On March 7, 2006, Ms. Liu Jizhi, a victim of rape by a policeman in Hebei Province, was arrested again. After secretly detaining her for over 20 days in Mancheng (Baoding City, Hebei Province), the police transferred her to the Nanma Brainwashing Center in Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province. Due to the prolonged mental and physical persecution, Ms. Liu is extremely weak and has gone into a coma. She has been sent to the emergency room at the No. 2 Health Restoration Hospital in Zhuozhou City. Police are closely monitoring her.

On November 25, 2005, Liu Jizhi was severely beaten and then raped by a police officer in Dongchengfang Town, Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province. She suffered many injuries all over her body.

It has been over 40 days since her March 7, 2006 arrest. The police have not given any reason for her detention. In any country governed by laws, victims of rape cases are protected; the government upholds justice and punishes the criminals. In China, the situation is reversed. The victims were fined 3,000 yuan each. They did not feel safe and were forced into hiding. The government mobilized many resources and manpower to arrest the victims and is detaining them. In today's China, the CCP regime is using the power it stole to knowingly harm innocent people.

Because Ms. Liu Jizhi refused to give up her belief in "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance," police in Dongchengfang Police Station (in Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province) tortured her. On November 24, 2005, policeman He Xuejian raped her and practitioner Han Yuzhi. Ms. Liu's family members were find 3,000 yuan afterward. Because Ms. Liu and others exposed the evil persecution, the CCP posted a reward of 10,000 yuan to arrest her. Around 11 a.m. on March 7, 2006, many people witnessed the arrest of Ms. Liu and her daughter at the Laundromat in Xisanqi Air force Research Institute. However, the Zhuozhou City Police Department denied the incident afterward.

After their arrest on March 7, 2006, Ms. Liu and her daughter were secretly detained for over 20 days in Mancheng (Baoding City, Hebei Province). Because their story was exposed to people worldwide, the police transferred Ms. Liu to Nanma Brainwashing Center in Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province. Due to the prolonged mental and physical persecution, Ms. Liu became extremely weak. She has not eaten anything for days and is in a coma. She has been sent to the emergency room of the No. 2 Health Restoration Hospital in Zhuozhou City, where police closely monitor her.

Around 1:00 p.m. on March 28, 2006, the twenty-first day after the Hebei Province rape, the victim Ms. Liu Jizhi and her daughter were arrested while working at the Air Force Research Institute Laundromat in Beijing. The Criminal Police Corps of the Baoding City Police Department took mother and daughter to the Xishan Hotel in Mancheng County and then to the Zhuozhou City Police Department. The same day, Ms. Liu Jizhi was taken to the notorious Nanma Brainwashing Center by the Zhuozhou City 610 Office for further persecution. Her daughter Wei Meiling was allowed to go home.

Among over 10 people who participated in the arrest on March 7, 2006, the identity of five of the officials has been confirmed:

1. Zhang Guodong, Chief of the Criminal Police Corps, Baoding City Police Department. Zhang Guodong drove a white Volkswagen Santana with the license plate number Ji- O26067.

2. Wang Hongwen (possibly from Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province);

3. Wang Jianxin (possibly from Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province)

4. Wang Yubin (possibly from Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province) -- Wang Yubin drove a black sedan with the license plate number Ji- O26507. (The "Ji" is another name for Hebei Province.) and

5. Li Jianlan, Zhuozhou City Police Department.

The two Hebei Province license plates mentioned above, replaced the original Beijing license plates, just before leaving Beijing. Ms. Liu Jizhi and her daughter were taken away in these two vehicles.

Around 3:00 p.m. on March 7, 2006, they took Ms. Liu Jizhi and her daughter to the Xishan Hotel in the Mancheng County, Baoding City, Hebei Province.

Ms. Liu Jizhi was held in room 105 and monitored by three male and six female police officers, with the names of:

Hau Shupeng, Dong Jianbo, Xiao Fei, Feng Yanhau, Zhang Qian, Zhang Yan, Li Lingling, Cui Zonglan and Li Jianglan.

They were divided into three groups, which took turns guarding her around the clock.

Ms. Liu's daughter Wei Meiling was held in room 107 and monitored by two male and two female police officers, with the names of:

Wang Hongwen, Wang Jianxin, Gao Ganghau and Li Xiaojie.

The police were brought in from Baoding City, Hebei Province, except for Li Jianlan who was from Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province.

Only room 105 was booked in advance and not room 107, as Wei Meiling, Ms.Liu Jizhi's daughter, was not supposed to be arrested. When arresting them, the police did not know of the mother and daughter relationship.

During the detainment, Ms. Liu Jizhi and her daughter were deprived of all personal freedom. They were monitored at all times and could not leave the rooms for the entire 21 days. Mother and daughter were allowed to see each other in the morning and afternoon daily, but only for a few minutes. They were not allowed to talk to each other from the moment the meeting ended. They were interrogated at all times, except during meals and sleep. The longest interrogation of Ms. Liu Jizhi was for over six hours and ended at 4:00 a.m. It is difficult for to imagine how mother and daughter could survive under such horrible and cruel pressure.

After mother and daughter were arrested and taken away, their entire family suffered deep anxieties. Her husband, Mr. Wei Liangxi, fainted and sweat profusely for fifteen hours after his wife's rape. This time, her husband suffered such mental anguish that he was bedridden for two days. Her parents-in-law, in their seventies, were heartbroken and often in tears. At 6 a.m. on the Chinese Lunar New Year day, her mother-in-law could no longer endure the pressure, and cried, laughed and shouted hysterically, and then became mentally disordered. When her father-in-law Wei Enyong learned of the arrest of his daughter-in-law and his granddaughter, he dared not tell his wife and hid his tears from her.

On March 10 and March 20, 2006, Ms. Liu Jizhi's father-in-law and other family members went on the 200 kilometer round trip to the Zhuozhou City Police Department twice to ask for the release of Ms. Liu and her daughter. But their request was denied both times. The official who talked to them was Mr. Liu Xiaoming, Deputy Director of the Zhuozhou City Police Department. He denied the arrest of Ms. Liu Jizhi and her daughter and stated that this was simply impossible. He asked them to return home and look for Ms. Liu Jizhi and her daughter somewhere else. He drove them away with only a few words.

We wish to point out that on March 7, 2006, Li Jianlan, a 26-year old female police officer of the Zhuozhou City Police Department, who is from Dingzhou City, Hebei Province, was involved in the arrest and detention from the beginning. She still is persecuting Ms. Liu Jizhi at the "Nanma Brainwashing Center."

To capture Ms. Liu Jizhi , the evil spared no efforts. They publicized false propaganda, devised a psychological attack, announced their implication policy, posted a reward notice and issued a warrant for her arrest. They threatened, coerced, monitored, and used harassment techniques -- their entire portfolio of evil methods.

Before the 2006 Chinese New Year, Wang Zinong, Assistant Secretary of the Zhuozhou City Committee, Secretary of the Zhuozhou City Political and Legal Committee and Head of the Zhuozhou City 610 Office, phoned a neighbor of one of Ms. Liu Jizhi's Beijing relatives. He asked him/her to inform him of Ms. Liu Jizhi's whereabouts and promised a 4,000 yuan reward.

At the same time, Wang Zinong visited Ms. Liu Jizhi's brother-in-law and swore solemnly that Ms. Liu Jizhi and Ms. Han Yuzhi could return home to celebrate the Chinese Lunar New Year without any problem. Wang Zinong said: "If anyone arrests or sentences them to reeducation through forced labor, I will resign first and be detained at the detention center for them."

Everyone remembered Ms. Liu Jizhi's arrest on March 7, 2006 and Falun Gong practitioner Cao Zhaohui's arrest in Zhuozhou City. They were deceived into returning home, arrested and sentenced to forced labor camp. This clearly shows the lies and tricks the CCP uses.

In the later stage of searching for Ms. Liu Jizhi, the evil posted a reward notice, issued a warrant for her arrest and crazily claimed "to be executing her on the spot." Also, accomplices in the village, such as Song Xiaobin and Chai Yuqiao monitored and harassed all the relatives and friends of Ms. Liu Jizhi.

All the above shows clearly the real face of the evil party and its evil spirit. During the time when Ms. Liu Jizhi was homeless and destitute, they never ceased their efforts to capture her. Even during the period of the Chinese Lunar New Year they spared no effort in finding her. Moreover, they did not hesitate to use all available manpower and physical and financial resources. The cost of the room and board at the Xishan Hotel in the Mancheng County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, is close to 100,000 yuan, an average of about 4,000 yuan per day. They owed the hotel around 20,000 yuan when they left.

Now, although Ms. Liu Jizhi is illegally detained, more and more people are willing to learn the truth and show their support and sympathy. Even staff members of the party's government agencies at every level agree that "Ms. Liu Jizhi and Ms. Han Yuzhi are victims," without a doubt.

Recently, the Baoding City Police Department sent a registered letter to Ms. Liu Jizhi and Ms. Han Yuzhi stating that the Xushui Court will hear their case. This is a clear indication that some progress in bringing policeman He Xuejian to justice has been made. Also, officials related to this case, such as leaders with direct or indirect responsibilities and accomplices, have been affected. For example, staff from the Zhuozhou City 610 Office, the National Security Corps and the Dongchengfang police station have been reassigned.

But this is only a trick often adopted by the Party to deceive people and it has not touched the fundamental problem. Through bribes and treating senior officials to fancy meals and giving them presents, Song Xiaobin has been promoted to Deputy Director of the Zhuozhou City Cultural and Sports Bureau. The positions of Chai Yuqiao and Wang Huiqi remained unchanged. Thus, we should not be optimistic about the final outcome of the rape trial.

