Chinese Commerce Minister Bo Xilai, who is accompanying Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao to visit Australia, has been sued for torture and genocide by Falun Gong practitioners in Australia. This is another lawsuit filed against Bo when he visited foreign countries, following the lawsuits against him in the US, the UK, Ireland and Russia.
On March 31, 2006, Falun Gong practitioner Pan Yu filed a lawsuit against Chinese Commerce Minister Bo Xilai, who plans to visit Australia, accusing him of committing crimes of torture and genocide. The Sydney Supreme Court officially accepted his submission according to International law and Australian law, and will hold the first hearing on April 10, 2006.
Defendant Bo Xilai has been actively following Jiang's regime to persecute Falun Gong practitioners since July 20, 1999. When he was the mayor of Dalian City, deputy secretary of Liaoning Provincial Party committee and governor of Liaoning Province, he discussed and arranged the persecution of Falun Gong in many meetings. When he was governor of Liaoning Province from January 2001 to February 2004, Bo Xilai actively planned and built large prison facilities, and invested 1 billion yuan into reconstructing prisons within the province. Masanjia Forced Labor Camp, notorious for its brutality and ruthlessness in the persecution of Falun Gong, was allotted over 500 million yuan. Liaoning Province is one of the provinces where the persecution of Falun Gong has been the most severe. The recently-disclosed secret concentration camp in the Sujiatun District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province held about 6,000 Falun Gong practitioners from northeast area of China at a time. Witnesses revealed that there is usually a large number of doctors there, and it also contains a crematorium. Falun Gong practitioners have had their organs harvested while still alive and their murdered bodies cremated immediately to destroy the evidence.
Bo Xilai transferred responsibilities to his subordinates in the persecution of Falun Gong so that local governments are incited to blatantly employ torture on Falun Gong practitioners. The cases of torture deaths of practitioners increased sharply. Therefore, Bo Xilai cannot shirk his responsibilities in this persecution.
Plaintiff Pan Yu traveled to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong on February 1, 2000 and was forcibly sent to Shenyang City's Danan Custody Center. Without going through any legal procedures, he was detained for six months. During that time, he was subjected to all kinds of tortures. Pan Yu used his personal experience to accuse the follower of Jiang's regime, Bo Xilai, of committing huge crimes against Falun Gong practitioners and all of humanity.
Bo Xilai tried hard to avoid Falun Gong practitioners during his stay in Australia. Practitioners had to deliver the subpoena of the Sydney Supreme Court to his retinue. Though the retinue threw the subpoena on the ground, the court held that the subpoena has been delivered to the defendant.

Falun Gong practitioner Yuan Hong, was once a surgeon at the No. 1 Hospital affiliated with Chinese Medical University in Liaoning Province. As he knew, organs are harvested from death penalty criminals for organ transplants, including their hearts, lungs, kidneys, livers and other organs. As a doctor who had been working in a hospital in Shenyang for ten years, he believes that the recent revelations about the Sujiatun Concentration Camp, where nearly 6,000 Falun Gong practitioners have been locked up and where doctors there harvest their organs, are true. Bo Xilai, who was once governor of Liaoning Province, must also bear responsibility for the Sujiatun death camp.
Former professor of Procedural Law at Beijing University Yuan Hongbing expressed that Falun Gong's lawsuit against Bo Xilai is a righteous action. China is to a large extent actually ruled by a group of criminals who commit crimes against humanity. Therefore the lawsuit against these criminals, is not only Falun Gong practitioners' right, but also a righteous legal action, and should be supported by all of humanity.
On April 3, 2006, of the day before the new Canadian government was sworn in, more than 150 Falun Gong practitioners held rallies successively in front of the Canadian Parliament and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, calling upon the new Canadian government to intervene and investigate the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in the Chinese Communist regime's secret concentration camp at Sujiatun. Five Members of Parliament from major parties respectively made speeches to support Falun Gong practitioners and urged the government to conduct an investigation.

