Photo report: Falun Dafa Transcends All Boundaries During Cross-Canada Trip

Traveling from town to town and city to city, everywhere we go there are people who are genuinely happy to meet us. It seems our wish to "touch the hearts of kind-hearted Canadians across Canada" has really come true. This morning in the public washroom an older lady was touched by my words of honesty, courtesy, and Truth-Compassion-Tolerance. She said that our trip was for such a good cause and gave me a hug.

Yesterday reporter met us who knew very little about Falun Dafa. He was feeling really tired and seemed a little distant, but to our surprise he returned after finishing his work to watch us practicing the exercises for a long time. He then spoke with a practitioner and asked deep questions. I was very happy for this man.

It has been very hot so far on this trip, but last night an awesome lightning storm and driving rain shook the sky in Northern Peace Country. This morning there is new clarity both within and without. We will leave soon for our next appointment.

With all of our hearts we are sharing the truth of Falun Dafa. When media hesitates to respond to our arrival we encourage them with precious words, such as, "Did you know that this persecution of innocent people who believe in Zhen-Shan-Ren is a persecution against human nature?" We appeal to kind-hearted Canadians with a message that directly relates to them. We explain, "Falun Dafa is a universal teaching, good for all people. It preserves precious human traditions and helps to rid us of bad habits. That's just what the world needs more of." People respond. It's true. Falun Dafa is a righteous way!

As we eliminate more attachments during our trip, we watch the gradual awakening of humanity. People from all walks of life, and even different religions have expressed their support. One Christian woman let us know that her minister shared the story of Falun Gong with her church, and together they pray for the practitioners persecuted in China. "What do you need for help?" she asked us. Another strong believer in God put his head to the ground today in heartfelt prayer. People in remote places, campers, businessmen, all seem to have a heart to learn more about Falun Dafa.

We recognize that the success of our trip is arranged by our benevolent and merciful teacher, but we also do not want to miss any opportunities to clarify the truth. We will cover 11 thousand kilometers in one month, so we have a lot of area to cover, and many places to visit, so we rely on the media's attention to get the message to the most people. Whenever some difficulty presents itself, we put forth every effort to make our appointments as first priority by being flexible and considerate of different media requirements. Even when time is short we can still drop by the media office to drop off a package, talk a little, and take a photograph. Sometimes our media release has provided the news coverage when it has been impossible to meet with the reporters. Because we have come a long way to share Dafa and our SOS message with them, we do our best to let them know this. In turn the media have often been happy to report us in detail. Even when many media releases have been sent, we still phone to talk with the media again to let them know personally why we have come. Now regardless of whether they can or cannot meet us personally, we have still contributed to the local environment, and more people have benefited.

Our team has two Chinese and one western practitioner, and the combination of our thoughts and skills make an effective group. We are rectifying ourselves, and rectifying environments. When this trip is complete we will have collectively covered the main parts of Canada, and this is truly a great feat accomplished by the Fa as we do our best to "assist our teacher in the human world."
