Lillian, a Falun Dafa practitioner from Britain was unreasonably expelled by Jiang Zemin's regime and arrived at London's Heathrow Airport on November 21, 2001. Reporters from British Newspapers, TV stations, radio broadcasting stations, and American radio stations waited in the airport to interview her. Lillian answered questions and showed the bruises on her arm that was sprained by Chinese police.

On November 22, 2001, The Times published a large photo of Lillian in London's Airport and reported that Falun Gong is a worldwide spiritual movement with a strong emphasis on morality. The UK, BBC, and US RFA radio stations covered Lillian's arrival in London and reported her peaceful appeal in Beijing. Lillian read her open statement telling why she went to Beijing.
