On December 14, 2005, when Falun Gong
practitioners were protesting the CCP delegation headed by Luo Gan in
front of
Argentina's Congress, the CCP embassy sent hoodlums to assault them.
They also
grabbed practitioners' banners and truth-clarification
photo displays. Falun
Gong practitioners stated that they would hold the hoodlums and
behind-the-scenes perpetrators accountable.
According to the practitioners, when the incident took place, Luo Gan was about to go to the Congress to meet with Argentina's vice president. At the time, the Argentine Congress was holding an inauguration ceremony for newly elected parliament and senate members. As a result, there was a very high concentration of news media, and also other groups of people at the scene.
On the morning of December 14, practitioners protested at Congress Square. They held banners and clarified the truth about Falun Gong and the persecution to members of parliament. They announced details about the lawsuit against Luo Gan that was filed the day before, and explained the crimes that Luo Gan has committed.
The Chinese embassy sent a big group of pro-communist personnel in buses and cars to Congress Square. These people, all Chinese, were organized and given orders. They dispersed in groups of 10 and began to beat up practitioners who were alone, handing out flyers, furthest away from the police.
The
hoodlums hired by the Chinese embassy tore the banners and flyers from
practitioners' hands, and seized their personal belongings. They ran
around in a frenzy, wantonly beating the practitioners, even in front
of the media. Argentines
who stood nearby to participate in demonstrations for other reasons
came to the
rescue of the Falun Gong practitioners. They tried to stop the hoodlums
but were also
assaulted. Some of them were even bleeding.
The police on the spot did not stop the assaults, as
they
said they had orders
from the top not to touch the Chinese.
According to the Falun Gong practitioners, women
practitioners suffered the most severely.
During
the assaults, there were Chinese spies walking around looking for
anyone who was filming with private cameras. They tried several times
to grab our cameras and film. We could not take any photos or film
after the attacks began, but many attacks were filmed by TV stations.
One woman practitioner was being interviewed by a journalist when a
Chinese came
running from behind and beat her brutally from the back in front of
many
bystanders. Some Argentines around her wanted to beat him, feeling
indignant
over such behavior. But they were prevented from doing so by the
police. Many of them shouted to the Chinese
hoodlums, "This is Argentina, not communist China."
Under
the Argentine peoples' protection, practitioners were interviewed by
the media. The police tried only to separate the hoodlums from the
practitioners. They did not stop the hoodlums from attacking. The
police had orders not to touch any of the hired thugs of the Chinese
embassy.
The groups of Chinese gave the impression that they
were
Chinese spies or from the delegation, as all of them were dressed in
suits. The police did not arrest any of the attackers.
Among the Chinese hoodlums who attacked the
practitioners, about 10 appeared to be in charge. Some other Chinese
were
embarrassed when they saw the Chinese practitioner from whom they
received a
copy of Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party
and talked with the
practitioner. They did not participate in the attack.
After the incident, the practitioners stated that
they would file a lawsuit in federal court against the Chinese embassy
for
hiring hoodlums to attack them, and would see those
responsible be brought to justice.
The CCP has persecuted Falun Gong for six and a half
years, and the persecution has become more and more difficult to
sustain. With
Falun Gong practitioners' persistent efforts of clarifying the truth,
and in
the face of the great trend of quitting the CCP resulting from the
publication
of the Nine Commentaries, people from all walks of life have
gradually
recognized the wicked nature of the CCP and the persecution. Many
people who
used to participate in the persecution also have come to understand
that Falun
Gong is good and has been treated unjustly. They have stopped following
the
orders from the malevolent party to persecute Falun Gong.
However there are still a handful of people who do not feel regret and relentlessly persecute Falun Gong. No matter whether it's Luo Gan and other chief perpetrators of the persecution, or the Hebei police who raped women Falun Gong practitioners, or the Chinese hoodlums in Argentina, or the Thai police who were instigated by the Chinese Consulate in Thailand a few days ago, they will ultimately be judged by both the laws of the universe and the laws of our human world.
