Recently, Jiang Zemin, the former Chinese dictator who started the persecution of Falun Gong, visited Longkou City, Shandong Province. During his visit, 610 Office officials in Longkou City illegally arrested over thirty Falun Gong practitioners and sent them to a brainwashing center. They have been detained there since April 30.
Practitioners in Dingjia Town Illegally Arrested
At around 7:00 p.m. on the May 8, Meng Ziyi of the Xiadingjia
Juridical System ordered several policemen to break into Xing Qifu's
home in Nan Xingjia of Xiadingjia County. When Xing Qifu heard the
police outside his home, he urgently jumped out of his window. He
landed on the top of his neighbor's single-story home, at which point
his neighbor's dog started barking.
Meng Ziyi ordered the police to break into Xing Qifu's neighbor's home and search the house. The police followed Xing Qifu, who was trying to escape, into Xing Zhijin's house. There they saw Xing Qifu. Meng Ziyi stepped on Xing Qifu's throat, nearly suffocating him.
The police carried Xing Qifu, who was already near-death at that point, and left him lying on the cold cement ground before taking him to the brainwashing center. Other practitioners at the brainwashing center protested the torture of Xing Qifu and requested a doctor for him. When the doctor saw Xing Qifu however, he said nothing and left. Later, the police were forced to send Xing Qifu to the People's Hospital in Longkou City. When Jiang left (at around 2:00 p.m. the next day), Meng Ziyi sent Xing Qifu home without any shoes. Xing Qifu was not able to walk and had to ask others to help him.
Xing Qifu's wife asked Sun Xuchao, an official from the town government, "What can I do to stop the persecution of Xing Qifu?" Sun Xuchao said, "You can try whatever you want, You can file a lawsuit wherever you want. You can go to Beijing to appeal if you want."
On the morning of the May 11, Xing Qifu's wife was not at home. Meng Ziyi led a few thugs to break into Xing Qifu's neighbor's single-story house, where they found Xing Qifu lying on the bed. Harassing him, someone said, "Aren't you ill? Open the door. I will take you to see the doctor." Upon seeing that Xing Qifu did not move, they left.
While all of this persecution was happening to Xing Qifu, Xing Qifu's mother, who was 85 years old at the time, was too scared to eat or sleep. Three other practitioners, Sun Cuifang, Ding Xueshan and Mr. Wang were also "illegally arrested."
Practitioners in Fengyi Town Illegally Arrested and Sent to a Brainwashing Center
On April 13, a practitioner named Qu Jianqin, from Fengyidian Village, Fengyi Town, was illegally arrested by two female thugs. Qu Jianqin clarified the truth to the people surrounding her. Later, she discovered multiple bruises on her body.
Ms. Zhang was also illegally arrested while working in the field. She was first abducted and taken to the Office of the Village Party Committee, and then she was sent to the brainwashing center.
Qu Jianqin and Ms. Zhang were illegally taken to a brainwashing center. They were severely tortured by Yu Yonglu because they shouted "Falun Dafa is good."
Practitioners of Beima Town Illegally Arrested and their Homes Illegally Searched
Practitioner Li Zhishuang, of Lijia Village, Beima Town, Longkou City, was illegally sent to a brainwashing center. His home was illegally searched as well. The police confiscated his TV, VCD, Falun Gong books and other personal belongings. Li Zhishuang was released only after Jiang left. Li Zhishuang was extremely traumatized by this.
Important note: Li Zhishuang is related to Yu Guiying, who died in a car accident on July 3, 2004. As his only living relative, the government promised to compensate Li 68,000 yuan. However, the police in Beima delayed a long time before distributing the funds. Finally, Luan Hongbo, who is head officer in Beima Police Station, informed Li Zhishuang to take the money. But he only gave Li Zhishuang 48,000 yuan, and told him, "That's it. You can appeal wherever you want."
Yu Guiying's relatives had to suffer in silence (because there is nowhere to appeal).