Reenactment to expose the CCP's harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners' organs for profit |
The World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong: Nation-wide allotment of organs for transplant, CCP will destroy the evidence on a large scale in late April
Investigator Ms. Li from the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong said in an interview that after the disclosure of news that the Chinese Communist regime was harvesting organs of live Falun Gong practitioners, their organization has investigated over a dozen organ transplant hospitals in China. Hospital staff said that if the type (for organ transplant) is suitably matched, the patient could have an organ transplant operation within 24 hours. That is to say, organs are waiting for patients.
Ms. Li said that these hospitals confirmed that organs for transplant are allotted nationwide, and all organ providers are people in their 20s or younger.
Ms. Li confirmed that after the existence of the death camp was exposed, the CCP did not give any open response for three weeks. But inside China, local hospitals in three provinces of Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang have circulated a notice to temporarily stop organ transplant operations. These hospitals all said that organ transplant operations would be resumed in late April. We assume that the CCP will conduct a mass killing to destroy the evidence of crimes late in April.
Secret concentration camp exposed, Canadian Members of Parliament shocked and urged to investigate

Conservative Party Member of Parliament Bruce Stanton said, "I was shocked at the revelation of this news. We can't believe that when the memory of the holocaust during WWII is still so clear in our minds, such things continue happening in the world."
Mr. Stanton thought Canada did not pay sufficient attention to this issue. In his speech, he said to Falun Gong practitioners on site, "I'll try my best to help you." He believes that the Canadian government should take a stronger position on the human rights issue, calling the persecution happening in China's secret concentration camp "intolerable."

MP from Bloc Quebecois, Maria Mourani, promised to try her best to urge the Prime Minister to conduct an investigation. The same day, her assistant read a letter of support on her behalf. The letter stated, "Your efforts have let us know about the CCP's killing Falun Gong practitioners for their organs to make a profit." The letter expresses, "It is unacceptable that a government allows the use of torture on its people."
Maria promised, "I'll try my best to urge Prime Minister Harper to conduct a joint investigation on this matter in the United Nations."
|
Liberal Party Member of Parliament Borys Wrzesnewskyj also attended the activity. He said, "Once it is proved that the CCP cuts out organs of spiritual people and dissidents, this is the most horrible situation, because 1.3 billion people are living in an environment of terror."
Mr. Wrzesnewskyj emphasized that the Canadian people cannot "only see the money (bank notes) but forget about the price to be paid for earning these bank notes."

New Democratic Party MP Peter Julian said, "In the past few weeks, we've heard about the most serious and horrible revelation about China's concentration camp. We need the international community to conduct a thorough investigation."
Mr. Julian held that regarding this latest incident in China, Canada should exert pressure to ensure the international community will conduct an independent investigation. He said that Canada should stand up to speak, especially in the policy of trade, and make clear its position towards the people who trample upon human rights, and oppose the persecution of Falun Gong, because such atrocities cannot go on any more.
Spokesperson for the Canada Green Party Eric Walton stated his deep shock last Wednesday about the atrocity of harvesting Falun Gong practitioners' organs at the Sujiatun Concentration Camp. "There is enough evidence right now to require a thorough investigation of this matter. The governments of Japan, Canada and America should join in the investigation, because there are citizens from these countries who have been involved in organ trafficking from China."
The same day, amidst cold wind and rain, Falun Gong practitioners gathered in front of Parliament Hill to hold a series of activities, including forming a Great Wall of Truth, reenactment of torture, and signature collection to expose the CCP' atrocities of harvesting Falun Gong practitioners' organs and cremating the murdered bodies to destroy the evidence of crimes against humanity.
On the afternoon of March 29 and 30 2006, French Falun Gong practitioners gathered at Paris City Hall, L Hotel de Ville, the La Bource Square, the office building of AFP and the French Stock Exchange respectively to expose to the general public of France the Chinese Communist regime's atrocities at the Sujiatun concentration camp, by means of speaking, displaying photos, collecting signatures and distributing truth-clarification materials. They strongly protested against the Chinese Communist regime's vicious crimes of establishing the Sujiatun concentration camp to harvest practitioners' organs and kill their bodies to eliminate evidence. In the meantime, they called on the French government, media and general public to help put an end to the Chinese regime's killing of Falun Gong practitioners, and urgently rescue the practitioners who are being persecuted in the Sujiatun concentration camp.