The excuse to persecute Ms. Liu Jizhi is simply, "Because Liu Jizhi attacked the Chinese Communist Party on the Minghui website." (According to a member of the Special Case Team, Baoding City Police Department.) They act like criminals but forbid people from reporting it to the police. This is the typical hooligan's logic and procedure of the evil party.

This case is far from being resolved and the persecution still continues. People are waiting to see the outcome of this effort.

Since the brutal persecution started in July 1999, how many happy families have been destroyed? How many tragedies have taken place? How many orphans and elderly parents are bleeding in their hearts, because their beloved father, mother, son, or daughter disappeared or was senselessly deprived of life during the persecution?

III. Secret Transfer and Death Camps

To escape righteous condemnation and punishment, the CCP deceives the international community by covertly transferring Falun Gong practitioners to secret death camps, to create an illusion that Falun Gong practitioners are no longer held against the law. At the same time, its agents systematically murder the practitioners and destroy evidence of persecution. The abuse and murder is thus more hidden, vicious and cruel.

Shocking exposure of secret death camps

In March 2006, the existence of the Sujiatun Death Camp in Shenyang City where large groups of Falun Gong practitioners are tortured and killed came to the light. Thousands of Falun Gong practitioners who persisted in their belief in Truth-Compassion-Forbearance were transferred there from the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp, the Dabei Prison in northeastern and central China. About three-fourths of the incarcerated practitioners had their hearts, kidneys, corneas and skin removed before their bodies were cremated to destroy the evidence.

According to related reports by the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG), the Sujiatun Death Camp is located beneath the Liaoning Province Thrombosis Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine. It is a secret concentration camp converted from a huge fallout shelter. Its operation started as early as 2001, and reached its peak in 2002. Three independent witnesses pointed out that live organ harvesting is common practice at the camp, and cremation of bodies and even cremation of living people is not unusual. Because the process is extremely brutal, a majority of the medical professionals involved in the organ harvesting have suffered severe psychological trauma. Certain individuals have even committed suicide from extreme psychological pressure.

According to a veteran military doctor, over 10,000 persons (as opposed to the 6,000 originally reported) were being kept at Sujiatun Death Camp as of early 2005. Many have since been killed or transferred to other concentration camps. It's useless to enter Sujiatun to try to investigate, because transferring a few thousand people elsewhere is easy for the authorities to do. Captive Falun Gong practitioners are shipped in sealed freight trains to and from the camps, with as many as 5,000 being transferred in a single day. I witnessed a specially-dispatched freight train transferring over 7,000 people on a trip from Tianjin to the Jilin area," the source recalled. "It ran at night, guarded by the Chinese army. Everyone on board was handcuffed to specially designed handrails affixed to the ceiling, like rotisserie chickens."

Yet, the Sujiatun Concentration Camp is not the only one in China. The doctor pointed out, "Some 36 similar camps exist throughout China," he said. "Falun Gong practitioners are sent to the camps when the occasion calls for it, with the three largest camps being in the northern China provinces of Heilongjiang, Jilin, and Liaoning. The largest camp, codenamed "672-S," is said to hold over 120,000 people, among whom are Falun Gong practitioners and other prisoners of conscience. The fifth-largest camp, located in the Jiutai district of Jilin, holds as many as 14,000-plus Falun Gong at a time. The Chinese Communist Party's Central Committee decided to treat Falun Gong practitioners as 'class enemies' and handle them in any manner that is economically profitable. In other words, Falun Gong practitioners... are no longer regarded as human beings, but as raw material for commercial products."

An October 1, 2000 report by Agency France Presse told of two concentration camps having been recently built, both specifically for Falun Gong detainees. The camps were said to have been built in northwest and northeast China, each capable of holding up to 50,000 persons. It said that a concentration camp, expressly for the Falun Gong, had been built in the remote northwestern province of Xinjiang. Chinese sources report seeing Falun Gong practitioners shipped off on trains to the Xinjiang camp. Little or no information on this secretive camp has emerged. No one to date is known to have come back from the camp.

Most Falun Gong practitioners held at some prisons have been transferred

Falun Gong practitioner Li Jingyi from Dalian City was sent to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in October 2004. She could not eat and drink for a long time. A hospital exam diagnosed her as suffering from several critical illnesses and yet, the labor camp authorities refused to release her. Instead, they handcuffed her to a metal bed and forcibly injected her with unknown drugs, which caused her to have difficulty breathing; her heart rate sped up, and she contracted a urinary tract infection. In July 2005 she was carried out of the labor camp on a hemp sack at the brink of death and was skin and bones. She didn't bring any clothes or other things with her. The labor camp authorities wrote on a blackboard that she was sent to a hospital, but she never returned and was never heard from. Later, practitioner Liu Guifang from Dandong who suffered from severe heart disease was tied to a metal bed and injected with unknown drugs. In late July, her name was also written on a blackboard with the note that she was sent to a hospital. However, all of her packages and other personal belongings were in a storage room. It's unknown where she ended up.

Practitioners He Lizhong, Jia Naizhi, Liu Chengyan and others, who have been held at Fushun City Detention Center were unlawfully sentenced to prison after they were savagely tortured for a long time. The Shenyang City Prison refused to take them because of their poor condition. They were taken back to the detention center. It has been a few years during which time they were on the brink of death several times, yet the detention center authorities refused to release them on medical parole. Recently, it was learned that the detention center authorities examined them and are planning to transfer them to an undisclosed location.

On the evening of March 16, 2006, all Falun Gong practitioners held at the Daqing Forced Labor Camp were transferred without any prior notice. They were forbidden to bring their personal belongings or quilts with them. The labor camp authorities said the practitioners were sent to the Suihua Forced Labor Camp, but their whereabouts are unknown.

IV. I'm Calling out to You on the Other Side of the Ocean

At overseas gatherings to protest the CCP's secret detention and murder of Falun Gong practitioners, the family members of Falun Gong practitioners who disappeared in China called for justice-loving people in the world to pay close attention to and help stop the genocide in China, and help them find their loved ones.

An outstanding young man disappeared

Hu Zhiming, the younger brother of Hu Zhihua, a computer engineer living in New York, graduated with a Master's degree from the Xian Air Force Engineering Science Academy in 1997. He worked at the Research Institute of the Beijing Air Force Military Training Equipment Facility. He started practicing Falun Gong in 1998. He donated his savings to help children who could not afford school and was always very considerate. He was an extraordinary and upstanding young professional. Because of his excellent performance, he was promoted to the post deputy director for the Computer Department, which is unusual for someone so young.

After the persecution started, his superiors talked to him daily and pressured him to give up his Falun Gong practice. Hu Zhiming explained to his superior from his personal experience that Falun Gong has countless benefits and does not an ounce of harm, but because of pressure his superiors discharged him in May 2000. Because the police constantly harassed him, he left home and his family has never heard from him since. In September 2000, Hu Zhiming's parents received a notice saying that he had been arrested for being at an "illegal gathering" at a friend's home in Shanghai and had been sentenced to four years in prison.

In October 2001, Hu Zhiming wrote a letter to his family from prison, "I didn't get involved in politics. I only persisted in my belief in Truth-Compassion-Forbearance and just to speak a fair word for Falun Gong. I made a clear-headed and rational choice, because Truth-Compassion-Forbearance is the most precious thing in my heart. It has never changed as I grew up...I didn't waste my time, and in the future you will know that everything that I'm doing right now is the most worthy. I simply hope that I will never become corrupt, that the sacred light of Truth-Compassion-Forbearance will forever illuminate my heart and light up the path on which I will never look back. I will purify my existence and reverently embrace this 10,000 year-old honor."

During the time he was held at Tilanqiao Prison in Shanghai, Hu Zhiming persisted in his Falun Gong practice and held a hunger strike to protest the persecution. In 2004, the prison authorities told his family to take him home because he was extremely weak. Hu Zhiming quickly recovered after a short time. The local police, however, frequently "checked" on his family. In order not to make his parents worry about him, Hu Zhiming left for Beijing. In August 2005 he sent an email to his older brother Hu Zhihua, in which he said that he had found a good hi-tech job. That was the last time anyone had heard from him. Evidence shows that National Security Bureau agents and Beijing police had arrested Hu Zhiming between September 23 and September 25, 2005. His parents and brothers looked for him everywhere but their efforts were futile. His family is really anxious.

Worry is not the word

Zhang Tianxiao, a Chicago resident, has been forced to endure more than most of her peers because her family members in China were abused and killed for refusing to give up Falun Gong.

Zou Songtao, her brother-in-law, was a kind and modest man. He graduated from Nanjing University. In 1999 he received a Master's degree from the department of Marine Biology at the Ocean University in Qingdao (currently Ocean University of China). After July 20, 1999, Zou Songtao was detained numerous times for going to the State Bureau for Letters and Calls (the Appeal Office) to clarify the truth about Falun Gong. In July 2000 he was held at the Qingdao City Forced Labor Camp. He was transferred to the Wangcun Forced Labor Camp in Zibo, Shandong Province in late September 2000. On the morning of November 3, guards Zheng Wanxin and Shao Zhenghua shocked him with electric batons and savagely beat him. He died as a result of persecution at the age of 28. At the time, his daughter Rong Rong was only 11 months old. His mother, who was in her 60s, died in August 2001 from grief after her daughter was taken away from her and her son-in-law was killed.

