During March and April of 2000, several fellow travelers and I found Mr. Li's original residence in Changchun through our own investigation, overcoming many difficulties. The house is located at 103 Liberation Avenue, Changchun. It is a very common older residential building (see Fig. 1). From the building structure and surrounding area, both inside and outside, it is a far cry from the so-called "luxurious house" reported by government-controlled media (see Fig. 3 and 4). Mr. Li lived on the fourth floor, which is the top floor of the building (see Fig. 5). The door of the apartment was officially sealed with a strip of paper labeled with the Chinese words: "1999..." (see Fig. 2). Looking carefully from the outside of the apartment, one can see that the telephone line to the apartment was cut.
I urge all kind-hearted people in China to seek the truth by gathering facts. Begin investigating on your own from any angle and through any means. Expose all evil fabrications and lies. Let more people know the truth and return innocence to Falun Gong!