Passersby stopped to listen attentively to the facts about the persecution as well as the urgent call for help. They also viewed the photos and the captions on display boards. Despite the rain on the afternoon of March the 30, Falun Gong practitioners persisted in explaining the facts to people and urged the French media and general public who have a sense of justice to help rescue the innocent Falun Gong practitioners. In the face of the on-going atrocious crimes taking place in the Sujiatun concentration camp in Shenyang, French people expressed their support for justice and their indignation at the atrocity.

Falun Gong practitioners expose the Chinese Communist regime's atrocities in the Sujiatun concentration camp.
Mr. Gerard: "I want to know more about Falun Gong and learn the exercises."
It was the second time Gerard had come across Falun Gong practitioners exposing the Chinese Communist regime's atrocities at the Sujiatun concentration camp. He told our reporter that after learning of the Chinese regime's atrocities in the Sujiatun concentration camp, he told his wife, Ms. Francoise, about it. It happened that he saw the Falun Gong practitioners at the City Hall again. Talking about the concentration camp in China, he said, "I think not only is it a shame for our generation, but it is also a shame for the entire world." Afterward, he added, "As Falun Gong practitioners are exposing the Chinese Communist regime's evil crimes to let more people know about the regime's persecution and killing of peaceful and compassionate Falun Gong practitioners, we support them. To my understanding, the 'Tolerance' advocated by Falun Gong is truly valuable. I want to know more about Falun Gong and learn the exercises."
Ms. Rossel: "It is a shame! These atrocities will be condemned by all the nations of the world."
After quietly listening to Falun Gong practitioners' explanation in front of truth-clarification display boards, Ms. Rossel was shocked by the atrocities about the Sujiatun concentration camp, and angry at the Chinese Communist regime's cruel persecution and killing. She thus signed the petition to support Falun Gong and expressed her protest against the Chinese regime's Sujiatun concentration camp. She said, "It is a shame! Those responsible for the atrocities will be condemned by all the nations around the world. We shall do whatever you wish us to do!"
She added, "The ready-made petition letter to our government you provided needs to be signed by more people so as to push president Chirac to take action. We should not simply regard the Chinese society as a market and give first priority to the economic interest. Instead, we should regard upholding human rights as our first priority."
Ms. Burger: "I made up my mind not to go to China after hearing the truth."
After learning of the atrocities at the Sujiatun concentration camp, Parisian Ms. Burger said, "It is ridiculous. I thought that the Communist Party's cruel torture was over, but judging from the current situation, it is not so. I was planning to visit China, as everybody talks about it at present. But after hearing about these atrocities, I will not go until all these horrendous things are over."
Frederic Osmont: "Eradicate the Despicable Atrocities from the Human World with Our Conscience"
Mr. Frederic Osmond, a French senior researcher in video and audio technology, was shocked and outrageous after learning of the crimes at Sujiatun. He expressed his voice of justice: "I support Falun Gong! Today, I am indignant at the Chinese communist regime's wanton cruelty. Although people hold that hell and demons are invisible in our real lives, the appalling atrocities in the concentration camp are in fact the manifestation of hell and demons in the human world. We cannot accept such evil crimes! We must eradicate these extremely despicable things from the human world, and prevent such crimes from happening again with our conscience.
Within less than three weeks since the revelation of the Chinese Communist regime's (CCP) harvesting of live Falun Gong practitioners' organs for profit in the Sujiatun Concentration Camp, Falun Gong practitioners in Toronto, Canada initiated an SOS Car Tour in Ontario. From March 27 to 31, 2006, practitioners visited the offices of mayors and members of parliament in 18 cities in the Midwest area of the province, calling upon the Canadian government and people to condemn the CCP's brutality and help stop the persecution of Falun Gong in China that has lasted for seven years.