Zhang Tianxiao's young sister Zhang Yunhe was an accounting manager at Qingdao TFL Chemicals Co. Ltd. Simply because she practiced Falun Gong, the company terminated her contract after receiving pressure from numerous officials, although her job performance record had been stellar. In April 2000 Zhang Yunhe went to appeal in Beijing and was arrested. In February 2002 Zhang Yunhe was arrested in Qingdao City and held at the Dashan Detention Center in Qingdao City. No one has heard from her since.

Brother of U.S. resident disappeared in 2003

Huang Xiong, the younger brother of Huang Wanqing who lives in the U.S.A. and has a Ph.D. degree, lived in Wanan County, Jiangxi Province. After the persecution began he was sent to a labor camp. Later he left home and was pursued by police. On April 19, 2003 he disappeared in Shanghai and his situation is unknown. Hu, a division head at the National Security Division from the Yangpu District Police Department in Shanghai admitted to media that he clearly knows the whereabouts of Huang Xiong but he cannot divulge the information. Tian Jun, head of the Jiangxi Province 610 Office simply dismissed the questions as "rumor" and complained that Huang Xiong's family and friends "disrupted" his life by making phone calls and looking for Huang Xiong.

Huang Xiong was born in 1978 and lived in Furong Town, Wanan County, Jiangxi Province. In 1996 he started practicing Falun Gong along with some fellow villagers. When the persecution started in 1999, he was studying at the Baishite Computer Training Center in Beijing. He was arrested for appealing for Falun Gong. Later, the Jian District Reeducation Through Labor Committee in Jiangxi Province sentenced him to two years of forced labor. After his release, Huang Xiong didn't want to give up his belief in Truth, Compassion, Forbearance or his pursuit of conscience and justice. He decided to leave home and live in exile for more than two years. He went to many places and told people about the truth regarding the persecution and the beauty of Falun Gong. The police pursued him. His family lost has touch with him since July 2003 when he was in Shanghai.

V. Please Help Rescue Missing Children

During the genocidal persecution of Falun Gong by the CCP and Jiang's group, countless innocent Falun Gong practitioners were tortured and murdered. Even young children were not spared. They lived in terror and tragedy, and many of them disappeared after they were arrested along with their family. A witness has exposed that most of the Falun Gong practitioners who had their corneas removed at the secret Sujiatun Concentration Camp in Shenyang were elderly and children. This revelation makes us worry about the fate of the missing children.

Where is Lu Yuanzhuo, a 10-year-old boy from Gongzhuling, Jilin City?

"On December 31, 2000, several practitioners from Jilin went to Beijing to validate Falun Gong. We were arrested and taken to the Jilin Province Liaison Office in Beijing where we met Lu Yuanzhou, a ten-year old boy. His big eyes and his childish face mirrored his firm resolve. We asked him, "Why did you come by yourself to Beijing to validate the Fa?" He replied, "All the adults in my family have been arrested for persisting in Falun Gong practice. Although I am young, I am still Teacher's disciple and I also have a responsibility to validate the Fa."

On December 30, 2000, Yuanzhou was in Tiananmen Square holding up a banner with the words "Falun Dafa is good." Finally, many policemen surrounded him and then, in front of everyone, started brutally beating the ten-year-old child. Then they sent him to the Jilin Province Liaison Office in Beijing. In order to force him to reveal his hometown and family name, the police beat him all the way from the first to the fourth floor. Despite the brutal beating, in the end, he only gave the police a pseudonym, Li Xinming. Later, the police forcibly injected Yuanzhuo with an unknown drug capable of damaging the central nervous system. After a few days, the provincial policemen suddenly called Yuanzhuo away, claiming that some of his relatives were there to take him home. We knew that he had never revealed his real name, and that no one at his home even knew he was there. The police took him away. We have called frequently during these years, searching for his whereabouts, but we never heard anything about him again."

75-year-old woman sentenced to prison; husband vomits blood from anger and anguish; young granddaughter disappeared

75-year-old Zhu Yuezhen from Jinan City, Shandong Province used to have numerous illnesses such as rheumatoid arthritis and gastric ulcers and lived in great pain. In March 1995 she began to practice Falun Gong; all of her illnesses were healed six months later. She felt very light, had great eyesight and hearing and often felt like a young person when riding a bike. She felt infinitely grateful toward Falun Gong and for Teacher's help. She often said, "It's my obligation to tell people the truth and speak a fair word for Falun Gong when Falun Gong is wronged." On December 1, 2005, Zhu Yuezhen was arrested when clarifying the truth in the Tianqiao District. She was sent to the Jinan City Detention Center and later sentenced to three years in prison. After her arrest, her husband grew so anxious and anguished that he vomited blood and was hospitalized. He passed away the day after Zhu Yuezhen was illegally sentenced to prison. Zhu Yuezhen's young granddaughter who lived with her also disappeared. The young girl's whereabouts are unknown.

There are many more children in China who suffered similar fates.

Ten-year-old Junjun lived in Zhoukou City, Henan Province. Her parents and older sister are all Falun Gong practitioners. Her father is a retired army hospital doctor who was unjustly sentenced to a labor camp simply because he refused to give up his belief in Falun Gong. Her mother was wanted by police for telling people the truth about Falun Gong. Her older sister, a college student in Beijing, was detained because she went to Tiananmen Square to peacefully appeal for Falun Gong. Since she was 9 years old, Junjun had to live on her own. Even under such circumstances, the police still constantly harassed and threatened her. She had no choice but to quit school and go to live with other practitioner(s). One day in late August 2001, Junjun was taken into a white police car, and nothing has been heard from her since.

Practitioner Ms. Wang Guijin lived in Xingzheng Village, Hua Township, Lutai Town, Huaiyang County, Zhoukou City, Henan Province. Her husband Song Zhenling was an outstanding teacher. After he started practicing Falun Gong in 1996, he was cured of hepatitis B, which the doctors had pronounced "untreatable." Wang Guijin was moved by the principles of Truth-Compassion-Forbearance and also started practicing Falun Gong. On July 19, 2004, agents from the Liutai Police Station in Huaiyang County arrested Ms. Wang at her mother's house. She was nine months pregnant. The police took her to the Huaiyang County family planning center. Eight men held her down and forced her to have an abortion. Afterwards, she was sentenced to five years in prison and is incarcerated to this day. Her father was sentenced to one year in prison for "harboring a criminal," and a neighbor was fined 2,000 yuan for sheltering her for one night. As a result of abuse and torture in the Huaiyang Detention Center, her husband Song Zhenling almost completely lost his vision; his feet were paralyzed and he is emaciated. Nevertheless, he was sentenced to ten years in prison. Law enforcement agents from the "610 Office" and from the police station's security section also abducted their four-year-old son. They have not heard anything about her son since then.

Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Miao Qisheng, age 36, from Shenyang City, Liaoning Province passed away on the afternoon of May 14, 2002 as a result of the persecution by Xianggong Police Department in Huanggu District. After his death, officers at the Xianggong Police Station secretly cremated his body and strictly blocked information. His wife was secretly arrested in April 2001 for practicing Falun Gong. Their son Miao Yumeng is around 12 years of age and his whereabouts are unclear.

Liu Limei, a Ph.D. student at Northeastern Agricultural University in Xiangfang District, Heilongjiang Province was tortured to death on August 12, 2003 for persisting in her belief. Her 12-year-old elementary student daughter who was attending a school affiliated with Northeastern Agricultural University disappeared.

Since the persecution started in July 1999, how many warm and happy families have been destroyed? How many disasters have taken place? How many orphans and elderly parents are bleeding in their hearts, because their beloved father, mother, son, or daughter disappeared or was senselessly deprived of their life during the persecution?

Faced with terror and danger, as well as tremendous suffering, why do Falun Gong practitioners refuse to bow to the ruthless CCP? Why do they persistently clarify the truth to the world's people and awaken their conscience? People who know the truth say that the practitioners are doing their best with altruism and kindness to rescue lost souls the evil CCP specter has poisoned. The Guards from 5th Group of  Zhongba Forced Labor Camp in Guizhou City subjected unlawfully detained practitioners to mental torment and physical abuse since February 2005.

The guards tried to force practitioners to read books about the Communist Party's struggles and books that sing the Party's praises. Then they ordered the practitioners to read Falun Gong-slandering books. Nobody read them. Having no other choice, the officers had to read them out loud themselves. After that, they ordered practitioners to write a critique report. As a result, some practitioners wrote Solemn Declarations; some wrote, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good;" and some simply refused to write anything at all.

Because of this, the guards hurriedly resorted to so-called "Storming the Fortifications" techniques. They set up "black rooms" in the group and hung a sign saying "Administration Area: Restricted." They made a rule that whoever was confined there would go to bed late and get up early and would have limited food and water. Practitioners were sent into the black rooms group by group. Seeing that those in charage still couldn't achieve their goal, they set up a "Storm Fortification" room. Each squadron assigned two guard-assigned henchmen to attack the determined practitioners. They used all kinds of torture, beatings, insults, deception, threats, sleep deprivation, and other tactics to abuse and mistreat the practitioners.

Practitioner Mr. Du Xiangsheng, was originally a judiciary officer. He definitely refused to obey and questioned the guard Song Xuefei, "What kind of law did I violate so that you should 'storm' me?" Song had no reply. Two days later, however, he called for reinforcements and confined Mr. Du.

Mr. Wu Changyu was a 76-year-old practitioner. Because he wrote that he would firmly practice Falun Gong, Mr. Wu was sent to the "Restricted Administrative Area," where guards insulted him and forced him to do military drills. He was confined for 64 days beginning on July 25. He still had bruises on the back of one foot after he returned to his former squadron.

