[Qinghai Province] The List of Practitioners in Xining City Who were Sentenced with Forced-Labor
The following practitioners in Xining City were sentenced with one year of forced-labor and are being detained in the Duoba Labor Camp in Xining City:
Zhang Ruizhen, female, 48, a former president of the labor union in Xining City;
Zhang Yushe, female, 37, the director of the Committee of Discipline Inspection in Chengzhong District, Xining City;
Jia Guohong, female, 28, a taxi driver in Xining City;
Fan Lihong, female, 27, an employee from the Auto-engine Factory in Qinghai Province;
Tan Yingchun female, 45, a teacher from the sixth middle school in Xining City;
Miao Maoling, female, 49, a retired employee from the Xining Railroad Bureau;
He Wanji, male, 49, a police officer from the Xining Railroad Bureau. In the beginning of this year, he appealed for Falun Gong by practicing Falun Gong on the Tiananmen Square while wearing his police uniform. The Lanzhou Railroad Bureau was astonished by his deeds and ordered the Xining Railroad Bureau to severely punish him;
Ms. Zhao, female, 48, the wife of Mr. He Wanji;
Zhao Yujie, male, 28, an official from the Forestry Bureau in Qinghai Province, with a bachelor degree;
Li Huashi, male, 31, a lecturer from the Qinghai Common University, went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong in last October. He got arrested while practicing Falun Gong under the national flag on the Tiananmen Square and was beaten up by the police thereafter. He got detained for about 5 months after being escorted back to Xining City. During the detention, he suffered all kinds of tortures from the police. He was detained in a small cell where he could not squat down or stand up. He was sentenced with forced-labor this February;
Ping Chunsheng, male, 50, an official from the rear-service department of the Qinghai Common University;
A male practitioner of unknown name, the head of an electricity factory in Qinghai Province (to be confirmed);
Mr. Tang, male, 42, a teacher from the school attached to the 4th Bureau of the Ministry of Water and Power Supply;
Xi Xiaolian, female, 60, a retired employee from the Xining Technology School of Transportation. She was involved in a serious car-accident at the end of last year. All other passengers except her got killed. The car was also seriously damaged;
Bao Yuanjin, male, 34, the head of the Coal Factory in Minghe County, Qinghai Province.
