Director Xie of the Yian County Bureau of Education in Heilongjiang Province died in a traffic accident. His violent death in early October took place in Mingshui County. Here is the background concerning this event.

Director Xie had been taking advantage of his position within the Bureau to provide falsified diplomas for people in exchange for a hefty bribe. On his way back to Yian County, his car was involved in a head-on collision with an Army truck in Mingshui County. His sedan went under the front bumper of the Army truck. His head was sheared off at the moment of the collision, and his body was crushed to pieces. It was a gruesome scene at the site of the accident.

Even before the Jiang XX regime's insane and brutal persecutions of Falun Gong, Director Xie was very hostile towards Falun Gong and he spared no effort to attack it. Since July 20^th 1999, Director Xie became more aggravated and intensified his efforts. He relentlessly attacked Dafa and persecuted Falun Gong practitioners. For example, he would send all Falun Gong practitioners who refused to write the repentance affidavit to detention centers, terminated their jobs, and forced every student and faculty member to sign pledges to defame Falun Gong. He openly slandered Falun Gong during many public appearances. Many local citizens had said, "Director Xie is just too insidious. He should already have gotten what is waiting for him as a reprisal."

Now this follower of the Jiang XX regime has received his retribution. We solemnly warn those who are still carrying out persecutions against Falun Gong practitioners, as well as those who are the law makers: "Good will be rewarded with good and evil will be met with evil" is the law of the universe. If you still do not awaken to your misdeeds then Director Xie will be your example.

1. Zhang Xiaosen was the Political Instructor at the First Instruction Unit at the Siping City Labor Camp in Jilin Province. This instruction unit was established specifically for the illegal detention of Falun Gong practitioners. Zhang Xiaosen had repeatedly punished Falun Gong practitioners physically. He had beaten them, shocked them with electric batons, and applied special torture instruments to shackle the practitioners over and around the back. The most atrocious torture he would use was to beat practitioners' ankles with a big wooden stick so as to deliberately inflict pain in this delicate and sensitive area. However, he was terminated from his position in June 2001.

2. Kong Qingguo was the section chief of the Education Section of the Liaoyuan City Labor Camp, as well as the Chief of the Fifth Brigade. He had brutally beaten, hung up and tortured numerous Falun Gong practitioners. Finally, Falun Gong practitioners jointly revealed his hideous criminal undertakings to the Labor Camp Director, Local District Attorney's Office, Provincial's People's Congressional Office and Provincial Attorney's Office. After the local District Attorney's office carefully reviewed and verified that all the allegations were true and beyond any reasonable doubt based on personal testimonial from victimized practitioners, Kong Qingguo was dismissed from his position both in the Education Section and the Fifth Brigade. He was transferred out of the Fifth Brigade.

3. Zhang Yingbo was the Legal System Section Chief of the Yitong Public Security Bureau in Jilin Province. He had been collaborating with the law-breakers at the "610" Office (an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems.) extorting hefty fines from families of Falun Gong practitioners. Now Zhang Yingbo has been charged and prosecuted with "Dual Rule Violations" because of embezzlement. This is indeed the most appropriate retribution at its best.

Several days ago, CCTV "Focal Point Interview" had a 20-minute special on Dong'an County in Hunan Province. Many officials, from the County Party Secretary, County Governor, all the way to the Public Security and Law Enforcement officials were all exposed. It turned out that all these official positions were secured by bribery. They were in fact big bosses of the local syndicated crime ring. It was their sinister operations behind the scenes that were the root cause of the hate crimes and gang brawls in Dong'an County. We will not go into details of their other economic crimes and embezzlement charges. Rather, we would like to share with our readers some of the key and behind the scenes reasons of which most people were not aware.

County Party Secretary Shi Zhaoyong was the number one culprit when it came to the persecutions of Falun Gong practitioners. It was he who ordered their arrests. Most of the local citizens are well aware that Falun Gong practitioners are all kind and peaceful people. They all felt it to be unjust that practitioners were being taken into the detention center, and they believed that the day of acquittal and redress would arrive for Falun Gong. It was immensely satisfying news that Shi Zhaoyong and company were arrested and convicted as criminals. People further realized that only the most hideous criminals could carry out such brutal tortures against Falun Gong practitioners.

We sincerely ask those who have already committed crimes to refrain from being the accomplices for the evil anymore. This is especially true for Xiao Zhengbo from the "610" Office, Zhou Jiangbo from the Public Security Religious Faith Detachment and other accomplices in this evil crime. Do not harass local practitioners anymore. Heed the lesson from the final outcome of Shi Zhaoyong. Return immediately the money and Falun Gong books illegally seized from practitioners.

The justice of law in this universe is broad and all encompassing, hence it will not omit anyone. When the truth about Falun Gong gets spread wider and afar among Chinese people, how are you going to face them with your conscience? Please, one must conduct oneself with decency and conscience.