Falun
Gong practitioners advise officials in the
Argentine and Thai governments who still succumb to CCP threats and
enticement, and assist the CCP to persecute Falun Gong: the collapse of
the CCP, which was born in violence, and which has committed huge
crimes and
owes huge blood debts, is imminent. It is a grave mistake to associate
with the
evil and ruin your and your countries' future.
NEW YORK (FDI) -- Thai police manhandled Falun Gong protesters outside the Bangkok Chinese Embassy on December 10, International Human Rights Day. After being seen going in and out of the Chinese Embassy, dozens of Thai policemen crossed the street and roughly searched Falun Gong practitioners quietly protesting the six-year persecution of their practice in China. The police dragged some of them and took away their banners. One officer stated that he did not want to break up their protest but was told to do so by the Chinese Embassy.
On December 14, Thai police told the protesting Falun Gong practitioners that if they returned to the Embassy to protest the following day, they would be arrested.
In a separate incident on December 14, in the Thai beach town of Pattaya, Thai police detained three Falun Gong practitioners who were distributing leaflets exposing the crimes of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Among those detained was Mr. Zhang Mengye, a former classmate of CCP leader Hu Jintao, who is currently seeking asylum in Thailand after being tortured in Chinese detention.
The demonstrators say they have been regularly distributing flyers at that location for the past six months. Now, however, there appear to be new orders.
"The Chinese Communist government has been bullying nations around the world to carry out its persecutory policies," says Falun Dafa Information Center (FDI) spokesperson Levi Browde. "And they especially target anyone who reveals the details of how they torture and murder to maintain power, something we have been exposing peacefully for the past six years."
"We respectfully urge the Thai government to reconsider its position, maintain its sovereignty, and not follow the Communist Party's illegal demands that violate human rights."
These incidents are the most recent of a series of attempts by the CCP to silence Falun Gong around the world. Last week, when CCP Premier Wen Jiabao visited the Czech Republic, a group of Chinese tried to bribe the Falun Gong practitioners who were protesting opposite the Prague Chinese Embassy. When the practitioners refused the $1,500, and with Wen's car fast approaching, the group surrounded the practitioners and tore down their banner.
Similar incidents have happened in several other countries including Burma, France, Mexico, Germany, and Russia (news).
In a separate incident, reports from Argentina on December 14 indicated that a group of Chinese thugs believed to have ties with the Chinese Embassy assaulted Falun Gong practitioners who were publicly protesting in Argentina, where senior Chinese official Luo Gan is visiting. Luo was sued for genocide by Falun Gong plaintiffs the previous day.
Some of these incidents, which have been documented with local police, have involved beating and strangling.
"What scares the CCP most is exposure of their suppression and brutalization of the Chinese people," Browde says. "The persecution of peaceful people who meditate is probably the clearest illustration of the Communist Party's ruthlessness, and so they go to extreme measures to prevent word from getting out."
To date, the deaths of 2,791 individuals who practice Falun Gong as a result of the CCP's six-year persecution of the practice have been confirmed. The Falun Gong Human Rights Working Group (link) has details of over 44,000 cases of torture. China's widespread use of torture was confirmed earlier this month by U.N. Special Rapporteur on Torture Manfred Nowak. Nowak acknowledged being repeatedly blocked from trying to investigate the torture of Falun Gong adherents.
"We're at a critical time right now," explains Browde. "Millions of Chinese are making public statements to renounce the Party, protests are raging in the countryside, prominent lawyers are openly challenging the judicial system, epidemic and toxic pollution cover-ups are being exposed, all this is happening at the same time. Put it together, and you can see why the government is nervous."
"It also becomes clear why they have so much to hide and feel they need to silence even a small protest in Bangkok."
In addition to the ongoing protests outside Chinese embassies and consulates worldwide, protests outside Thai embassies are under way in many of the world's major cities to urge the Thai government not to bow to Chinese government pressure.