A homeless practitioner's relative in Dongliu Town, Beima County was illegally searched. The police officer confiscated the practitioner's TV, VCD and Falun Gong books. Their home was left in a big mess.
From April 30 to the day Jiang left, over thirty practitioners were illegally abducted and sent to a brainwashing center in Longkou.
Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Na Zhenxian from Zhiye Village, Xile Township, Shuangcheng City, Heilongjiang Province, was tortured to death in Changlinzi Forced Labor Camp in Harbin City. During the past few months his family members tried several times to file a lawsuit. The Daowai District Court of Harbin City refused to take the case, and the Harbin City Middle Court purposefully delayed the case by rejecting it, using the excuse of "insufficient evidence" and "more investigation and evidence needed."
Mr. Na Zhenxian's body, which had several obvious bruises, is being stored at Donghuayuan in Harbin City. With such clear evidence, his family members were still unable to find a place to file a complaint or launch a lawsuit, as no court is willing to take this case.
Mr. Na had benefited greatly from practicing Falun Gong. Since he insisted on practicing Falun Gong after the persecution started, he was arrested and detained, and had money extorted several times by local government staff members. He was again arrested on February 27, 2005, and sent to the Second Detention Center of Shuangcheng City at about 4:00 a.m. the next day. He was sentenced to two years of forced labor, and was badly tortured in Changlinzi Labor Camp. At 2:00 p.m. on September 16, 2005, the labor camp notified his family members that Mr. Na was seriously ill. Members of his family immediately went to the labor camp only to find that Mr. Na had already died.
Both the Civilian Medical Death Certificate and the Death Burial Certificate were dated September 16, 2005, and the family member who signed the certificates was "Li Jianfeng," a male name. Mr. Na's family members said that they did not know anyone named "Li Jianfeng." Director and deputy director of the Fifth Group of Changlinzi Labor Camp, Wang Kai (male) and Qiang Guosheng (male), threatened the family members and said, "It is illegal for you take pictures of Na Zhenxian's body. We have reported this to the Shuangcheng City Police Department, to have you all arrested."
Two 70-year-old practitioners, Mr. Yu Xiaoru and Mr. Feng Chuanjia, were illegally sentenced with heavy punishment and have been missing for two years.
Yu Xiaoru was a member of the Political Affairs Committee in Fengjie County, Sichuan Province. He was also the person in charge of the Fengjie County Assistance Center. Mr. Yu went to Taiwan three times between April 1999 and April 2002, to visit his relatives. During his visits to Taiwan, he participated in local Falun Gong activities and brought back some Falun Gong truth clarification materials. After he returned to China, he was arrested and sentenced to eleven years.
Feng Chuanjia from Fengjie County went to Beijing in 2000. He held up a banner proclaiming, "Falun Dafa is Good" in Tiananmen Square. He was arrested and sentenced to forced labor for one year. After he was released in September 2001, Mr. Feng wrote some articles to expose how prison guards brutally persecute Falun Gong practitioners in prisons. He entrusted Mr. Yu to send the articles to the Minghui/Clearwisdom website. Mr. Feng was arrested in October 2002. He was sentenced to ten years.
The local media, including TV stations, broadsheet newspapers, and tabloid newspapers, have produced numerous slanderous articles concerning Mr. Yu and Mr. Feng. In January 2003, they even sent their slanderous materials to the state-run TV, CCTV, for broadcast. The Wanzhou City TV Station re-broadcast the program several times the next day.
The two practitioners were transferred to Danzishi Prison in Chongqing City in either 2003 or May 2004. Since then, nothing has been heard from either of them. They are both over 70 years old.
The police also confiscated the belongings of several dozen people. They arrested and sentenced them while trying to arrest Mr. Yu and Mr. Feng. It was said that the Central Committee ordered the Wanzhou District Police Station of Chongqing City to send out over twenty police officers to carry out the arrests. Practitioners in Wanzhou District were also harmed.