Since a former journalist disclosed the Sujiatun Concentration Camp on March 8, 2006, people overseas were shocked. On March 17, the ex-wife of a doctor who once performed organ removal operations on living Falun Gong practitioners at the Sujiatun Thrombosis Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine confirmed these revelations. A veteran military doctor who did not want to disclose his name recently also revealed to the media that the Sujiatun Concentration Camp truly exists, and there are 36 similar concentration camps in China.
When Falun Gong practitioners arrived in a city, they would unfurl banners in front of the city hall and read a letter to the mayor. Passersby expressed their deep shock and showed their support for the practitioners. One passerby was extremely emotional, and said, "Too cruel, God will be enraged. Please pass me your signature collection letter, I want to sign."
A city councilor passed by and gave his name card to the practitioners, and said, "I support you."
Some members of parliament learned about the facts and signed the petition on the spot to express their support. They also told practitioners how to contact other members of parliament and asked practitioners, "What can I do for you?"
An overseas Chinese student learned about the Sujiatun Concentration Camp incident and said, "I'm ashamed of such a thing happening in my country!" He then signed the petition to call for an end to the persecution.
The Car Tour last week drew the attention of local media. Reporters from The Oakville Beaver, Orillia Today, Mississauga News, Orillia Packets & Times, Midland Mirror, A-Channel inquired in detail about the incident and filed reports on it.
One of the coordinators expressed that the CCP's acts are horrible and inhuman, but all this is taking place under the disguise of lies. Through the SOS Car Tour, we wanted to expose the Sujiatun incident to the public. We urgently call upon the Canadian government to pay attention to this situation. Write to the office of the Prime Minister and urge the Canadian government to meet with the Chinese Ambassador in Canada to require an explanation, and send people to China to conduct a thorough investigation.
In the appeal letter to mayors, Falun Gong practitioners mentioned that we Canadians should not repeat the mistakes of the past, just as when the Nazis killed millions of Jewish people during WWII, western society kept silent. When later generations ask us what we did when the Communists committed similar crimes in the 21st century, we will feel ashamed for remaining silent at this time. So we should take active steps to safeguard the basic morality and conscience of humanity.
The SOS Car Tour will travel through all the major cities in Ontario. The Car Tour last week visited the offices of mayors and members of parliament in 18 cities in the Midwest area, including Mississauga, Oakville, Hamilton, Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, London, Windsor, and delivered 36 copies of related materials regarding the Sujiatun Incident provided by the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong. The next two weeks, the car tour will continue visiting cities in the eastern and northern areas of Ontario.
After the signature collection drive on the evening of April 1st in the Basheng Market, practitioners moved to the busier Wujimianden Shopping Area in Kuala Lumpur the following day to continue the signature collection, and to call on the WHO and International Olympic Committee to pay attention to the Chinese Communist regime's shocking atrocities of removing human organs from living Falun Gong practitioners. The Malaysian people were stunned by the CCP's brutality and signed the petition to call attention to the inhuman atrocities.
Practitioners said that they started to expose the barbaric crimes ever since the revelation of the CCP's secret Sujiatun concentration camp. They have informed the Legislative circles, hospitals and each level of government in Malaysia. Now they have taken to the streets to expose it to the public.
People on the street stop to learn the facts
Practitioners said that the Wujimianden area is in the busiest section of Kuala Lumpur, and people from different races love to shop here. It is also a favorite place for international tourists. The signature collection would draw attention of people from different social strata, and offer them an opportunity to work together to call for an end to the CCP's barbarity.
A practitioner told us that three young people asked practitioners for proof upon learning of the secret Sujiatun concentration camp. The practitioners explained to them that if a person reported a robbery, the police would not ask him for proof, because the investigation is police's job. Falun Gong practitioners are victims in this case. The current investigation by Falun Gong practitioners has revealed the existence of the concentration camp, and they are calling for the international organizations to probe for more evidence. In fact, several witnesses have already confirmed the existence of such crimes as harvesting organs from live persons. The three signed their names after the practitioners' explanation.
