Some staff members from Yingtaoyuan Street Office (now called Liyuan Street Office) in Weifang City, Shandong Province, have persecuted Falun Dafa practitioners brutally since last July, especially after Falun Gong was slandered as a cult. The perpetrators include Hua Xiaomei, Wang Zhiyou, Hao Yunsheng, Qi Shuguang, Ji Wenzhong, Yin Zhaofu among others.
Using extremely vicious means, these evil people tricked the practitioners into attending meetings and then illegally detained them, placed them under house arrest, and monitored them. They also searched practitioners' homes without a warrant, robbed practitioners of their belongings, suspended practitioners' jobs and salaries, and harassed the practitioners and their families by all means available. The total amount of money they extorted from the practitioners is up to 57,750 RMB (Chinese currency unit, 1 US dollar=8 RMB.). They detained up to 11 practitioners, sentenced 11 practitioners to criminal detention, and recently even sent three practitioners (Zhang Yongmei, Wang Yanxiu and Zhang Dongmei) to the labor camp. These evil people have committed unforgivable crimes.
The following accounts expose the information about these evil people:
1.Hua Xiaomei---female, around 40, 1.65m tall, short hair, yellow face, originally from Changle. She was transferred from a school neighborhood office to Yingtaoyuan Street Office as a chairman of political and legal committee in 2000. This person has a sharp tongue and always fights for her personal interests.
2. Wang Zhiyou---male, 40, below 1.70m tall, with triangular eyes and round face, originally from Shanhouwangjia. He is the director of the Appeal Office in this neighborhood. He is good at flattery. His address is: Rm. 5, Suite 1, Bldg. 2, Yingtaoyuan Street Apts.
Hua Xiaomei and Wang Zhiyou are the main perpetrators of the persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners. They are much alike. They beat, kicked and swore at Falun Dafa practitioners at will. They handcuffed some practitioners for 5 days on the freezing cement floor. A practitioner Wang Yanxiu was beaten severely and then hung up by her handcuffs until she fainted. When Wang Yanxiu woke up, Hua Xiaomei dared to claim that Wang was pretending to be dead.
Wang Zhiyou, along with his accomplices, tricked Han Sufang into attending a meeting in the street office and Hua Xiaomei detained Han, handcuffed, in a hotel. They even hired farmers from Luanjia Village to help torture Han. For 3 days, Han was tormented inhumanely. They handcuffed her hands separately to each side of a chair and made it impossible for her to move. Then Ms. Han was shocked with an electric baton, bitten by the mosquitoes and not allowed to sleep. In order to protest their serious violation of the law, Ms. Han managed to escape twice, but sh was recaptured and tortured more senerely. Han's eyes were swollen; her body was full of scars and charred flesh from the electric baton and red spots where she was bitten by mosquitoes. Some of the spots became infected and festered. Wang Zhiyou and Hua Xiaomei shocked Han's back with an electric baton until the baton's batteries ran out.. Han was tortured beyond physical recognition. Han was released after her family made many requests. However, Wang Zhiyou denied this criminal act even though the brutal men from Luanjia Village admitted that they had beaten Ms. Han.
Hua Xiaomei and Wang Zhiyou have also beaten many other Falun Dafa practitioners. They forcibly injected Han Xiumei who was on a hunger strike. When Ms. Han Guilan, a relative of a practitioner named Han Xiufang came to visit the detained practitioner, they even detained and beat Guilan as well. They also illegally confiscated her bicycle. On the evening of Oct. 27th, these two evil persons led nearly twenty people to go to the homes of the practitioners in Yingnan village, smashed the door, knocked at the windows of and shouted loudly. The neighbors were very much disturbed and felt indignant about their bad deeds. These evil people also often break into the practitioners' homes and steal their belongings, such as TVs, refrigerators, motorcycles, etc. Almost every practitioner who went to appeal was fined 2000 to 10,000 RMB.
Hua Xiaomei once claimed: "I don't believe I can't harness Falun Gong practitioners!" She pulled the hair of a practitioner and said: "I'm not afraid of your going to appeal, go ahead to Beijing if you have money. I will punish you with another fine of ten thousand RMB." Wang Zhiyou also said: "Dealing with Falun Gong is just like what we do in carrying out the birth control. We are going to punish you until your family goes broke." and he then added, "There is no possibility of appealing in China, nor going to the UN to appeal." Can you believe that he is the director of the government appeal office? He was really disgracing the Chinese government.
3. Hao Yunsheng---male, 45 years old, about 175 cm tall, a deputy director of Yingtaoyuan police station. He is the sort of person with murderous intent hiding behind his smiles.
Hao Yunsheng often leads his subordinates to beat up Falun Dafa practitioners. He had brutally tortured Han Sufang in collusion with Hua Xiaomei and Wang Zhiyou. He shocked Ms. Han with an electric baton, causing burned scars all over her body. This evil man also obscenely insulted Ms. Han .
Hao and Wang Zhiyou also beat Liu Suqin and her sister, Zhang Yongmei and Wang Yanxiu severely. They ordered them to sit on the ground, and poured cold water into the collar of Liu Suqin. The practitioners were not allowed to move at all, otherwise they were beaten and kicked. He also shocked Luan Jixiang with an electric baton.
In Liyuan village, Hao Yunsheng suddenly pulled out the chair in which Wang Yunai, a lady over 50 years old, was sitting, causing her to fall down. He then held her hair, slapped in her face 70-80 times, and kicked her so hard that Ms. Hao's back turned black and blue. He also forced her to sit on the ground with legs stretched out and stepped on her feet and ankles. Exhausted from the beating, he put a chair on Wang's legs and sat on it without a bit of human nature.
4. Qi Shuguang---male, 40, the deputy director of Cherry Garden police station. He is sinister and ruthless, and always speaks obscene language.
This October, Qi Shuguang tortured Liu Zhenjie, Zhang Dongmei and Liu Yanhua inhumanely because they went to Beijing to appeal. He hit the ankles and wrists of Liu Zhenjie and Zhang Dongmei with wood sticks and boards, turning them black and blue. He also plugged burning cigarettes into their noses. Even Liu Yanhua, who was pregnant, was not spared.
5. Ji Wenzhong---male, 37, the former secretary of the political and legal committee.
This person led his accomplices to beat up, handcuff and hang up Wang Yanxiu. He, together with Wang Zhiyou, poured cold water into the necks and bodies of Liu Suqin and Liu Surong , handcuffed them to the outdoor iron pillars and furiously slapped the face of Liu Surong. Since the handcuffs were so tight, Liu Surong suffered sharp pain and her wrists were numb for two months, with her wrists' skin not changing back to normal color for a long time.
6. Yin Zhaofu, male---38, a policeman from Yingtaoyuan police station.
Since last April 25th, he has been a spy. He pretended to be nice while indeed he was collecting the so-called "evidence" among Falun Dafa practitioners. But he threw off his pretense this year and joined others in deceiving Han Sufang unlawfully. Yin also kicked Liu Yanhua (who was pregnant) in the back and humiliated her with obscenity.
Those evil people despise the law without valuing morality and justice a bit. However, no one can escape the net of justice; good will be rewarded with good, and evil with evil. Those who help evil people to commit bad deeds will receive what they deserve.
