Ye Xiaowen, Director of the National Religion Bureau of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), is leading a delegation to visit the US. On the afternoon of May 21, 2006, Ye Xiaowen and his delegation held a private meeting with local Chinese churches in Houston. Local Falun Gong practitioners held a peaceful protest outside the church where the meeting was held.
The World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) believes that Ye Xiaowen assists the CCP to persecute Falun Gong and issued an announcement that he is being investigated.

"Transformation" means persecution
An unnamed person who attended the meeting said that Ye's topic was "Is there really religious freedom in China?" Ye talked about how religions developed rapidly under the control of CCP and defended the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong with lies such as "self-immolation" and "murder". He even claimed that "There is no persecution of Falun Gong in China and over 99% of practitioners are transformed."
Practitioner Ms. Tang, who attended the protest said, "The CCP's so-called 'transformation' means persecution. If there is true religious freedom, why 'transform' the practitioners? Is this to determine punishment based on one's mind? Many Falun Gong practitioners were tortured brutally in brainwashing centers, labor camps and prisons for refusing to be 'transformed'. Many of them were tortured to death. Many more are forced to leave home and have their families broken."
Ms. Tang further said, "The CCP's fabricated lies of self-immolation and murdering have been exposed in the international community. The film entitled "False Fire," which exposes the fabrications behind the staged self-immolation, won an award at an international movie festival.
Ye Xiaowen Evades Practitioners
Security at the meeting was extremely tight. Besides two policemen outside the meeting place, there were at least 7 security guards. Attendees were checked one by one.
The World Journal reported on the meetings: "On one hand, Ye Xiaowen thanked security personnel for their blocking Falun Gong practitioners outside the meeting. On the other hand, he said he welcomed discussion with Falun Gong practitioners. He said that he had much information to retort Falun Gong."
Practitioner Mr. Xia at the protest said, "Ye Xiaowen's words are self-contradictory. On the same day, practitioners stood outside the meeting place peacefully with banners in their hands and wished to talk to him in person, but were denied entry."
Mr. Xia said, "Since there was one entrance and exit for the meeting room, Ye Xiaowen, his delegate and other attendees saw the practitioners' banners. After the meeting, when Ye was to leave, one lady shouted at him on roadside, 'Ye Xiaowen, stop persecuting Falun Gong!' If he truly intended to talk with Falun Gong practitioner, why did he thank security personnel for blocking the entry of practitioners and did not dare stop when his motorcade passed by? "
WOIPFG Issues Investigation Announcement on Ye
WOIPFG issued an investigation announcement on Ye Xiaowen on May 22, 2006. The announcement stated, "Ye Xiaowen was born in 1950 in Chongqing. He is from Guiyang, Guizhou Province. He is Director of the National Religion Bureau. Since July 20, 1999, Ye has followed Jiang Zemin's hoodlum group to persecute Falun Gong. He has issued slanderous and demonizing words attacking Falun Gong and its founder, including many press conferences on persecution of Falun Gong, media interviews and writings condemning Falun Gong, which were used as study materials against Falun Gong for CCP officials and government employees. These fabricated lies, and hatred inciting words were reported and reprinted by CCP's media such as Xinhua, People's Daily, and Central TV Station. His words misled media, and played roles in the brutal persecution leading to at least 2891 deaths of Falun Gong practitioners."
WOIPFG further stated, "From this day on, WOIPFG sets up an investigation case against Ye Xiaowen and will submit facts and evidence to the International Court, human rights organizations, each government and the Sydney Branch of Special International Court on Criminal Law for Trial of the CCP's Crimes against Humanity at the appropriate time. WOIPFG will sue and expose his crimes in the persecution of Falun Gong. Based on regulations regarding 'foreign officials involved in persecution of freedom of belief, their spouse and children are not allowed to enter democratic countries', WOIPFG will submit his criminal record to each customs and immigration department."
On the morning of May 20, 2006, people in Pancoran (Jakarta's Chinatown) saw Falun Gong practitioners' truth-clarification activities exposing the CCP's crimes of live organ removal. The two-hour activity progressed smoothly.

People still remembered the disruption two two previous truth-clarification activities. On May 6, a local Chinese person tore a banner. On April 28, a Chinese person hit a Falun Gong practitioner's head with wood baton and made him bleed. The two attacks are being investigated by police.
On the morning of May 20, a dozen Falun Gong practitioners stood on the sidewalk and held photos exposing the CCP's torture methods. Within a few minutes, passers-by gathered to look and ask questions. Then they talked and showed signs of shock. Their reaction was strong. In the beginning, one or two Chinese people seemed inclined to cause a disturbance, but they left in a few minutes after failing to generate any support.
The activity also caught the attention of local Chinese business people. They saw the photos and had different reactions, but they all knew about CCP's violent suppression. A Chinese lady asked a person beside her, "What are so many people looking at?" The person told her, "These practitioners want to tell people the tragedy occurring in China. The CCP conducts live organ removal from Falun Gong practitioners for profit. Many people go to China to have kidney transplants. They might not know that the donor organs were illegally harvested. Falun Gong practitioners are dying from live organ removal." The lady suddenly understood, "Going to China to have organ transplants means killing good people."
A lady advocating human rights said that she heard of the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong half a year ago. Recently she learned of the CCP's live organ removal and cremation of their bodies to destroy evidence. These crimes shocked her. She felt it was inconceivable that local Chinese businessmen were indifferent to the issue. She said that each one should express his position if he has righteousness, even though the victims were in China.
She also called on patients going to China for organ transplants to make a wise choice after knowing about this. She said, "Falun Gong's activity was to express practitioners' views in public. They are protected by the constitution. If they are attacked violently and police fail to stop the trouble-makers, the police would not be conducting their duty to protect citizens' rights."
She believed that Falun Gong practitioners exposed the CCP's crimes
but did
not damage China. It is the CCP that is committing crimes, not China.

