Some Anecdotes From an Experience Sharing Conference in China

Recently, an experience sharing conference was held in China, despite the fact that the Chinese communist regime forbids Falun Gong practitioners to exercise their constitutional right to the freedom of assembly. Below are some anecdotes from the conference.

1, "Even everyday people know better than you."

During the conference, someone said something like "Even everyday people know better than you." At that time, I did not pay much attention. On my way back, I introduced Falun Dafa to the taxi driver. This driver had learned something about Falun Dafa from a practitioner from Zhe-jiang Province. This practitioner had been arrested on the Tiananmen Square. Later he was baited out and took the driver's cab to the train station.

I told this driver not to believe those slanderous propaganda on TV and newspapers that are full of vicious lies that characterized the sinful Great Culture Revolution. He was also very sick of those propaganda. Later he said, "The authorities say Falun Gong is not good. If you do not speak out for Falun Gong, then who else will? If you remain silent, then it will mean that you agree with those accusations. Now you have no place to appeal for Falun Gong. Then just go to XXX." Indeed it was true that even everyday people know better than some of us practitioners who are still remaining silent. I told this driver, "Your enlightenment quality is really good."

2, "Who says that it is useless to go to appeal?!"

Through constant efforts of numerous practitioners, people have gradually deepened their understanding of Falun Dafa, and begun to extend their kind support, under the influence of practitioners' unselfish spirits and great benevolent and tolerance. The followings are some stories.

(1) Help from family members

The husband of a practitioner does not practice Falun Gong himself. But he got on a hunger strike for more than two days to demand the local police department to release his wife. The police authorities were afraid of life accident and had to release his wife.

(2) The police officer played Falun Dafa music

On the police van, a police officer said, "Let me play a piece of music for you. You would love it." Then, arrested practitioners heard the serene Falun Dafa music.

(3) "Here is a pure land." In a jail, every practitioner conduct him or herself very well and the cultivation environment becomes very good. The official of the jail said, "You cannot practice Falun Gong outside. But you can practice Falun Gong here. Here is a pure land."

(4) "They are people of mine. You cannot arrest any one of them."

In a factory, those Falun Gong practitioners not only work hard, but they have also saved a lot of medical expenses for the factory because they are very healthy. They practice Falun Gong exercises together at the factory. One day, the police came to arrest them. The head of the factory said, "They are people of mine. You cannot arrest any one of them. We have our own security section."

(5) The police officer said, "In China, on average one police officer die on duty everyday." Falun Dafa practitioner said, "It must have NOTHING to do with we Falun Dafa practitioners." The police officer said, "No, of course no."