On the morning of June 2, 2005, guards from the No. 2 Squadron beat practitioner Mr. Peng Yeliu in the "storm fortification" room. Mr. Peng ran out and rushed into the courtyard. The guards followed close behind and chased him. Practitioner Mr. Tian Zhongfu protected Mr. Peng behind him. Morning roll call was just over, and many people were in the yard. The guards resorted to violence under the watchful eyes of the masses. Practitioners Dai Qiyuan and Ou Xiyong shouted, "Stop beating!" Soon after that, the guards tied up Mr. Tian Zhongfu and confined him, accusing him of "attacking police officers." They put Mr. Peng Yeliu into the "Restricted Area." They then sent Mr. Dai Qiyuan to the same area, accusing him of "Not finishing the work load." Mr. Ou Xiyong was placed in confinement for almost one month. Lu Dang, head of the No.1 Squadron, gave an order to prisoners assigned to monitor practitioners: "As long as practitioners in the No.1 Squadron express their support for other practitioners you should stop this, using whatever means necessary."

On July 10, labor camp head Qian Zhengnan "inspected" the 5th Group. Qian placed Mr. Wu Zhongran into confinement over the June 2 incident.

The above are only a few of the incidents of abuse and mistreatment under the persecution that are too numerous to list.

A married couple, both Falun Gong practitioners, resides in Panjin City Liaoning Province. Mr. Xin Minduo was sentenced to 18 years in prison and his wife Bao Juncen has been illegally detained for eight months in Panjin Detention Center.

On August 3, 2005, the couple, Mr. Xin Minduo and Mrs. Bao Juncen, was arrested and subjected to inhuman torture. On September 12, 2005, the Xinglongtai District Court in Panjin City sentenced Mr. Xin Minduo to 13 years in prison and Mrs. Bao Juncen to 12 years in prison. The couple appealed, and the upper level court revoked the verdict, sending the case back to the District Court since there was insufficient evidence for any conviction. The District Court sent the case to the District Procuratorate Court and then back to District Security Bureau 610 Office. The authorities continue to fabricate evidence in an attempt to convict them again. (Their initial attempt was exposed in the court and dismissed.)

On December 12, 2005, the Xinglongtai District Court reopened the case. The plaintiff and his lawyer refuted the allegations one by one during the proceedings. Mr. Xin Minduo declared, "I am innocent." Shortly after the session ended, the District Court announced that it would uphold the initial verdict. On December 26, Mr. Xin appealed again. The Panjin District Court (influenced by the City Political Legal Committee and the 610 Office) ignored the facts and, against the law, upheld the original verdict. On February 21, 2006, they secretly sent Mr. Xin to Jinzhou Nanshan Prison in Liaoning Province.

After Mr. Xin was sentenced to prison, his wife's case was delayed for two months. The authorities continued fabricating evidence. On February 20, 2006, the Xinglongtai District Court convened. All the allegations were refuted in the court and the public prosecutor Pei Guangyan was speechless. The proceedings were quickly brought to a close and no verdict was declared.

Mrs. Bao Juncen's case was sent back to the police department. Policeman Xu Hao refused to release Mrs. Bao to her family and sent her case to the Legal Department in Panjin City.

The family members of the couple went to all the related facilities and personnel to appeal the case and request the couple's release. They were abused and threatened everywhere they went. When they found Deputy Mayor and Police Chief Yang Zhenfu, he said with disdain, "Mr. Xin Minduo has committed a crime." On March 23, the family members found Police Deputy Chief Zhao Guihai, and asked him to release Mrs. Bo. Zhao Guihai threatened them, "What do you want? I will arrest you for harboring criminals."

What kind of facility is the "Legal Department in Panjin City?" We might never know. What kind legal procedure did they follow when they sent the case there? What other games will those who "enforce the law" play next? Nowadays, theft and robbery are all over the place. Bicycles go missing after just a few minutes of being left outside. Crisis is everywhere in society Nobody is keeping order. For those who believe in "Truth, Compassion, Forbearance," the authorities use all sorts of power to persecute and abuse them.

 For a long time, the authorities at the Heilongjiang Province Women's Prison have used inmates to persecute practitioners. On August 30, 2005, inmates Xu Zhen, Shang Xiaomei, and Wang Fengying received sentence reductions because they participated in brainwashing a practitioner. On March 24, 2005, Zhao Yingling and Zhao Huihua, head and deputy head of the prison, led a dozen guards and more than 20 inmates. They pinned practitioners to the floor and drew blood from them. They claimed to be conducting a blood test. We can only speculate about their real purpose.

The guards that persecute practitioners at the Infirmary Ward include Zhang Xiaoying, Qu Hua, and Tian Chuang, and also inmates Wang Xin, Xu Zhen, and Jiang Fengyan.

They prevented practitioners from reading Falun Gong books and periodically searched the practitioners' cells and bodies. They stripped the practitioners naked and even torn open their quilts. They took away and tore up Teacher's articles. They held the practitioners on different floors. Practitioners who refuse to "reform" are held on the fourth floor, practitioners who are "reformed" are held on the third floor, and practitioners on hunger strikes are held on the first floor. They covered the doors and windows with newspapers and detained each practitioner in a different room, surrounded by several inmates. First they play soap opera videotapes for the practitioners, and then they play Buddhist videotapes, followed by videotapes that slanderously attack Teacher and Falun Gong. They held the practitioners down and forced them to watch these tapes.

They disallow the practitioners to sleep at night. Several abusers stand around one victim at a time and use "soft" and "hard" tactics to try to force her to write a Guarantee Statement. They held the practitioners' hands to get their fingerprints. Some inmates even kowtow before practitioners. They carried practitioners who were "reformed" from the fourth floor to the third floor. Practitioner Ms. Xiao Shu refused to go, and the they wrapped her in a quilt and carried her downstairs. She remained determined in her belief. Practitioner Ms. Wu Yulan was tortured for more than 20 days. She was gagged and her hands were tied behind her back. One day an inmate went to give a message to a guard in the monitoring room and saw Ms. Wu tied up. She told the guard about it and the guard phoned the head of the prison. The head of prison arrived, and they untied Ms. Wu.

Another debased means they used was that they lied to the practitioners by telling them that they would be released or receive points or a sentence reduction if they "reformed," but in fact only inmates who helped persecute the practitioners received sentence reductions. They refused to let the practitioners eat in the cafeteria because they didn't want information passed around. Practitioners now refuse to have their photos taken and refuse to register their prison terms. During family visits the practitioners refused to write down the names of their family members. Guard Zhang Xiaoying went to various cells and told the practitioners to report their family members' identities, but no one complied.

In the infirmary ward, inmate Xia Guixian claimed she had mental illness and always persecuted practitioners. She took advantage of the practitioners' kindness and extorted food and drinks from them. She would swear at the practitioners if they didn't give her food. She hit the practitioners several times, but the guards let it go, saying, "She has mental problems." She always snatched and tore up the practitioners' Falun Gong books or articles and verbally and physically attacked the practitioners. She would not even allow it when Falun Gong practitioners talked about things related to validating Falun Gong. The guards called her "a good person," despite her vicious behaviors.

Between December 23 and 26, 2005, Xia Guixian hit four practitioners. On the morning of December 23, Xia Guixian hit practitioner Ms. Zhao Yalun, who is also in Group 6, until people stopped her.

Around 5:00 p.m. practitioners Wang Jinfan, Zhao Yalun, Pan Hua, and inmate Fang Shuqin were washing their clothes at the washroom when Xia Guixian went there to get some water. She heard the practitioners talking about how to validate Falun Gong and she said, "If you are really that great, you should go directly against the Communist Party." Practitioner Ms. Wang Jinfan said, "What does that have to do with you? You are an inmate! You shouldn't interfere with these things." Xia Guixian poured two basins of water on Ms. Wang Jinfan, soaking her cotton coat and pants. Ms. Wang walked toward the door, but Xia Guixian grabbed her hair and struck her head with a basin. She then struck Ms. Wang to the floor with a blow from her fist while still grabbing her hair. The practitioners and the inmate shouted, "Help! It's a beating!" Inmates who were watching TV and other practitioners quickly came to the washroom and pulled Xia Guixian away.

Practitioners never returned a blow; they only asked, "Why are you hitting her?" They went to find the guard on duty, who was absent. They found guard Feng at the Prison Administration Section. He only asked for Xia Guixian and Wu Shuhua. Wu Shuhua told guard Feng that Xia Guixian had mental problems, and they came back. Xia Guixian talked and laughed as she watched TV. Practitioner Ms. Wang Jinfan suffered from dizziness and nausea and could not eat.

The next day, the guard on duty, Cai Liping, did not punish Xia Guixian, say she had mental problems.

Xia Guixian saw that nothing was done to punish her, so she became even more unscrupulous. Right after 5:00 p.m. Xia Guixian beat practitioner Ms. Ma Fenglan, who was in her group, but inmates pulled her away. Guard Cai Liping saw the beating and feared practitioners would gather and protest, so she held a meeting for all of the guards. Afterwards they told the practitioners that Cai Liping had said, "This incident must be dealt with, but I cannot make the decision on my own. I have to wait until Monday when the head of prison is here."

On Monday, December 26, all of the prison officials came to work. Gao, a political head at Group 8 where Ms. Wang Jinfan was being held, came and asked about Ms. Wang's condition. She also told Ms. Wang to go to a hospital and have a medical image taken. After meeting in the morning, the prison authorities still said that, because Xia Guixian had mental problems, nothing would be done about the beating. Xia Guixian saw that even the head of prison was not going to do anything. She blustered and told the other inmates, "I'll beat up whoever talks to Falun Gong practitioners." Ms. Liu Lingling happened to go to Group 6 to get something, and Xia Guixian proceeded to hit her. Other inmates pulled her away.

