Everything went smoothly when we promoted Dafa [great law and universal principle] to the Chinese people celebrating the Chinese New Year [starting on January 24, 2001] at the University of Manchester in England yesterday (January 20, 2001). After we finished our activity, a few practitioners went into the theatre to join the local Chinese people to watch the performances.
During the break between performances, there were prize drawings. We only had two tickets among the 500 people in the audience. However, one of our numbers was drawn as the second prize. The practitioner was watched by 500 people as she left her seat at the back of the theatre, walked through the long aisle and stepped onto the stage wearing her Falun Gong sweatshirt.
All of the audience including officials from the Manchester Chinese Consulate watched the scene. The presenter even spoke the words on the sweatshirt "Falun Dafa" through the microphone to the large audience. What a miracle it was for this opportunity for Falun Dafa to be seen and heard by 500 people. We really had hoped that this could be an opportunity to spread Dafa before the ticket was given to the practitioner, but when it turned out to come true, we only thought, Master Li has helped us. This is really the power of Dafa. I am happy to share this story with you.
