Case 1: Lu Qingshan

In September 1999, he was detained by the police for 53 days because he went to Beijing to appeal. He was removed from the position as the provost and was suspended until March 2000. His salary was withheld for 8 months (August 1999 - March 2000); the amount withheld was about 5000 Yuan RMB. It was unclear where this money went, but it is known that the division of education gave the order.
In August 2000, because he had two copies of Falun Gong truth telling literature at home, he was illegally taken to the Zhaoyang Village police station, where the police threatened to send him to Dehui city for detention. Later, his work unit bailed him out at an expense of 1500 Yuan (the police asked for 3000 Yuan at the beginning). At that time the school paid the money up front for him. The money was given to police chief Song Chao.
On March 22, 2001 his home was searched by the Zhaoyang police station. On the 23rd two policemen from Zhaoyang police station deceived him and led him to the police station. They told him that they would like to discuss something with him. He was then taken to Dehui city and was illegally sentenced to one year in a labor camp. Since he did not pass the physical examination in the labor camp, he was rejected and was taken back to Dehui detention center. A few days later his family had to pay 2000 Yuan bail in order to have him released. After he was released, he resisted the brainwashing class by wandering the streets and avoiding his home.
Case two: Sun Yue

In September 1999, he was detained by the police for 55 days because he went to Beijing to appeal. He was suspended for half a year and his salary was withheld for 8 months (August 1999 - March 2000); the amount withheld was about 5000 Yuan. It was unclear where this money went, but it is known that Dehui city division of education gave the order.
In August 2000, he was brought to the police station without any reason. The police also wanted to detain him. Later on a colleague paid 1500 Yuan and bailed him out (they asked for 3000 Yuan at the beginning). The money was given to the police station chief Song Chao.
On March 22, 2001 his home was searched by the Zhaoyang police. On March 23 two police officers deceived him and took him to the police station, and from there he was taken to Dehui city for detention. After serving the detention period, he was illegally sent to Yinmahe labor camp in the Jiutai area to serve a one year sentence. He is still illegally detained at the labor camp.