Other practitioners visited Ms. Wang Jinfan after they heard that she was beaten. Cai Liping learned about it and went to Group 8 and saw practitioner Ms. Cao Yingchun. She said to Ms. Cao, "Who gave you permission to leave your group and come here?" Ms. Wang said, "It's only natural for them to come and see me after I was beaten." Cai Liping got angry and cursed at the inmates for failing to watch Ms. Cao Yingchun and prevent her from leaving her group. Ms. Wang said to Cai Liping, "Guard Cai, why are you swearing? You are a government cadre and you should not swear at people." Cai Liping could not answer and left the room.

The head of the prison, Xia Guixian, and asked why she hit Ms. Liu Lingling. She answered, "Liu Lingling cursed the Communist Party." The head of the prison and the guards wanted to shield her and prevent the truth from getting out. They cuffed one of her hands and asked her to take medications. They did this to pacify the practitioners. Ms. Wang went to the guards and explained the incident. She said, "If you don't solve this in a fair manner, I will go to the head of the prison." On the morning of December 27, practitioners on both sides of the fourth floor refused work, including those who were responsible for getting breakfast and those who were assigned to clean the yard, which powerfully suppressed the evil. Later that morning, Xia Guixian was taken down to the third floor.

The prison authorities assigned four inmates to watch each practitioner. They didn't let the practitioners talk to each other and followed and watched the practitioners when they used the restroom or washed themselves. The inmates used debased tactics to persecute the practitioners. Practitioner Ms. Liu Xian wrote a letter to the head of the prison, Inmate Cheng Tiemei, who was assigned to watch Ms. Liu, was punished that month for failing to watch her.

They detained practitioners Wang Jinhua, Liu Xian, Wang Yin, Jia Lihua, Yang Chengping, Wang Yuzhuo, Deng Jianmei, Yang Xiaolin, Zhang Dan, Jiang Minshan, and Dong Limin individually in separate rooms. Two or three inmates who have been "trained" to brainwash the practitioners watch each practitioner.

The prison authorities built a "reform" base as early as 2001 to train inmates and persecute practitioners. In the first 10 days they played soap opera videotapes to distract the practitioners, and next they played the videotape of the staged Tiananmen Square self-immolation incident. They also played Buddhist videotapes and tried to force the practitioners to convert to Buddhism. People in other groups are prevented from talking to the practitioners or they receive point deductions.

One month later the "reform" effort could no longer continue. Ward head Yan Yuhua held a meeting to motivate the inmates and former practitioners who had turned against Falun Gong, saying, "You shouldn't think that this is not going to work, that you don't want to do it anymore. You should work even harder and use all of your abilities and skills to 'reform' Falun Gong practitioners." This brainwashing lasted two months.

Practitioner Ms. Wang Yuzhuo was tortured by inmate Wan Zhongli for more than one month; inmate Chen Cenglian hit practitioner Ms. Deng Jianmei with a stick. Ms. Deng went on a hunger strike to protest. Somehow two of her lower front teeth were knocked out. The guards also ordered the inmates to pass fake versions of Teacher's articles to the practitioners. Practitioner Ms. Yang Xiaolin did the Falun Gong exercises and recited Lunyu. She was sent to solitary confinement. During this period, practitioners Ms. Deng Jianmei and Ms. Wang Yuzhuo held a hunger strike to protest the persecution. The guards called Ms. Liu, another practitioner, to the office and beat her. Ms. Liu shouted, "The guards should not beat people." Guard Kou Lili took off her uniform and sweatshirt, wearing only a bra and said, "Now I'm not a guard, so I can beat you."

Practitioner Ms. Wang Jinhua got up at night to do the exercises, and inmate Li Chunyan woke up the more than 20 people in the room. She cursed Ms. Wang and demanded everyone in the room to also curse Wang Jinhua or she would not let them sleep. She cursed until the next day. When it was time for work she said, "I have to do it [persecute Falun Gong practitioners] 10 times more than what the division head asks of me, and only then will the division head be pleased. It's called 'understanding the division head's ideology.'"

Pang Hongyan twisted practitioner Ms. Wang Jinhua's feet with both hands. Other practitioners and inmates pulled her away, but the division head forced Ms. Wang to squat for two days and two nights. Her right leg is numb to this day.

The abusers often strip the practitioners naked, claiming to search for Teacher's articles, in order to humiliate the practitioners. Someone reported inmate Li Ailian, saying she passed information onto practitioners, which made it difficult for the persecution plans to be carried out. The prison authorities put a huge placard on a string around Li Ailian's neck. The placard carried denigrating words. They made her parade through all the prison wards before sending her to a solitary confinement cell, making her an example as a warning to other inmates.

Once, prison authorities on the east side of the building tried to force the practitioners to reform. One night they took practitioners to a "reform" room. There is no monitor installed inside the room, and no one can see inside when the curtain is closed. They dragged the practitioners inside and beat them. Once a practitioner shouted, "Falun Dafa is good!" Practitioners on the west side heard it and ran to the monitor room and asked the guards what was happening. The two guards at the monitor room answered, "Nothing! We were making noise, imitating animals."

Inmate Xu Zhen was convicted of murder and was transferred from Shanghai Prison to the Heilongjiang Province Women's Prison. She used to work at the brainwashing center. Later, practitioners wrote a joint letter to oppose the persecution and she could not stay there anymore. She went to the Infirmary Ward to again brainwash practitioners. In June 2005 she stole cash and as a result was sent back to the brainwashing center. She is malicious. Inmate Qiao Qingyan said at the brainwashing center, "After we go home, we'll establish a 'reform' base and continue to persecute Falun Gong practitioners." They use extremely debased and dark tactics to persecute the practitioners.

The prison authorities strictly block information. Practitioners' appeals and truth clarification letters are never sent out. The practitioners are forbidden to put their letters in the prison head's mailboxes or the procuratorate's mailboxes set up in the wards. Even when the practitioners put the letters inside, the procuratorate and prison head never report the truth to the central government. In order to deceive the public and persecute practitioners, the prison authorities held a meeting on August 14, 2005. They told the practitioners for a long time before the meeting that officials would come from Beijing and attend the meeting and that the meeting was going to be a legal consultation. Most practitioners attended the meeting, but the officials cursed Falun Gong and Teacher at the meeting. Practitioners immediately shouted, "Falun Dafa is good!" Some practitioners left the conference room and shouted outside, "Falun Dafa is good!" Practitioners held in the infirmary ward shouted out the window, "Falun Dafa is good!" Liu Zhiqiang, head of prison, ordered the guards to "maintain order." In the afternoon, few practitioners went to the meeting, and only inmates were there.

Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Jiang Bingsheng was 40 years old and lived in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province. Even under cruel persecution, he still believed in "Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance." He went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong and clarify the truth in 2000 and was sent to a forced labor camp. In 2003, he was sentenced to prison. He was tortured in the Suzhou City Prison and died during the New Year holiday in 2006.

Mr. Jia Wencheng, 60 years old, was a practitioner in Dingningdian Town, Dingzhou City, Hebei Province. After the CCP began to persecute Falun Gong, he continued to clarify the truth and validate the Falun Gong. At the end of 2000, he was arrested by policemen from the Township Station and sent to the Chengbei Detention Center in Dingzhou City. He was tortured by guards and prisoners until he could not eat or walk. A doctor diagnosed symptoms of heart disease, high blood pressure, phlebitis, and diabetes. The hospital did not accept him for treatment, so his family members took him home. After being persecuted for so long, he died on January 30, 2006.

Practitioner Ms. Li Shiling, aged 60, graduated from a university, and was an engineer employed by the Tonghua City Petroleum Tool Plant in Jilin Province. She was forced to leave her house to escape persecution in March 2003. Before she died, she lived in Wudaojiang in the Erdaojiang District in Tonghua City. She was tracked by policemen when she was delivering truth-clarifying materials recently. At 3:00 p.m. on March 23, 2006, they arrested her and interrogated her in the Wudaojiang Police Station. About 5:00 a.m. on March 24, 2006, she went to the restroom and tried to escape by jumping from the second floor. She received head and arm injuries. She had a physical exam in the No. 206 Hospital in Tonghua City and was diagnosed with intracranial bleeding. The police monitored her for three days and left when they saw she was unconscious. She died at 10:00 p.m. on March 29, 2006.

State Security Agents including Jin Guiquan (Head, male), Tian Yuenan (Deputy Head, male), Shen Shuheng (male), and Lin Taiyuan (male) arrested practitioners during the time of the People's Congress and the Political Consultation Conference frequently. From March 9 to April 4, 2006, six practitioners were arrested from their homes.

Policeman Xu Shuiwang is the middle-ranked director of the first division of the third team in Henan Province Third Detention Center. The following are the list of crimes he committed in 2004.

In February of 2004, Xu Shuiwang and vicious policeman Xu Zusheng tied up practitioner Guan Xiaoguang (from Hebi area, Henan province) and shocked him with electric batons. They also extended his prison term by one month.

In March, Xu Shuiwang incited four policemen in the first division to beat practitioner Wang Jun (from Yucheng County, Henan Province). He also ordered others to fabricate evidence to extend his term by four months.