encouraged the practitioners to introduce Falun Gong to government
officials and
Chinese business people on a large scale to let them know the facts.
On April 22nd, 2006, Finnish Falun Gong practitioners once again, at Helsinki train station, displayed banners reading "Falun Gong is good," "Stop persecuting Falun Gong," etc., and photos depicting the persecution of the practitioners in China. They simply wanted to expose the Chinese Communist regime's seven-year persecution of Falun Gong practitioners, who cultivate themselves according to the principles of "Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance" In the meantime, they called on the international community to help immediately put an end to the long-existing organized atrocities of harvesting and selling live practitioners' organs as well as cremating their bodies to destroy the evidence. They also called for an extensive investigation into China's hospitals, forced labor camps and prisons.
Some eye-catching words were on posters, including "SOS, urgently rescue Falun Gong practitioners being persecuted in China," "Immediately stop harvesting living human organs and genocide" and "Falun Gong practitioners were brutally killed to harvest their organs, and their bodies were cremated to destroy evidence in forced labor camps in China." Among the Falun Gong practitioners' photos on display were that of Wang Bin, a practitioner in Heilongjiang province, whose internal organs and brain were removed after he was cruelly tortured in a forced labor camp in 2000 and the photo of Liu Yufeng, a practitioner in Shandong province, whose body was covered with wounds after her internal organs were brutally removed in a forced labor camp in 2000. Many passersby stopped to view the posters, and were shocked by the atrocities. After hearing about the facts of the persecution, they signed the petition to support practitioners and express their protest against the atrocities.