NEWS - Dec. 14, 2005
Falun Dafa Information Center, www.faluninfo.net
Background
Falun Gong, also known as Falun Dafa (about), is a practice of the Buddha School, consisting of meditation and exercises, with teachings that emphasize living by three principles: truthfulness, compassion, and tolerance. Originating in China, Falun Gong is now practiced in over 70 countries. With Chinese government estimates of 100 million practicing Falun Gong in China, in July 1999 the Chinese Communist Party-state launched a nationwide, violent campaign to "eradicate" the practice. The Falun Dafa Information Center has verified details of 2,780 deaths and over 44,000 cases of torture (reports / sources). Millions have been detained or sent to forced labor camps.
On December 13, 2005, while Luo Gan, Secretary of the Political and Legislative Affairs Committee of the CPC Central Committee and head of 610 Office, was visiting Argentina, the Association of Falun Dafa in Argentina filed a criminal lawsuit against him for genocide and torture at the Federal Criminal Court in Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina. The federal court accepted the lawsuit.
Luo Gan is in a delegation visiting three South American countries, Argentina, Uruguay and Cuba from December 10 to 25, 2005. At 1:40 p.m. on December 13, Falun Gong practitioners in Argentina, on behalf of all Falun Gong practitioners who have been suffering persecution in China, filed a criminal lawsuit against Luo Gan at the federal court, accusing him of committing crimes of genocide and torture during the persecution campaign against Falun Gong. Judge Octavio accepted the lawsuit on the spot. Falun Gong practitioners also testified in front of the assistant to the Judge.

The lawyers representing Falun Gong practitioners are renowned criminal lawyer Adolfo Casabal Elia and civil lawyer Alejandro Cowes in Argentina. Both lawyers helped Falun Gong practitioners free of charge.
Lawyer Alejandro expressed that he dislikes communism. He said, "When I was a child, I learned from my teacher that communism is evil."
Luo Gan is being sued for genocide and crimes against humanity in more than 15 countries, among them Chile, Bolivia, Peru, Belgium, Finland, Armenia, Moldavia, Iceland, Spain, Taiwan, Germany, Korea, Canada, Japan and Sweden. At the same time, Luo Gan is considered a person who is not welcome in Canada and the United States.
Luo Gan is Chief Persecutor of Falun Gong
Former head of the Chinese Communist Party Jiang, and accomplices Zeng, Luo, Liu and Zhou, initiated the persecution and made genocidal policies to incite the crimes and murder. As a result, at least 2792 Falun Gong practitioners have died from the persecution, at least 6,000 people have been illegally sentenced to prison, and more than 100,000 practitioners have been sentenced to forced labor without trials.
Luo Gan, as Secretary of the Political and Legislative Affairs Committee of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Central Committee and head of 610 Office, directly planned, deployed and directed the persecution against Falun Gong. In order to gain personal political capital, he arbitrarily murdered Falun Gong practitioners, implicated, coerced and threatened millions of families, and created countless family tragedies and wrongful cases. He manipulated the political and judiciary system, and made use of the country's propaganda machine to spread lies to the world to distort and demonize Falun Gong practitioners, to mislead the public. He also wantonly arrested and detained Falun Gong practitioners on a large scale across the country to inhumanly and ruthlessly persecute them.
After Jiang stepped down, Luo Gan continued persecuting Falun Gong so as to force the new leaders to take the responsibility. This year, he directed a new round of arrests of Falun Gong practitioners which has led to frequent torture death cases. Many extremely despicable cases occurred.
On the afternoon of November 25, 2005, policeman He Xuejian continuously raped two women Falun Gong practitioners, the shocking incident took place at Dongchengfang Police Station in Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province. During the evening of November 24, 51-year-old Liu Jizhi and 42-year-old Han Yuzhi were arrested at home by the police from Dongchengfang Police Station. Afterward, they were savagely beaten while being illegally interrogated. The following afternoon, policeman He Xuejian, who is in his 20s, continuously raped the two practitioners during a so-called "official interrogation." The incident severely injured the victims and their family members.