In May, practitioner Shi Zaihe (from Xinyang area, Henan Province) wrote a solemn declaration indicating that he was determined to practice Falun Gong. Xu Shuiwang tied him up, shocked him with electric batons, pushed him to the ground and dragged him back and forth, stomped on his feet and beat him with a shovel. The next day, vicious policemen Du Zhengtao and Yan Lei once again tied him up and shocked him. They then put him in solitary confinement and deprived him of freedom around the clock.

In June, practitioner Jin Chaofu (from Xinxiang area, Henan Province) was very weak due to long-term torture. However, vicious policemen claimed that he purposely avoided working and tortured him. Practitioners Wu Yihuai (from Nanyang area, Henan Province) and Wang Jun were brutally tortured.

In August, Xu Shuiwang tortured practitioner Wu Junqing. He publicly encouraged the head of the workshop to beat practitioners. In the evening after finishing working, he provided a leather belt to perpetrator Zhang Huizhuo for beating practitioners Wang Jun and Jin Chaofu.

In September, after learning the truth, a non-practitioner Shen Yanwei painted "the world needs Truth, Compassion and Tolerance". As a result, he was sentenced to one year of forced labor. He reported to Xu Shuiwang that head Li Zhanqi extorted money without paying it back. Xu not only did not punish Li, but also stomped on Shen's hands and said furiously, "How dare you report things to me!"

In October, practitioner Wu Jinqing clarified the truth to the police guards. Xu Shuiwang ordered them to torture him in the morning, afternoon and evening every day. Xu also tortured Jin Chaofu and Dai Yaping (a worker from Henan Puyang Oil Field) in a brainwashing class.

In November, practitioner Chen Shaomin (from Luoning area, Henan Province) and Wang Chaowei (from Shandong Province) did not cooperate with the police. Xu Shuiwang tortured Chen Shaomin after midnight. He beat him until he was unable to squat and his face was deformed. Xu Shuiwang also used the excuse that answers to a test were wrong and tortured practitioner Li Baomin (from Nanjie Village, Henan Province)

In the past seven years, officials from Guangmingshan Town Government (in Zhaunghe City, Liaoning Province), the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Committee, and policemen from the Town Station have followed Jiang's persecution of Falun Gong closely. They have ransacked Falun Gong practitioners' homes (as many as five times), withheld their personal IDs (to prevent them from leaving town), confiscated their house licenses, and extorted huge sums of money. Thirty-seven practitioners from Guangming Town have been sentenced to prison (up to seven years), sent to forced labor camps (up to three years) and detained.

Sun Jiawei, the town CCP secretary, organized arrests on a large scale. He provided materials and monetary rewards for those who supported the persecution. He was promoted to be the Zhuanghe City Urban Planning Bureau Head.

Shang Jiachen, formerly the town CCP discipline committee secretary, organized the close monitoring of Falun Gong practitioners, played a role in deceiving practitioners to prisons, compiled fake scriptures, tore up Falun Gong books and truth clarifying materials, cursed Teacher Li and slandered Falun Gong. He is the town government civil affairs assistant.

Liu Jie, formerly the Town Police Station head, beat and tortured Falun Gong practitioners, had practitioners sentenced to prisons, sent to forced labor camps, detained, bankrupted, and robbed of their personal IDs and house licenses. He is the CCP Director in Wangjiadao Town Police Station now.

On the evening of April 9, 2006, Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Zhuang Ji'e from Nanning City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region was arrested by people from the Nanning City 610 Office, from Xinyang Station, from the Chinese Communist Party Yongxin District Committee, and from the Longteng Neighborhood Administrators. A witness reported seeing a vehicle stop at Mr. Zhuang's home. Occupants from the vehicle then knocked on the door, and when Mr. Zhuang opened it they forced him into the vehicle.

Mr. Zhuang's family went to the Xinyang Police Station to request the release of Mr. Zhuang, but the policemen replied, "Just because he practices Falun Gong! The Central Government said to arrest Falun Gong!" They refused to tell where Mr. Zhuang was detained. Mr. Zhuang's family has not received any written or oral justification for his arrest.

Practitioners arrested include Ms. Liu Xiangfen, Ms. Zong Fengqin, Mr. Yang Bingxin and Ms. Li Shuxian. At 4 p.m. on February 11, 2006, Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Tai Hui was arrested by policemen from the Mengla County Police Department on the train from Mengla County to Kunming City, Yunnan Province and has been detained in the county police department.

At 10:30 a.m. the next day, more than twenty policemen stormed into the home of Ms. Tai Hui's elder sister, Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Tai Yan, and ransacked the place. They found nothing that they wanted, but they handcuffed Ms. Tai Yan, and arrested her along with her mother Li Qiongfen (also a practitioner). On the same morning, another Falun Gong practitioner, Ms. Jiang Hongling from the same county, was also arrested and her computer was taken away. More than ten fellow practitioners in the same county have had their homes ransacked and have been interrogated. Ms. Tai Yan and her mother Li Qiongfen were released at midnight after being interrogated.

At around 3:30 p.m. on February 21, 2006, County State Security Agents Shu Jie (gender unknown), and Hu Qiaobin (male) went to Ms. Tai Yan's workplace (County Business Bureau), arrested her again, interrogated her for 12 hours, and then detained her for 15 days. She was transferred from the detention center to a drug rehabilitation center, and then sentenced to two years of forced labor without any legal procedures. She was sent to the Dabanqiao Labor Camp in Kunming City at 2 p.m. on April 4, 2006.

Ms. Jing Hongling has also been sentenced to two years of forced labor and sent to Dabanqiao Labor Camp along with Ms. Tai Yan. Another practitioner, Ms. Yang Xuchun, has also been sentenced to two years of forced labor.

1. [Yushu City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Ms. Fan Xiufang Was Recently Arrested

On March 23, 2006, Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Fan Xiufang in Yushu City, Jilin Province, was secretly arrested and her family does not know her whereabouts. Next morning at 9 o'clock, a group of police officers, led by Zhang Deqing, the head of National Security Corps of the Yushu City Police Department, used Ms. Fan's key to enter her room and performed an illegal search.

On March 13, 2006, eight practitioners, including Mr. Liu Chengguo, Ms. Song Li, Mr. Liu Fuxue, and Ms. Bao Shuxian, in Jiguanshan Town, Fengcheng City, Liaoning Province, were illegally arrested by Song Xuelu, the Head of the Fengcheng City National Security Corps; Sun Xin, Head of Jiguanshan Town Police Station; and Yu Hongxi, Police officer from Jiguanshan Town Police Station. After having been held for ten days, they were transferred to Fengcheng Detention Center and detained there.

To protest the persecution, practitioner Mr. Liu Chengguo has been on a hunger strike for 13 days. He is very weak and has been force-fed intravenously. His family went to the proper authorities several times to explain his situation and to request his release, but the responsible persons passed the buck using so-called reasonable excuses and refused to release him.

On March 15, 2006, when practitioners' families went to Hegang City Forced Labor Camp in Heilongjiang Province to visit them, they were told that the practitoners were not there anymore. Their families were never informed of their transfers. It is said that they have been transferred to the Suihua Forced Labor Camp.

Police arrested practitioner Mr. Wang Yanfa in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, from his factory job on February 27, 2003. Fifteen Falun Gong disciples were arrested at the same time. Among them, Mr. Liao Nuli was sentenced to 10 years in prison, and Mr. Wang Yanfa was sentenced five years in prison. They are probably being held at the Sihui Prison in Guangdong Province.

On January 22, 2006, Falun Gong disciple Ms. Zhou Minyu of the Dulaying Auto Factory in Baiyun District, Guiyang City was arrested by the police at the "Naubaixin" computer shop on a false charge of "stealing a cell phone." That evening at 9 o'clock, police snuck into and robbed 'her home. Those who participated in robbing and searching her home are police officers from the Nanming District Public Security Branch of Guiyang City, the Shifu Road Police Station, and the Auto Factory's Public Security Division. It has been confirmed that at present Ms. Zhou is still being held at the Qingzhen City (Wangchengpo) Detention Center, phone number: 86-851-2623510.

While Ms. Chen Xioufang, 68, was distributing "truth-clarification" materials at 2 a.m on March 21, 2006, she was arrested by a police officer from the Xiangyang Police Branch of Liaoyuan City, who hid in a police vehicle. After she suffered cruel torture and persecution, she fell (the reason is unknown) from a building. She is presently being treated at the Liaoyuan City Chinese Medicine Hospital, where she has become incontinent. There are plainclothes police officers stationed at the entrance of the ward to monitor her.

On March 23, 2006, practitioner Ms. Fan Xiufang went to Gucheng Village to clarify the truth. She was arrested by Sun Longfeng, Secretary of Gucheng Village, and sent to the Minjia Town Police Station. Then she was taken to the National Security Group, the Police Department, Yushu City, Jilin Province. She is presently detained and being persecuted at a detention center. The police raided her home on March 24, 2006.

At this time, over 300 practitioners are detained in the Changcun area. Among them, 120 people received prison sentences and over 160 people were sent to forced labor camps.

In mid-March, 2006, a meeting of over 200 people from the Changcun City Police Department and 610 Offices in the Changcun City area was held. The Head of the Changcun City Political and Legal Committee and the local 610 Office made a speech saying that they are planning to allocate half a million yuan to award those who contribute to "transforming" Falun Gong practitioners. The requirement for "transformation" is to make practitioners write the so-called three statements and others. "Transforming" a practitioner will be rewarded with 800 yuan.

