December 10, 2005, was International Human Rights Day. On this day, opposite the Chinese Embassy in Thailand, police interfered with a group of Falun Gong practitioners peacefully protesting there. The Thai police were incited to do so by Chinese Embassy officials. The practitioners' human rights were seriously abused.
In order to protest the rape of women Falun Gong practitioners by depraved policeman He Xuejian from Hebei Province, and call for an end to the persecution of Falun Gong, for several consecutive days, some Falun Gong practitioners sat quietly on the roadside opposite the Chinese Embassy, clarified the truth and distributed truth clarification materials to passersby. Many people showed their support for the practitioners' efforts.

Thailand's World Journal published a photo report on this activity on December 9, 2005. But since December 9, many police officers came over to attempt to take the practitioners away with an excuse of checking their identification documents. In particular, nearly at noon on December 10, some police officers and vehicles came in and out of the Chinese Embassy. Under the Chinese Embassy's instruction, several dozen police and plainclothes police came across the street, searched practitioners' bags, dragged them and snatched away their banners, creating great interference. When the practitioners told the police about the truth of Falun Gong and exposed the Chinese Embassy's evil deeds, some police officers expressed that they did not want to come, but the Chinese Embassy asked them to do so.

A Falun Gong spokesperson expressed that as everyone can see that the persecution carried out by Jiang's political scoundrel group is systematic and horrible. Its sanctioned mistreatment and abuse of women practitioners is even more inhuman and ruthless. The police violate the law while executing the law, sexual assaults and rapes are common occurrence while in police custody.

The spokesperson pointed out that the alleged abuse of a woman the other day in Malaysia was extensively reported in a very short period of time. But the rape of women Falun Gong practitioners by the Chinese police during their "executing the law" has been greatly covered up by the CCP authorities. He said Falun Gong practitioners demand that the rapist be brought to justice, and called for all people with a sense of justice to stand up to condemn such acts of violence. We believe that if we turn a blind eye to such inhumane conduct, it would be great shame of humanity.
A truth clarification video was played to expose the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong. Finally, Falun Gong practitioners emphasized that Falun Gong practitioners exposing the persecution is to stop the persecution.
Banners with black characters on white backgrounds reading "The Chinese Communist Party trains police to rape mothers. Severely punish the wicked policeman He Xuejian", and "Bring Jiang Zemin to justice" appeared especially eye-catching in the cold winter. All passers-by and vehicles slowed down their pace and wanted to know what was happening.

On December 9, 2005, one day before International Human Rights Day, practitioners from Munich, Germany held a protest in front of the Chinese consulate to condemn the over 6-year long persecution of Falun Gong practitioners.
For many years, facing the world's condemnation, the CCP has not thought to repent; instead the persecution of Falun Gong has become more and more severe. The recent cases revealed by the Minghui website (Chinese version of Clearwisdom.net) all reflect the CCP's extreme cruelty: practitioner Ms. Gao Rongrong was killed in front of the world after her torture was exposed; Wang Guijin was forced by eight strong men to have an abortion while 9-months pregnant; during the course of arresting Yuan Shengjun, a 42-year-old Falun Gong practitioner in Jiyuan city, Henan province, the police forced the head of Nantao village to sign testimony that Mr. Yuan had died, then sent him directly to the crematory and beat him to death on the way.
More appalling, on November 25, 2005, while the UN Special Rapporteur on Torture was in China to conduct an investigation, police in Dongchengfang Town Police Substation, Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province, under the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) policy of persecuting Falun Gong practitioners, took into custody two women practitioners in Xitong Village, Dongchengfang Town. They were Ms. Liu Jizhi (51 years old) and Ms. Han Yuzhi (42 years old). At Dongchengfang Town Police Substation, a policeman named He Xuejian raped Ms. Liu Jizhi and Ms. Han Yuzhi during the so-called "official investigation." He did this in front of another policeman, Wang Zengjun.
The Falun Dafa Association published an announcement of milestone significance on October 9, 2009. The announcement gives a solemn warning to different level officials in each province who have committed wrongdoings by following Jiang Zemin to persecute Falun Gong practitioners since 1999. There is still an opportunity for them to abandon the evil path and choose to be good. They can submit, under safe circumstances, a guarantee statement or regret letter to Minghui/Clearwisdom.net or to any regional Falun Dafa Association to be archived. Those who are determined to correct their mistakes will not be investigated, but their actions will be continuously monitored. Practitioners read this announcement in front of the Chinese Consulate and expressed their hope that the consulate staff will not help the tyrant to do evil, but clearly recognize the CCP's evil nature and quit the CCP soon.
On December 10, 2005, Ukrainian Falun Gong practitioners gathered at the Chinese Embassy to protest the six-year-long bloody persecution of Falun Gong practitioners, to strongly condemn the contemptible conduct of the CCP's police for raping women Falun Gong practitioners and to demand that the guilty parties are brought to justice.
In order to let people know about this evil conduct, practitioners presented a banner reading "bring the wicked police who raped Falun Gong practitioners to justice" in both Chinese and Ukrainian. On seeing the banner people immediately asked practitioners about the details of the situation. They all felt indignant.