Similar tragic incidents have appeared across China during the past six-plus years that Falun Gong has been persecuted directly by the CCP and Jiang's group.
Falun Gong practitioners expressed that for anyone who chooses to be against Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, chooses to abandon kindness and does evil deeds, and has committed huge crimes, what awaits him or her will definitely be punishment by the law in the human world and by the heavenly principle that good will be rewarded and evil will receive retributions.
December 10 is International Human Rights Day. Falun Gong practitioners in Canada gathered in front of the Chinese Embassy in the Canadian Capital of Ottawa and at the Chinese Consulate in Toronto to protest the more than six-year-long systematic persecution of Falun Gong by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

Around one hundred practitioners came to the Chinese Embassy in Ottawa and the Chinese Consulate in Toronto to commemorate the 2,792 practitioners tortured to death by the CCP in the past six years, and to protest the CCP's severe human rights violations against Falun Gong practitioners.

Fifty years ago, on December 10, 1948, the General Assembly of the United Nations passed and proclaimed the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Its Preamble stated,
"Whereas disregard and contempt for human rights have resulted in barbarous acts which have outraged the conscience of mankind, and the advent of a world in which human beings shall enjoy freedom of speech and belief and freedom from fear and want has been proclaimed as the highest aspiration of the common people.
Whereas it is essential, if man is not to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be protected by the rule of law, ..."
The Declaration clearly makes the following pronouncements:
"Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person." "No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile." "Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law."
China is a signatory country of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. But in the past six years, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Amnesty International, and other human rights organizations have exposed the overwhelming facts that the CCP persecutes Falun Gong practitioners.
Practitioner Joel Chipkar from Toronto pointed out during the event, "In the past six years, all the records from Amnesty International have shown that the Chinese Communist Government's persecution against Falun Gong has become the number one human rights violation issue occurring in China. The Communist Regime employed hate propaganda and more than a hundred kinds of tortures to deal with Falun Gong practitioners, including rape and forced abortion to woman practitioners and electric shock.
"Even though the Chinese Communist Regime managed to cover up the persecution, it has lasted for six years and is still escalating. In the past few months, more than 800 deaths of practitioners due to police brutality in China have been exposed" Mr. Chipkar said. According to the Minghui/Clearwisdom website, about two weeks ago, a policeman even raped two woman practitioners in the Dongchengfang Town Police Substation of Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province.
Mr. Chipkar called on Canadians not to do business with China while keeping silent in the face of the Chinese communist regime's brutality. Doing so will make themselves accomplices to the atrocities.
On December 10, International Human Rights Day, Falun Gong practitioners in Miami Beach held a photo exhibition condemning the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) persecution of Falun Gong. They exposed the recent incident in which a policeman in Hebei Province raped two women Falun Gong practitioners. Practitioners called on the public to realize the true nature of the CCP and to help stop the persecution. Many people stopped by to visit the exhibition and to sign in support of Falun Gong.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights was ratified on December 10, 1948 by the UN General Assembly. This year, the focus is on torture and international prohibition of torture. The UN Special Rapporteur on Torture Manfred Nowak stated that torture in China remains "widespread." His investigation was obstructed by the Chinese authorities. His statement drew extensive attention in the western media.
A representative of the Falun Dafa Association said that torture is one of the many ways the CCP violates human rights. During the past half century when the CCP was in power, its crimes against the people were too numerous to be listed. They have escalated to appalling extremes in recent years. Two typical examples are the raping of two women Falun Gong practitioners by a policeman and the shooting of villagers in Guangdong Province

The representative said that the CCP's vile conduct is in violation of every convention of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and China is a signer of that declaration. It is intolerable for the Chinese people and the international community.
A spokesperson for The Epoch Times said the wicked conduct of the CCP's police provided bloody evidence that the CCP is the most brutal and coercive power in history as exposed and analyzed in the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party. The CCP has by far exceeded anyone in Chinese history in persecuting and killing people. The number of victims of the CCP's tyranny is more than the total casualties of two World Wars. However, violence and lies cannot cover up the truth. The powerful trend of awakening cannot be blocked. More than 6.2 million people have quit the CCP. It has declared the immediate danger of its disintegration.