Ms. Yu Dingzhu, 64, was a Falun Gong practitioner from Wuhan City, Hubei Province. She was an associate professor at Hubei University. She went to Beijing in 2000 to appeal for justice for Falun Gong and was intercepted on her way there. She was thrown into a cage and tortured. In November 2004, her university sent her to a brainwashing center. She wasn't released until her husband was hospitalized and on the verge of death, and her blood pressure reached 220. After returning home, she was still constantly monitored and harassed by the university security personnel. Her telephone was also tapped. Under the long term persecution, her mind and body were severely damaged. On April 8, 2006, on her way out, she fell while in an unstable mental state and was badly injured from the fall. She passed away on April 12.
Ms. Zhao Xiuyun, 68, was a Falun Gong practitioner in Jinan City, Shandong Province. After learning Falun Gong in 1995, all of her illnesses went away. After the persecution began in 1999, she went to the provincial government to clarify the truth on July 21 of that year. She was then sent to Qixianzhuang to be persecuted. In August 2004, a former practitioner told the police about her, and her home was ransacked. She was taken to a brainwashing center, where she was detained for over 70 days and fined over 3,000 yuan. Due to the constant persecution, her health went downhill. She passed away on February 16, 2006.
Ms. Zhu Zhi was a Falun Gong practitioner in the Jinan City Switch Factory in Shandong Province. After the persecution began on July 20, 1999, she went to Beijing three times to clarify the truth. Each time she was arrested and detained. In October 2000, she was arrested at the rail station in Beijing. She was first taken to a detention center, and then transferred to a labor camp. However, the labor camp refused to accept her due to her poor health. In 2001, she was sent to a brainwashing center, where she was tortured for five months and became extremely weak. Within one month after her release, she passed away, in July 2001, at the age of 58.
Mr. Gao Jiyuan was from Shagouyu Village, Fei County, Linqi City, Shandong Province. He suffered from chronic illnesses, but he became healthy again after taking up the practice of Falun Gong. When the persecution began, the local 610 Office members and police station chief Zhang Dayong often led people to harass Gao at his home. They also took him to a brainwashing center to be persecuted. The forced brainwashing and torture severely damaged both his mind and body. Under the pressure, he relapsed into his old illnesses. He passed away on February 28, 2004, at the age of 40.

Recently, State Security Agents from Longhui County, Shaoyang City arrested five Falun Gong practitioners.
At around 8:00 a.m. on April 29, 2006, they arrested four practitioners from Taohong Town.
At about 8:00 a.m. on May 17, Zheng Fenglin (male) and Long Jiliang (male) led five State Security agents from the County Police Department to arrest Mr. Huang Qihua, a practitioner from Taohong Town, and ransacked his residence. Mr. Huang, 33, was sentenced to forced labor in Xinkaipu Labor Camp in 2001. A few months into his forced labor term, he showed signs of illness and became unable to walk. He was later "released on probation for medical treatment."
Since the exposure of the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) crimes of removing organs from living Falun Gong practitioners and cremating their bodies to destroy the evidence, the Falun Dafa Association and Miinghui/Clearwisdom website have launched the "Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong in China (CIPFG)," and is collecting evidence from all sources. Please find below recently discovered information. We sincerely hope that caring people who are aware of relevant facts will step forward and expose the cruel killing of Falun Gong practitioners, as well as the collusion among all forced labor camps, prisons and hospitals in China, and thus help stop the persecution.

Details on the Above Clues Pointing to Illegal Organ Transplants:
1) One of Shenyang City's Influential Departments Offers "Specially Approved" Kidney Transplants at Low Price Within a Month
On May 5, when I was clarifying the truth to a lady about the evil CCP removing organs from live Falun Gong practitioners and selling them for profits, she told me:
In 2005, a patient named Wang Dan was in Shenyang City No. 8 Hospital. She was her colleague who suffered from leukemia. She spent large sums on dialysis, and her family suffered great hardship. They could not cure her. At some point in time, her co-workers at her workplace donated money after an appeal from departmental staff and "special approval" by the Shenyang City Board of Health. A kidney was found within a month, and she had surgery at Shenyang Medical University Hospital without any delay. The price tag for the kidney transplant was only 50,000 yuan. She was not told the identity of the donor.