Before the activity at the Embassy ended, a crowd of elementary students passed by. They were attracted to the anti-torture exhibition and rushed over to us to take truth-clarification literature. A little girl returned after walking away and said to a practitioner: "Can you give me more literature? I want to take them to my friends."

After the activity at the Chinese Embassy, practitioners went to the large sidewalk in the city center and continued to expose the persecution. A tourist group from Turkey watched the anti-torture exhibition and accepted truth-clarification literature.

Invited by the French branch of the World Organization Against the Death Penalty (ECPM), the French Falun Gong Association held a truth-clarification activity in front of the Paris City Hall on December 10, 2005, International Human Rights Day. They received strong support from the public.
In front of City Hall, practitioners held banners reading ,"Falun Gong Truthfulness Compassion Forbearance," "Bring Jiang, Luo, Liu and Zhou to Justice," and "Rescue Orphaned Falun Gong Children." A practitioner used a megaphone to explain the facts of the persecution and also introduced Falun Gong, while other practitioners demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises. People in the square were attracted to the activity and stayed for quite a while.
The rally venue was on the square adjacent to the Paris City Hall. A number of human rights groups participated in the event.

More and more people came to learn the facts of the persecution and many different kinds of truth-clarification materials were taken by passers-by. People gathered to watch the Falun Gong exercise demonstrations and viewed the information on our truth-clarification display boards carefully, and many of them signed their names to oppose the Chinese Communist Party's persecution of Falun Gong. Just one hour into the event, nearly one hundred Parisian citizens had signed their names on our petition form to support Falun Gong.
Mr. Michel Taube, spokesman for ECPM France, the organizer of this human rights rally, was interviewed by the media. While talking about the human rights problems in China, Mr. Taube pointed out, "The total death penalties in China are 900f total numbers of the death penalties in the whole world. In China, many dissidents are sentenced to death. A large number of Falun Gong practitioners are imprisoned and many have died in prison. The death penalty is therefore the main factor of China's legal system. This should be strongly condemned. Now, more and more organizations, similar to our, are traveling to China to inspect certain aspects of their legal system. Especially before the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, now is the time to remind the world's people to pay attention to the Chinese human rights issue. International Human Rights Day is also a day for the Chinese people. The Chinese people should regard and firmly believe that the respect of human rights, equal opportunity of man and woman, freedom of the press, freedom of speech, freedom of association, as well as the abolishment of the death penalty... each individual should freely have those rights and be responsible for upholding those rights. These are the principles generally suitable for China, France, US, Africa and the whole world. I deeply believe that, in each Chinese person's heart, International Human Rights Day should be also a day for the Chinese people."
On December 10, 2005, International Human Rights Day, Falun Dafa practitioners in Japan gathered in front of the Chinese Embassy to strongly condemn the human rights violations by the Chinese Communist regime in the persecution of Falun Gong. The practitioners called for an end to the six-year persecution. A representative from the Falun Dafa Association of Japan read out a petition letter and delivered it to the Embassy.
China is one of the countries who have signed the "World Human Rights Treaty." Article 5 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights forbids the use of "torture or brutal, inhuman and insulting treatment or punishment." However, in the past six years, the Chinese Government has carried out brutal tortures against Falun Gong practitioners. So far, at least 2,791 practitioners have been brutally tortured to death.
Meanwhile, the human rights violations in China have become worse. A United Nations Special Rapporteur clearly pointed out after a recent visit, that torture exists widely in the current Chinese administration, and he has requested the Chinese Government to improve this situation. The UN official specifically pointed out that these tortures were part of a systematic, inhuman abuse of human rights.
The issue of human rights of Falun Gong practitioners has drawn much attention from the international society. The major culprit of the persecution, former Chinese president Jiang Zemin, has been sued in 17 countries. In addition, more than 30 high-ranking Chinese Communist Government officials have been sued across the world. Some of them have already been found guilty in international courts.
It is a heavenly principle that good is rewarded with good and evil meets with retribution. In front of the Chinese Embassy, Falun Gong practitioners in Japan strongly condemned the persecution.
