After being detained in prison and persecuted for four years, Ms. Liu Hui was taken to Xinjin Brainwashing Center in Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, where she continues to be persecuted. Ms. Su Weirong was abducted from her home and is being persecuted in the same brainwashing center.
Ms. Liu Hui used to be a very good teacher at Paotongshu Primary School in Chengdu City. When CCP began to persecute Falun Gong on July 20, 1999, Ms. Liu Hui went to Beijing to appeal for justice. As a result, she was beaten and detained. On her way back to Chengdu, Ms. Liu was illegally arrested by police while she was clarifying the truth, and she was sentenced to forced labor. At Nanmusi Women's Forced Labor Camp, Liu Hui suffered inhumane and cruel torture, and in July 2001 she almost died. The forced labor camp was afraid of taking responsibility for her terrible condition, so they released her, allowing Ms. Liu to seek medical care outside of the prison.
In 2002, Ms. Liu Hui was again arrested by the police in Congzhou City and was sentenced to four years in prison. She was detained at Chuanxi Prison in Longquan City. Because she steadfastly believes in Falun Gong and "Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance," and refused to renounce the practice, she was cruelly tortured. In October 2006, Liu Hui should have been released, yet she was sent to Xinjin Brainwashing Center instead.
Ms. Su Weirong, in her sixties, is retired from the Public Transit Company in Chengdu City. Since she began to practice Falun Gong, all the diseases that she used to have disappeared.
Since July 20, 1999, the police, the local community bureau and the residential committee kept pressuring Ms. Su Weirong and her family, which caused them great psychological damage. In 2005, Ms. Su Weirong was taken away from her home and held at a brainwashing center located in Jinjiang District for five months.
In October, 2006, Ms. Su Weirong went out to distribute
truth-clarifying
materials and somebody reported her to the police. Chen Guoqing and
others from
the Public Transit Security Section, together with the police from
Yixinqiao
Police Station, broke into her house and illegally arrested her. Ms. Su
is still
being detained at Xinjin Brainwashing Center. It is said that her
blood
pressure is very high and her life is in extreme danger.
The "Chengdu municipal legal system training center" in Sichuan province is a den of evildoers where the local 610 Office persecutes Falun Gong practitioners. It is an illegal underground prison established under the control of the Communist party, now being turned into a secret concentration camp.
November 6, 2006 was the day when Falun Gong practitioner from Baiyang village, Luodai town, Chengdu Xie Hongmin's illegal forced labor term expired. However he was not able to go home, instead he was abducted by the village head Bai Lanzhong and others, and taken to the so-called "legal system training center" for forced brainwashing.
Falun Gong practitioner Deng Weijian was abducted on November 22, 2002 and was sentenced to four years of imprisonment. He suffered this unjust imprisonment and persecution in Deyang prison throughout these long four years. The Qingbaijiang area 610 Office, police department, Dawan local police station and others from the Xiaojiayuan community, used the excuse that Deng Weijian had not actually "reformed," so they abducted Deng Weijian from Deyang prison and moved him to the evil Xinjin brainwashing center on November 21.
The brainwashing center is located at Caijiawan, Huaqiao town, Xinjin, Chengdu city. It is surrounded with tall walls; one of the walls separates it with a neighboring road. On the other three sides are farmland and houses. Several years ago a sign saying "Chengdu legal system training center" was hung there and the villagers all thought it was a school. Afterwards, they often heard the sounds of reproaches, beatings and scolding, insults, cries and miserable screaming from the buildings inside the tall walls, which were disturbing to their ears and absolutely terrifying. Only then did they gradually understand this was no school, but a concentration camp for imprisoning Falun Gong practitioners.
The "Chengdu municipal legal system training center" sign no longer hangs there. If you were to ask the local people about the "Chengdu legal system training center" in the surrounding area of several kilometers, anyone can give clear directions and tell you how to walk there. They will also tell you that it's purpose is to persecute Falun Gong practitioners, and that within its tall walls, practitioners are tortured ruthlessly.
Every Falun Gong practitioner taken there is locked up in a sealed room alone. So-called 'helpers' are paid a high salary to forbid Falun Gong practitioners from coming in and going out the room. The practitioner's daily life takes place only within the confines of the room. Meals and water are brought by the 'helper' who afterwards will lock the door. For several years, within the tall walls, group after group of Falun Gong practitioners have been brought here to be persecuted by cruel corporal punishments. Some Falun Gong practitioners were even persecuted here to the point were they were crippled, suffered a complete mental breakdown, or were persecuted to death. Nobody in the outside world actually knows the facts.
Now this brainwashing center runs according to a premeditated plan, that is, to take in Falun Gong practitioners whose terms elsewhere will soon end, but who have not been "reformed" in the prisons, labor camps and detention centers they were held in. In the brainwashing center, "reformation" efforts continue. So, as long as the Falun Gong practitioners imprisoned here do not give up their practice of "Zhen-Shan-Ren", they will be continuously imprisoned here and suffer long time mental and physical persecution. They will not be permitted to have their relatives visit them, exchange correspondence, or have conversation over the telephone. Even delivering them clothing is not permitted.
Xinjin Caiwan brainwashing center really is a living hell, and
ironclad proof
of the wicked party's persecution of Falun Gong practitioners.
