "The crimes the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has committed against the Chinese people are countless. Since former Chinese diplomat to Australian Chen Yonglin, Former Justice Bureau Chief Han Guangsheng and former Tianjin City Public Security official from the 610 Office left the CCP and exposed the inside story of the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong, the international community has been shocked and has condemned the CCP's atrocities. High-ranking officials of the CCP rush to find a route of retreat by denying their involvement in the persecution. However, the above-mentioned people and entities chose to go against the trend of history by escalating their crimes. Since 2003, twenty CCP officials involved in the persecution, including Jiang Zemin, have been charged for committing genocide, crimes against humanity and torture in many countries. It is a warning to those who are still committing crimes."

Falun Gong practitioners said there will be a day when Jiang and his followers will pay for their six years of persecuting Falun Gong practitioners and their families. The laws of both man and heaven demand that these criminals be punished.

At 2 p.m. on November 25, policeman He Xuejian raped fifty-one-year-old Liu Jizhi and forty-two-year-old Han Yuzhi during their interrogation and detention at the Dongchengfang Township Police Station, Zhuozhou, Hebei Province. The incident took place during the UN Special Rapporteur's visit to China.

Falun Gong practitioners said other rapists in policemen's uniforms like He Xiujian have been discovered during the systematic persecution of Falun Gong by Jiang's regime. It is a humiliation of humanity that such crimes are ignored. Practitioners call on the international community to help stop the on-going brutal persecution of Falun Gong in China. Rapist He Xiujian should be punished. Major perpetrators such as Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Liu Jing and Zhou Yongkang should be brought to justice.

Falun Gong practitioners also read the "Falun Dafa Association Announcement" in Chinese, English and Finnish. Published on Oct. 9, 2005, the announcement stated, "From today on, overseas Falun Gong practitioners will file civil or criminal lawsuits against all important government or CCP officials who participate in or continue to implement the persecution of Falun Gong and as a result, commit new crimes in addition to those they have already perpetrated against Falun Gong."

Falun Gong practitioners told reporters that the brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners and the repression of Truth, Compassion and Forbearance cost huge amounts of money, labor and materials in China. It has not only trampled on laws, but also hurt all the Chinese people. It is everyone's responsibility to stop the persecution, especially for government officials. They hoped that the CCP officials who have conducted wrongdoings would take this opportunity to stop committing crimes. Falun Gong practitioners called on officials of the Chinese embassies and consulates to convey the announcement to those in China and to help stop the persecution of Falun Gong in China and overseas.

Falun Gong practitioners hope their fellow Chinese working in embassies and consulates will be aware that history is bound to abandon the CCP, and heaven will punish the criminals. Those who do not stop implementing Jiang's persecution policy before it is too late, will certainly not have a bright future.

From December 4 to 7, 2005, Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jiabao visited France. Falun Gong practitioners from France, Denmark, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Switzerland, and Italy gathered in Paris and conducted a series of petition activities, including a march.

On the afternoon of December 4, practitioners held a grand march in District 13, where many Chinese people live. In the march, practitioners held banners worded "Falun Dafa is great", and "Bring Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Liu Jing and Zhou Yongkang to Justice". At the same time, the Falun Dafa Association Announcement was read in both Chinese and French. Practitioners requested Wen Jiabao to stop the persecution of Falun Gong and bring those culprits to justice.

Local Chinese passersby stopped to listen, view, and ask for truth-clarification literature. Local French residents asked for more information about the persecution. Some French drivers waved their hands to express their support while waiting for practitioners' procession to pass by.

Near the end of the march, a few young Chinese people ran up to the procession and asked where they could learn Falun Gong.

On the afternoon of December 5, in front of the Chinese Embassy in Paris, practitioners held a peaceful appeal to call for an end of the persecution and to bring Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Liu Jing and Zhou Yongkang to justice. When practitioners unfurled banners reading "Welcome, Wen Jiabao" and others, staff in the embassy looked at them through the windows with curiosity and talked to each other. Some staff members even walked out of the embassy, said hello with a smile to practitioners and asked for truth-clarification literature.

A Chinese person said that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has committed many crimes and deceived people. He said that in China many know about the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong and other Chinese people. For the deaths of 2791 practitioners due to police brutality in China, he said the CCP is very cruel. He saw photos about practitioners being tortured and felt sympathetic.

Practitioner Alfredo Fava came from Italy and wanted to inform Wen Jiabao that torture and persecution is still occurring in China. As Prime Minister of China, Wen has the responsibility to listen to the Chinese people's petitions and stop the persecution of Falun Gong.

Columbus is a medium-sized city located in the state of Georgia in the southeastern US. On Saturday December 3, 2005, Falun Gong practitioners from Tennessee and Alabama held a free Falun Dafa seminar at a public library in Columbus, to introduce Falun Gong to the local people. Columbus's Channel 3 TV Station came out to report on the study session.

Reporters from the TV station interviewed a Falun Gong practitioner who handed out flyers at the entrance to the library. The reporters asked many questions.

The reporter asked, "What are the benefits of practicing Falun Gong?"

The practitioner answered, "Falun Gong is good for one's physical, mental, and spiritual health." The practitioner then illustrated the benefits of Falun Gong by giving several examples. She also said that because she had benefited greatly from practicing Falun Gong, she wanted to let more people know about it, so that more people could benefit from it also. She told the reporter that learning Falun Gong is always free of charge.

The reporter then asked, "Why is Falun Gong being persecuted by the Chinese Communist Party?"

The practitioner told the reporter that because of Falun Gong's tremendous effect on healing illnesses and keeping fit, and raising people's moral standards, many people learned the practice. The Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) former leader, Jiang Zemin, launched the persecution campaign against Falun Gong out of his jealousy. Every day, practitioners are subjected to brutal torture and abuse in China, just because they want to be good people and conduct themselves according to the principles of "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance."

The reporter asked, "Why doesn't the CCP want to let people improve themselves?"

The practitioner answered, "Being a good person, one cannot tell lies, and one should think of others first and conduct themselves according to 'Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance.' This is just the opposite of what the CCP does." She also told the reporter that the US Congress, Amnesty International and other organizations all support Falun Gong.

The practitioner also related some persecution cases. The reporter listened attentively and kept shaking her head, saying that it was inconceivable that such a persecution was still going on.

After the interview, the reporters went to the meeting hall where the Falun Gong seminar was going on. The practitioners were teaching the second set of exercises. The photographer videotaped the practitioners teaching and the local people learning the exercise. The reporter read the truth clarification materials exposing the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong. She read carefully for quite some time, and then asked the photographer to videotape the photos exposing the Chinese police's brutal torture of Falun Gong practitioners.

After that, the reporter asked the practitioners if any of their family members in China had suffered persecution. One practitioner answered that the local police had arrested her mother and forced her into a mental hospital to undergo persecution for more than three month ago simply because she practices Falun Gong. They injected her with drugs and forced her mother to take medicines orally. The interview was videotaped, and the reporter asked many more questions, such as what drugs they injected into her mother, what medicines they forced her to take, and what physical problems her mother experienced as a result. The reporter said they would produce the program and broadcast it that evening.

Though there were not many people attending that day's seminar, the attendees learned earnestly. One woman said that she enjoyed the exercises. Two gentlemen learned the exercises from beginning to end. The seeds of Falun Dafa have been sown in Columbus.