In June 2005, the police in the Huairou District of Beijing arrested seven Falun Gong practitioners from a civilian house. An information site was raided and a vehicle was confiscated, which incurred a direct loss of at least 300,000 yuan. Those arrested were Ms. Chen Shuhong, Ms. Yang Lan, Ms. Yang Ge, Ms. Yang Fengwen, Ms. Zhang, Ms. Bai (Ms. Zhang and Ms. Bai are over 50 years old), and a young male practitioner.

Over a month late, Ms. Chen Shuhong and Ms. Yang Fengwen were released. Ms. Yang Ge and Ms. Zhang were sent to a forced labor camp. The young male practitioner was released as well. We have learned now that Ms. Yang Lan and Ms. Bai are still being held at the Huairou Detention Center. Moreover, practitioner Ms. Chen Jingli was arrested in the Fangshan District in Beijing.

On March 22, 2006, practitioner Ms. Tan Yunli from Rongchen City, Shandong Province, was taken away by the Rongchen City 610 Office and sent to the Wang Village Forced Labor Camp in Zibo, Shandong Province.

According to another source, while practitioner Ms. Tan Yunli was detained in the Rongchen Detention Center, she suffered from being handcuffed for as long as 50 hours. The police took turns monitoring her to prevent her from sleeping and she was not allowed to wash her face or comb her hair. On March 21, 2006, her family lawfully requested to visit her, but duty officer Wang Chuangong, whose police identity number is 06910, refused their request.

Around March 20, 2006, Zhu Baoshuan and Zhang Mingliang, police officers from the Political and Security Section of the Wuji County Police Department in Hebei Province, came to practitioner Ms. Zhi Fen's home. They asked her to go to their office to have a short talk, saying that she would be back soon, but actually they sent her to a detention center.

Falun Gong disciples Ms. Yu Hongyan, Ms. Yang Zhehong, Ms. Li Guixia, and Ms. Wu Wenjing broke through the blockade and went home after being released from the detention center on March 23, 2006. They were severely beaten when they were in the police station. They are now relatively weak.

About one or two days ago, Mr. Chang Lizhong's family brought him home from the Qinhuangdao First Detention Center. Because he was brutally tortured when he was detained there, he cannot get out of bed and cannot even take care of himself.

Mr. Wu Wenfeng's whereabouts are still unknown.'

After the facts of Sujiatun Concentration Camp were exposed, the police in Huaiyang County, Henan Province, were extremely fearful. On the evening of March 24, 2006, all public security offices, procuratorate branches, people's courts, and all cadres of the Chinese Communist Party throughout the entire county were sent out to kidnap Falun Gong practitioners. Altogether 11 people that were arrested, including Ms. Xu Yanping, Mr. Zheng Reishan, Ms. Wang Haomei, Mr. Huang Yaodong, Ms. Li Cuiying, Mr. Yang Mingli, and Mrs. and Mr. Yang Shizhi.

On March 24, 2006, four practitioners in Yanyuan, Wuchang District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province, including Xiong Hanlian and others, were arrested, while they were distributing truth clarification materials.

On December 31, 2005, Mei, Head of the Jianzhou Township Police Station in Jiujiang County, Jiangxi Province, arrested practitioner Ms. Li Xiaocun, who had been reported to the police. After being detained for 20 days, Ms. Li was sent to the Majialong Forced Labor Camp to be persecuted. By order of Song Wengang, Political Instructor of the Fourth Team, prison guards did not give her water to drink and put an unknown drug into her food, which caused her skin to itch and her to become very weak.

About 11 p.m. one day at the end of February 2006, a group of police officers broke into and raided Ms. Liang Jincun's home in Maoming City, Guangdong Province. They robbed her of her computer, cell phone, and other property and then arrested her. She was "illegally detained" at the Maoming City First Detention Center.

At the beginning of March 2006, Li Xuhui, Chief of National Security Corps, Luoshan County, Henan Province, arrested four practitioners, including Mr. Yin Guichang. On the afternoon of March 16, 2006, Li Xuhui, together with police officers from Guangshan County, again arrested Mr. Pei Guangan, a Falun Gong disciple from Guangshan County, and blackmailed 'his family members into paying 4,000 to 20,000 yuan for his release. At that time, onlookers said indignantly, "They are even worse than bandits, kidnapping people in public."

On the evening of December 29, 2005, practitioners Mr. Fu Weijia and Mr. Zhao Qunshan of Yueyang, Hunan Province, were arrested and taken o the Junshan District National Security Corps, Yueyang, Hunan Province. Police officers Fu Zuai, Li Qiliang and Zhao Wenhau tortured them, beat them brutally, hung them up by their handcuffs, and did not give them food for three consecutive days.

Mr. Fu Weijia was beaten to the point that his right hand and neck became crippled. Even now, Mr. Fu' cannot use his right hand nor can he raise his head. Mr. Zhao Qunshan's head was beaten with an iron pipe until he bled profusely. His shirt and pants were covered with blood. He lay on the bed and was not able to get up for over 10 days. The police were afraid of being exposed, so they would not allow his family members to visit him.

After being beaten so severely that they could not take care of themselves, Mr. Fu Weijia and Mr. Zhao Qunshan were sent to a detention center in Yueyang City. A week later, the police reported their cases to the Junshan District Procuratorate. Because they did not cooperate with the evil and did not sign any statements, the Procuratorate rejected the police' reports. However, the Junshan District National Security Corps did not apologize for their wrongful acts and sent them to a forced labor camp before Chinese New Year.

Zhao Qunshan's mother and wife went to the Junshan District National Security Corps and requested the return of his motorbike. However, not only did they not return his property, one of the police officers pushed his mother to the ground.

Since being kidnapped by the National Security Group and Pinghu Police Station at the end of September 2005, Falun Gong disciples Ms. Zhang Yonghong and Ms. He Jingyan from Yichang City, Hubei Province, have been illegally detained at the Yichang First Detention Center. Being held in the prison without enough food or clothes during the wintertime, the 'pairs' health drastically worsened. Their conditions are worrisome. The detention center did not allow their families to visit them. They created obstacles in every possible way for Falun Gong disciples' families and even their ID cards were verified several times. They are afraid that the facts of the persecution of Falun Gong will be revealed.

Mr. Yu Dexi resides at Wanjiatuozi Big Team, Caijiagou Town, Fuyu County, Jilin Province. Since he is determined in practicing in Falun Gong, he was sentenced to a 10-year imprisonment. He has since been imprisoned at Jilin Jail for six years. His wife, Ms. Che Chengqin was twice sentenced to a forced labor camp since she is also determined to practice in Falun Gong. Currently, she is being jailed at Heizuizi Labor Camp in Changchun City. Their imprisonment left Mr. Yu's 85-year-old mother, who suffers from cancer of the rectum, and their 13-year-old son, who is attending Grade 7, home alone, with no one to care for them.

2. [Lanzhou City, Ganshu Province] Seven Practitioners Including Ma Jun were Unlawfully Arrested - Their Current Whereabouts are Unknown

On February 24, 2006, seven practitioners from Lanzhou City including Ma Jun, Mr. Fang Jianping, Ms. Wei Zhouxiang, and four others were illegally arrested. The whereabouts of these seven practitioners are still unknown today.

On March 28, 2006, Ms. Jia Guimin and Ms. Zhang Yali, from Dongzhao Village, Ji County, Tianjin City, were arrested by the police from the Dongzhao Village Police Substation. The police confiscated truth-clarification materials, Falun Gong books and computers from their home.

There are three other fellow practitioners who were arrested by the Dongzhao Village Police for posting the truth-clarification materials. Their names are unknown.

Ms. Chen Yan, 24, was arrested by the residence security on the evening of October 31, 2005, when she was giving out truth-clarification materials in Ningpo City. On November 1, Haishu District Police Department, Ningpo City  issued a criminal detention notification. She was arrested on December 1 and now faces an illegal trial.

Tanggu District Police Department in Tianjin City illegally searched Ms. Gao Wenxia's (60 years old) home during the two meetings.

In late March 2005, the 2nd Station of Masanjia Women's Labor Camp set up a Severe Surveillance Team to torture those practitioners who did not give up their practice. The torture included handcuffing them for days and nights, and slapping them on the face. Ms.Chen Guilan, Ms.Sun Shuxiang, Ms.Yuan Shuzhe, Ms. Wang Manli, Ms. Ma Lingyan, and Ms. Ju Guiying were all slapped on the face by the police.

Mr. Wang Zhanshan, a practitioner from Pihe, Jiaohe City was arrested from home on March 17, 2006, and his home was searched. It is said by those who know the inside information that there were five other practitioners who had been arrested at the same time. Currently they are being jailed at Jiaohe City Detention Center.

On March 31, 2006, Jining City Daily published that there would be a touring exhibition called "Hundreds of Poems and Pictures" to defame Falun Gong. It was organized by Jining City Science Association and the City Anti-cult Office. The Chairman of the City Political Consultative Conference Dai Weijuan and the director of the City People's Congress chaired the tour in twelve county's urban areas, schools, factories, and the residential areas to defame Falun Gong until late October 2006.

Ms. Li Xiuhua resides at Team eight of Yongsheng Village, Jiangmifeng Town, Jilin City, Jilin Province. She is 63 years old. On March 31, 2006, she was arrested by the Tiangang Town Police Substation after she was reported to the police for clarifying the truth to the villagers at Daqiaocun, Tiangang Town, Jiaohe City.

