At 9:30am on August 28, the hunger strike and 268-hour sit-in by three Los Angeles practitioners entered the fourth day. On the same day, the Chinese Ambassador came to Los Angeles to visit. Practitioners held a press conference in front of the Los Angeles County Government Building where the Chinese Ambassador was attending a conference.
The press conference was very successful. Mainstream media in Los Angeles, including the Los Angeles Times, World Journal, Tsingdao Journal, International Daily, ABC, NBC, and KTLA conducted interviews.