"The three young people's suspicion really states a common concern that quite a few people have. In fact this is not only a matter of Falun Gong, the CCP has committed a crime against humanity. This is an atrocity that threatens the conscience of all humanity, and the international community has a responsibility to investigate and stop the brutality."
Practitioners stated that they will keep doing the signature collection, and keep calling for the attention of international organizations until the atrocities are stopped completely, and the CCP stops killing practitioners.
"Where can I sign, I need to sign it." That is what a thirteen year old boy said, without hesitation, when he heard about the brutish behavior of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in the Sujiatun tragedy. In his opinion, Falun Gong practitioners' holding such activities to expose the evilness of the CCP is very good and really necessary as well. He said that such a cruel thing must be stopped, as it violates human rights: people are killed in unimaginable torture methods, and then their organs are sold for great profit. We knew that there used to be concentration camps in Germany, such a thing should not happen again.
The crimes the CCP has committed shocked everyone |
This scene happened at the Marienplatz in front of the Council House of Munich, Germany. On March 25, 2006, German Falun Gong practitioners held activities exposing the CCP's concentration camp in Sujiatun, where they kill Falun Gong practitioners by various torture methods and then sell practitioners' organs for profit. People who were shocked by the revealed truth all came to sign the petition to condemn the CCP's criminal acts.
People from non-communist countries could hardly believe these things
One gentleman from Bulgaria told us, "People who are from non-communist countries could hardly believe things like this. But I know everything related to the communist party very clearly. I know that they can do things like this. Fifteen years ago, we had the communist party in Bulgaria. They also committed the sin of selling organs. But the whole thing happened very secretly, the truth was not revealed on a large scale. However, people who never have the experience of living under the communist party's control do not know this, because from outside it does not look so bad. "
There were many Chinese tourists at the Marienplatz. Many of them looked at the truth-clarification posters and banners displayed, and quite a few took the newspapers with reports. One of them even thanked practitioners for their hard work.
"I'm standing on your side"
After signing the petition, a German lady told the reporter, "In my opinion, human rights is the most important issue, regardless of the country of origin or culture. For the past few years, I have been working hard as a member of a women's organization to tackle this issue. I really like Chinese people and are really concerned about the human rights violation in China. I think there is a universal standard of human rights that needs to be obeyed by all the countries. No matter what, I am always standing on your (Falun Gong practitioners) side."
"How wonderful it is for you guys to expose these crimes in public," said one German while waiting to sign the petition. "Depriving people of their freedom, and then selling their organs at the end, this kind of thing is very hard to expose, so I think you are doing an excellent job here. I believe eventually the Chinese people will have freedom; it may take a while, but just like one proverb said: if you don't fight for it, you are already lost. "
When asked why she signed the petition, a German lady said that she thinks this is very important. Plus, if more people stand on this (Falun Gong practitioner) side, this issue will be taken more seriously." Her husband said, "I have been to China twice and I am very interested in Chinese affairs. I am very sad for what has happened. The CCP looks strong from its appearance; however, things like this are still happening. This CCP must change itself, it must respect human rights."
A lady who just signed the petition said to us, "I am against violence in any country. That is why I support Falun Gong practitioners who are being persecuted in China. China needs to improve its human right record." When she was asked about how she felt about the concentration camp, she replied, "I was born in 1959, after World War II, but as a German, somehow I feel guilty for what the Nazis did. It is a wound to the nation, and generations and generations of people of this nation will suffer for this sin."
"I support all people fighting for human rights; I will give you the lowest price!"
Because there were so many people who were interested and asked for information, the materials we prepared in advance were quickly all gone. One practitioner then went to a local shop to photocopy more leaflets. Unfortunately, the shop was already closed but the owner was still there making a phone call. The practitioner quickly introduced the content of this leaflet and explained the situation to him. The practitioner hoped that he could help as the aim of the leaflet is to expose this atrocity in China. The shop owner was very shocked, and offered his help straight away to photocopy the leaflet. He said, "I support the human rights movement; I will give you the lowest price!"
