(Clearwisdom.net) It was in the summer of 1998, when one province in China had a big flood, Falun Dafa practitioner Wang Jicai saw the national call for support for disaster relief and flood fighting on television. On his own initiative, he donated 100,000 Yuan RMB and mailed it from the Benxi Post Office to the headquarters of Flood Fighting and Disaster Relief. When the Benxi Post Office received the 100,000 Yuan RMB in cash from Wang Jicai, the service person was very surprised and touched by his action, and repeatedly asked for Wang Jicai's name and address. He told the service person seriously: "I am a Falun Dafa practitioner." The service person, on his own initiative, called in a reporter and video recorder of Benxi City, and repeatedly requested to videotape Wang Jicai. Wang rejected the request right away. He told the reporter: "We are Falun Dafa practitioners. It is the responsibility of each citizen to help out when our nation has difficult times and the common people are hit by disaster."
The police arrested Wang Jicai when he was clarifying the truth. Presently the police in Benxi Weining Reform School are brutally torturing him. They also intended to brainwash Wang Jicai, seriously harming him both physically and mentally.