This true story shows that it is not difficult to find a kidney for a patient within a month. A city level board of health is authorized to manage a live organ supply to be sold at low prices, because 50,000 yuan is barely enough for an operation and other fees in some expensive hospitals in China. It is obvious that the CCP authorized removal of organs from living bodies. There is no search for compatible organs in the hospital or for a few donors. Alas, with the "special approval" from a certain governmental entity, one is supplied an organ from a living person within less than a month. It is also suspicious that only they knew where the organ came from.
2) Many Falun Gong Practitioners are Being Transferred to Different Locations in Chongqing
It has become known that Sanhe Forced Labor Camp and Changtan Prison in Wanzhou District, Chongqing City have transferred a great number of Falun Gong practitioners from different places (probably from Liaoning province), in locked vehicles and under special court orders. There were more than 1,000 people transferred each time. Also, Tiemen Farm in Zhong County is getting ready for some event, as it is now emptying its 100 million ton grain depot. These places are in the mountains. Outside are the housing of prison officials. One road leads into a seemingly large cave.
3) Falun Gong Practitioners in Shijiazhuang Forced Labor Camp Are Given "Blood Tests" for So-called "Medical Check-ups"
During the first six months of 2005, Falun Gong practitioners who were illegally detained in Group 5 of the Shijiazhuang Forced Labor Camp had blood bests for so-called "medical check-ups." Although this was claimed to be a "medical check-up," every practitioner was forced to give 20cc blood from an artery in the arm. No other tests were done. It is common that "blood tests" are done on detained Falun Gong practitioners - to find matching donors for live organ transplants.
4) Elderly Herbal Doctor Believes that Two of His Friends Paid High Price for Liver Transplants from Live Falun Gong Practitioners
Recently, an elderly herbal doctor, after reading the flyer about "Sujiatun Concentration Camp," told me that during the "May 1" holiday, a few of his friends from a big city visited Xian, and lived with him. One of them had a liver transplant in 2004, with an organ from a live donor. It cost him 400,000 yuan. However, because of severe "rejection problems" he spent an additional 4,000 to 5,000 yuan each month on medicine -- a total of 50,000 yuan per year. Another person had a kidney transplant in 2002, also from a live organ donor. He spent 300,000 yuan. After two years his body rejected the kidney, and he spent 300,000 yuan for another transplant from a living donor. It cost him 600,000 yuan for the two operations. But the "rejection problems" were very severe, so they sought help from the elderly doctor. The doctor said that from the information they gave him, the organs were taken from Falun Gong practitioners. As long as the "Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong in China" will come to investigate, and conduct investigations concerning these types of cases, the truth will be made known.
5) In Recent Years, the CCP Has Allocated over 50 Million Yuan for Construction Expenses to the Changchun City's 3rd Detention Center
According to reliable sources, the CCP has allocated over 50 million yuan for construction expenses to the Changchun City's 3rd Detention Center (it is rumored to be located in Shuangyang District, Changchun) in recent years. It has to be investigated if such funding was used for building or enlarging concentration camps which persecute Falun Gong practitioners. We ask that the WOIPFG and CIPFG take note. We are also asking that people who know details come forward.
6) Hefei City Performed Kidney Transplant in Late April
In late April, Hefei City received eight kidneys for hospitals that do transplants. Two were allocated to Anhui Province Armed Police Unit Hospital, one to Anhui Medical College Hospital, and the rest were allocated to Anhui Province Hospital and other hospitals. Details are not known. When asked about the source of the kidneys, the patients who received the kidney transplants said that five prisoners had been executed in Hefei City recently, and that the organs were from these prisoners. The actual truth is not known. It is still illegal to take organs from executed prisoners. One patient had a kidney transplant on April 28.