After learning the facts of Falun Gong a lady suggested the practitioners inform those Finnish companies doing business with China.
After accepting flyers, some Finns told the practitioners, "You've done the right thing! I support you and wish you success."
After the Chinese Communist regime's long-existing organized crimes of harvesting and selling living Falun Gong practitioners' organs for profit as well as the atrocity of cremating their bodies to destroy evidence was exposed to the outside world, the Chinese Communist regime has speeded up efforts to eliminate witnesses and destroy evidence. To put an end to the Chinese Communist regime's massacre so as to rescue practitioners, Falun Gong practitioners in various countries around the world have launched a series of protests and urgent rescue activities. They called on the international community to conduct an extensive probe into the atrocities of the organs harvesting in China's forced labor camps, prisons, concentration camps and hospitals, so that the killing and persecution of Falun Gong practitioners can be ended immediately.
On May 13th, 2006, in the biggest city in Switzerland, Zurich, the sound of waist-drums and traditional Chinese music echoed on the lakeside. People could not help looking for the source of this sound. When coming closer, the first things to greet people's eyes were three huge gold Chinese characters reading 'Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance' and a gold banner reading "Falun Dafa is good". Then came the waist-drummers in yellow uniforms.
The banners read: 'Falun Gong, also Known as Falun Dafa, Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance, practiced by a hundred million people, persecuted by the Chinese Communist Party', 'Bring Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Liu Jing and Zhou Yongkang to justice', 'Gods will eliminate the Chinese Communist Party'. What especially attracted people's attention was the scene at the latter part of the parade: Two Chinese policemen bound two Falun Gong practitioners with a chain, after them were two doctors in operation gowns with containers labeled with 'kidney' and 'heart' in their hands. The banners in front of and behind them read, respectively, 'Chinese Communist Party is harvesting Falun Gong practitioners' organs to make huge profit' and 'the KZ in Germany, the Gulag in the USSR and Laogai in China, exposing the crimes of the CCP harvesting Falun Gong practitioners' organs in forced labor camps.
Many passers-by were shocked at the contrast of the former and latter parts of the parade and took the leaflets handed out by practitioners. Some of them stopped to read the material carefully, some recorded this scene with their cameras and video cameras, some inquired about the background and what they could do to help.
When the procession was moving among the crowds of people on Bahnhofstrasse, the busiest shopping area in Zurich, even people on the other side of the road looked at the group attentively. A lady looked at the picture of 'a kidney' and told the practitioners, organ harvesting by the CCP was so cruel! A passer-by told the practitioners who were giving out leaflets that although the human rights violations in China were widely known, yet he was still shocked. It was hard to believe such a cruel persecution is happening. Some passersby said to practitioner 'Well done! It's very good you have courage to do this!'
At the rally after the parade, Falun Gong practitioner Erich mentioned the aim of this activity in his speech. 'May 13th is World Falun Dafa Day. Fourteen years ago on this day, Falun Gong was introduced to people in China for the first time. We, Falun Gong practitioners in Switzerland started to practice Falun Gong at different times and we gained a lot in terms of both physical health and morality. That is the reason for this celebration today. However, we still have a heavy heart in this celebration because the persecution of practitioners by the CCP has been going on for almost seven years. In the past two months, many witnesses have corroborated that for a long time, the CCP has been harvesting live Falun Gong practitioners' organs to make huge profits in forced labor camps and prisons. Many Chinese doctors also admitted that organs were from live Falun Gong practitioners. We are here hoping more people will learn the truth about the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners by the CCP and help to stop the persecution. Please tell the truth you have come to know to your relatives and friends, write to the media, to parliament members and to the Swiss government.'
Dolores has been cultivating for three years. Since she practiced, she has become more patient and considerate of others. She has learned to treat people and matters positively rather than filling her head with negative ideas. Falun Dafa Day is a very special day for her. She could not imagine what would happen if she had not obtained the Fa, if all the practitioners had not obtained the Fa, or if Dafa had not been spread.
Anderas is a practitioner from a place near Thun. He saw some practitioners protesting in front of the Chinese Embassy in Berlin, got some truth-telling material and read Zhuan Falun on line. One and a half years ago, he decided to start practicing Falun Gong when he was in India. On the World Falun Dafa Day celebration, he found some Chinese people were deceived by the CCP and refused to listen to different opinions. He hoped that the Chinese people could have the courage to know the truth and not be deceived by the CCP any longer. Silbi, a practitioner who practices Falun Gong with Anderas together, hoped that the Chinese people could read the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party published by the Epoch Times newspaper. She herself did not know about the crimes of the CCP as it controls the Chinese people through lies and violence and why Falun Gong practitioners who wanted to be good persons by following the principles of 'Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance' were persecuted by the CCP until she read the Nine Commentaries. She thought that people would gain a lot and make their own judgment after reading the Nine Commentaries.
Ms Zhang has been practicing for three months. She said it was her first time to take part in an activity. She was so excited the night before that she was almost sleepless. Although she had been practicing for only a short period of time, she has really understood how to be a good person and her family has also benefited. Before, she did not know how to show her care of her son. Every time when she wanted to do something for her son, it only made her son feel worse. After she started to practice, she shared with her son her understanding about how to be a good person and told him her new understanding obtained from the practice. There was finally real communication between their hearts. Before cultivating, this sixty year-old lady always felt heavy in her and was very tired when walking; however, that day she did not feel tired at all, even after she played a drum for almost two hours.
The organizer of the waist-drumming, Mr Lin, has been practicing Falun Dafa for eight years. After he started to cultivate, he always put himself in other people's position and considered other people's needs rather than just caring about himself. Before the parade, the waist-drum team practiced for only four hours, but all the members were working hard and with high efficiency. During the parade, many people were attracted by this waist-drum team. They said they had never seen so many Chinese people playing waist-drums with Westerners. Mr. Lin also hoped that after seeing the performance of waist drumming, more people would come to know the beauty of Falun Gong and help stop the cruel persecution of Falun Gong by the CCP.

"Wow, Falun Gong really moves with a tremendous momentum!" A tourist from China said to his high school classmate, Mr. Chen, who is a Falun Gong practitioner. This was the scene in downtown Munich on May 13th. Mr. Chen came to join the celebrations for World Falun Dafa Day; however, he just happened to meet his high school classmate who was visiting Germany. His schoolmate drew the above conclusion after seeing the scenes of Falun Gong practitioners' practicing the exercises and the pictures of Falun Gong widely introduced around the world.
In 1992, on May 13th, the founder of Falun Gong, Mr. Li Hongzhi, started to introduce Falun Gong in Changchun to the public. He awakened people's Buddha nature, which was hidden for a long time, with the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance, and pointed out a practicing way to return to one's original, true self. In the beginning, there were approximately one hundred people attending the class; however, after fourteen years, there are more than one hundred million practitioners in over eighty countries today. On May 13th, 2000, when the Chinese Communist Party started to persecute Falun Gong, Falun Gong practitioners worldwide established this day as "World Falun Dafa Day". This is the seventh year. During these seven years, Falun Gong practitioners worldwide firmly adhered to the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance to tell people in China as well as other countries the truth of the persecution against Falun Gong by the CCP and bring the goodness of Falun Gong to the people.
While expressing the goodness of Falun Gong to the German people, Falun Gong practitioners also disclosed the truth of the persecution against Falun Gong by the CCP, exposing the incident of the CCP's harvesting organs from live Falun Gong practitioners, and conveying the message of more than ten million Chinese people quitting the CCP.