Present at the gathering were also representatives of the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong, the Global Service Center for Quitting the Chinese Communist Party and the Falun Dafa Association of Venezuela.

A young man is shocked by the persecution and reads about it |
On hearing about the rape of women Falun Gong practitioners, a few Spanish-speaking women shook their heads in tears. They signed their names in support of Falun Gong and asked Falun Gong practitioners what they could do to help.
A local resident was greatly disturbed by the persecution. She helped Falun Gong practitioners distribute flyers until the end of their activity. She hugged practitioners and took a pile of flyers to distribute on her way home. She said, "I know what has happened. You are great! You are so unselfish and kind! I will do my best to help you and those in China. I will come next time you have such an activity."
Many people couldn't believe such tortures still exist in the 21st century. They signed to call for an end to the persecution. Some shook hands with practitioners demonstrating the torture methods. Some took pictures so that they could tell their families and friends.
Attendees were shocked at the horrible torture photos displayed in front of them. They listened carefully and attentively to the speaker relate how and why the Chinese Communist Party persecutes Falun Gong, and what is Falun Gong. This was in a classroom in the department of philosophy at Munich University in Germany where a seminar with the theme "China-opportunity to success?" was jointly held by the International Human Rights Organization and The Epoch Times on International Human Rights Day.
Mr. Miller exposes the CCP's persecution of Chinese people |
Attendees listen attentively to Mr. Kritzler talk about the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong |
Mr. Kritzler--as a representative of the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG), exposed that, as of today, 2792 Falun Gong practitioners have been verified to have died from the persecution imposed upon them by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). The scope the persecution involved is broad, the number of people suffering persecution is innumerable, the degree of the persecution is severe, the duration is so long and it takes place all over the world. The CCP has adopted a policy of state terrorism against Falun Gong "defame their reputation, bankrupt them financially and destroy them physically," and has carried out a genocidal persecution against countless Falun Gong practitioners who believe in Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. Mr. Kritzler gave some examples of victims, including:
Ms. Wu Lingxia, Falun Gong practitioner from Shuangyashan City, Heilongjiang Province. On July 2, 2001, she was once again sent to Xigemu Forced Labor Camp in Jiamusi City. Unreasonable detention greatly devastated her mentally and physically, and finally left her with severe ascites from liver damage. She was released home and passed away on July 27, 2002.
A beautiful woman, Wang Xia, from Bayanzhuoer Meng, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was illegally sentenced to seven years of forced labor by the CCP authorities for persisting in clarifying the truth about Falun Gong. She was detained at Hohhot City Women's Prison. In two years, Wang Xia held a hunger strike to protest the persecution and was brutally force-fed and injected with unknown drugs, which resulted in her being skin and bones. Her weight was reduced from 110 jin (55kg, 120 pounds) to about 40 jin (20kg, 45 pounds). She lapsed into a coma and was almost cremated alive to destroy the evidence. After this incident was widely reported in the international media, Many people around the world condemned the perpetrators, officials from Linhe City 610 Office, the police and the judicial department, who then visited Wang Xia in the name of sympathy and threatened to put her into jail again to have her "serve out the rest of her term of five years."
Mr. Miller, representative for International Human Rights
Organization, exposed the CCP's persecution of Chinese people in recent
years. When an audience member asked, "China has so many problems of
persecuting human rights, what should we do?" Mr. Miller believed that
some politicians in Germany neglected China's human rights issues for
the sake of economic benefits, and they have appeased the CCP. He gave
a special example, in 2002, when Jiang visited Berlin, he participated
in a protest activity. At the time he was standing on a roadside,
Chinese plainclothes police demanded all people present take out their
identification documents to check. He proposed an objection to a German
police officer who stood aside, but he paid no attention to it and told
him that this was the agreement with the China side. Miller emphasized
that we should start from everybody to resist the CCP's persecution of
human rights.