Ms. Lin Shuhua, 48, and Ms. Lin Shujie, 46, are sisters who both work at the New China Candy Manufacturing Factory in the Jilin Economy and Technology Development District. They were arrested on March 6, 2006 by policemen from Jiuzhan Police Station

Without reason, the police led by director Li Ruifeng broke into her home and arrested her. A policeman named Ju Songmou removed the door when the practitioner refused to open it for them. On the morning of March 7, the police again arrested another practitioner named Ms. Sun Huiying from the same workplace. A dozen other practitioners from Jilin City Chemical Fibers Factory were also arrested. Currently they are all being jailed at Jilin City Detention Center. When their families asked to visit them, they were refused by the detention center.

On the morning of April 3, 2006, Mr. Li Zongtai, who resides at Building six of Babaixiang, Daqing City, was arrested from his workplace when he was on duty. His home was also searched.

On March 11, 2006 Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Wang Xiaodong was arrested by policemen led by Liu Jinji and Jin Zhexian. He was detained in the Huadian Detention Center. The police plotted to sentence him to jail, but were refused by the prosecutor bureau with the reason of insufficient evidence. Wang's mother went to the 610 Office police department to ask for Wang, but the police there ignored her.

Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Bao Junceng was arrested on August 3, 2005, by State Safeguard police officer Xu Hao of Xinlongtai area and was detained in the Panjin Detention Center. She was released on March 30, 2006. Ms. Bao experienced torture in the detention center.

On April 1, 2006 at 10:00 p.m., the police discovered that Falun Gong practitioners from Yanshan County were holding a Falun Gong experence sharing conference. A good person warned them and most of the practitioners escaped. It is confirmed that twelve practitioners were arrested, six from Yanshan, and two from Cangzhou, including Wang Jiasheng and Liu Yi. They also lost a duplicating machine. Liu Yi's microbus was detained.

On April 2, at 8:00 a.m., police searched Liu Yi's home, and arrested four practitioners including Ms. Cao Yanxiang, Ms. Liu Ziyun, Xiaosu and Ms. Chen Lanying. At the same time police went to practitioner Ms. Tang Jianying's home to search, taking away 600 yuan in cash and a computer, with a total value of 10,000 yuan. Tang Jianyiing was forced to leave home to avoid further persecution. Wang Shuyun from Yanshan City was also forced to leave home.

On the morning of March 29, an employee of Urumqi Chinese Medicine Hospital Ms. Chen Qinlan was working when six people broke in and arrested her, taking her to brainwashing class in Nanshan. Those involved in the arrest are from the Urumqi 610 Office, Tianshan area 610 Office, and the Tianshan political and law committee.

The 610 Office forced Urumqi Chinese Medicine Hospital to dispatch two persons to accompany Chen, paying them 3000 yuan. The class will last forty days. The hospital leaders revolted, as they thought Chen works hard and well. The 610 Office agents emphasized that this was the direction of the Sinkiang 610 Office, and that they could do nothing.

Chen Qinlan needs to take care of her sick husband and the son in high school. Their life is difficult. 610 Office personnel do not care and are void of human nature.

Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Xue Cunlin was arrested by police during a conference by police of Xin County and Dawangzai Police Station.

Xue was arrested in July 20, 2001 and persecuted for seven months. In January 2002, he was sentenced to three years at a labor camp. He refused to give up his belief. He got out of the evil den in December 2004.

On March 29, 2006, Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Li Shiying was arrested by police on her way home.

Mr. Liu Yuzhu was arrested in February 2006, when he distributed Falun Gong materials in Baoshan. He is detained in the Baoshan Detention Center. His home was searched, and many Falun Gong books and materials were taken away. His family members visited him once. The police refused them, and told them to wait for one more month. They said they would send him to a labor camp.

Practitioners including Ms. Cui Xiaoping, Ms. Gong, and Ms. Zheng from Taikang County, Daqing City were arrested by the police of Qi City on April 1.

A practitioner named Mr. Zhou Chengfu from Yishui County was arrested by police for distributing Falun Gong materials on the night of March 30. His home was searched on the next day. Now he is detained in the Yishui Detention Center.

Yang Guochun, a worker from Dongfang Electric Engine Factory at Dongli area, Tianjin City distributed Falun Gong materials in Zhaobei Village, Xinli street and was arrested by police from Xiaodongzhuang Police Station. He is now detained and was reportedly sent to a forced labor camp.

A practitioner named Ms. Tang Renya was sentenced to four and a half years of imprisonment.

On May 19 2005, Ms. Tang Renya was deceived by police to leave her home and to go to the police station, where she was detained. Later, police searched her home, grabbing Falun Gong books, and the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party etc. They even wanted to take away the computer. Tang's daughter said firmly, "the computer is mine." and the police had to give up.

Ms. Tang Renya was sentenced to four and a half years. She is now detained in Jiangsu Hongze Lake Jail.

Falun Gong practitioners Ms. Chen Ping and her daughter were arrested in mid March. Chen lives around Haidian Driving School, Bei'anhe area. She had been followed secretly for a period of time before she was arrested.

On March 17, 2006 three Falun Gong practitioners including Mr. Wang Lidi and Mr. Yu Jingguang were sentenced to three and a half years imprisonment. Mr. Xu Changhong was sentenced to three years. They have appealed to Xianning Intermediate Court. They are being detained at Xian'an No. 1 Detention Center.

Ms. Wang Lidi is a teacher at Xianning Medical College. Mr. Yu Jingguang lives in Longtan Grain Supply Center, Xian'an area. Mr. Xu Changhong is a pharmacist in Xianning Central Hospital.

Falun Gong practitioners Wang Hongchang and Lu Wenxue were arrested on January 17. They are currently detained in the Yuzhou Detention Center. The case has been submitted to the Yuzhou prosecuting department.

Falun Gong practitioners Mr. Liu Mingwei, Mr. Hao Yuefeng, and Ms. Mu Chunmei were sentenced to two years of labor camp by Dalian developing area police department. They were sent to Shenyang Masanjia Labor Camp. On April 3, their families went to Masanjia to visit them and were refused by the labor camp.

Four Falun Gong practitioners, who are illegally detained in the 2nd Detention Center in Shijiazhuang City, were bound up by the police because they were doing the Falun Gong exercises. It was said that at present about forty Falun Gong practitioners are illegally detained in Shijiazhuang City's 2nd Detention Center.

Some of the leaders from the College of CAAC, located in Tianjin City Dongli District, received some truth-clarifying materials in the mail and suspected they were from Mr. Yue Zhongsheng, an assistant professor from the same college, who is 38 years old. Yue Zhongsheng is now sentenced to a forced labor camp.

At around 9:00 p.m. on April 1, 2006, Falun Gong practitioners from Cangzhou District, including Mr. Liu Yi, Mr. Wang Shouhai, etc. (nine in total) were arrested by the police at Zhongqin Village, Qingyun Township, Yanshan County. Among them, eight were brought to the Yanshan Police Station National Security Team.

At around 9:00 a.m. on April 2, 2006, Cangzhou Falun Gong practitioners Liu Zaiyun and four other people were arrested by the Daodong Police Station at Wuhua market in Cangzhou City. Among them, three people managed to run away. Liu Zaiyun was illegally detained at Daodong Police Station. It is said that on the afternoon of April 3, Liu Zaiyun was sent to a branch of the National Security Team of Cangzhou City for illegal detention.

At around 8:00 p.m. on March 28, 2006, police from Dashuitang, Yingkou City called Ms. Liu Yuying's home and lied by saying that they wanted to ask Liu Yuying's husband to do some work for them, but they could not find their home and asked someone from Liu's family to come out and get them. Liu Yuying did not doubt their honesty and brought about seven of them home. She did not realize that once they arrived at their home, these police would ransack their home and take away their property. Later, they took Liu Yuying with them. Now, Liu Yuying is illegally detained at the detention center in Yingkou City.

On December 12, 2004, Changchun Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Zhang Xiaoguang was arrested by police from the Changchun Police Station at the European and Asian Store in Changchun. The police also ransacked her home. Although the police did not find anything, they still illegally detained Ms. Zhang Xiaoguang in Changchun in the No. 3 Detention Center for over one year, and they would not allow her family members to visit her.

The Elementary School on Xinfu Street in Kuiwen District, Weifang City, Shandong province is now playing video tapes slandering Falun Gong, thus poisoning students. They also asked students to write an article after watching the video. It was said that the educational bureau in Kuiwen District distributed a document.

On the morning of March 2, police from Kalun Police Station, Jiutai City, arrested Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Guo Yanping, 36, from her home and also illegally ransacked her home. They took away one Falun Gong book and Minghui Weekly journal, CDs, and other truth telling materials. That afternoon, Kalun Police Station sent Guo Yanping to the Jiutai Detention Center. The superintendent of the detention center said there were no female cells available and refused to accept her. That evening Guo Yanping went home. However, Kalun Police station constantly sent police to Guo Yanping's home to harass her.

Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Yu Yingzhu is illegally detained at Baimalong Forced Labor Camp, Hunan Province. She started hunger strike on March 14 protesting the persecution. Her family members went to visit her on March 30 and April 2 and were refused both times.

The Pictures Magazine published a series of picture stories from page four to page seven of the No. 532 Volume, in October 1999. The author is Yu Xiuxi. The artist is Liu Yanjiang. They framed a case against Teacher and deceived people.

In the ninth edition of the Shanghai Wenhui Newspaper, an article was published on March 13, 2006 talking about a Huju Opera entitled "The Sentiment Turns Over to Mid-autumn Festival" which stigmatized Falun Gong and deceived ordinary people. That Lu Opera was first performed on March 12 in Shanghai Yifu Theatre.

Recently, some of the elementary schools in Fuzhou, distributed test papers slandering Falun Gong and forced students to answer the questions. In addition, they asked the students to take the test paper home and ask their parents to sign it.
