(Clearwisdom.net) I am a female Falun Dafa practitioner. I was illegally detained in a detention center for going to Beijing to validate Falun Dafa in 1999. I did not cooperate with the evil force's orders and requests, and I did not sign the guarantee to renounce Falun Gong. Therefore, I was sent to Changchun Heizuizi Labor Camp for one year of forced labor. While there, I personally witnessed the countless crimes of the evil force's brutal persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners.
In the labor camp, no one had personal freedom at all. Everyday prisoners are forced to labor for 17 hours, and are forbidden to tell outsiders about this situation. Once higher authorities had someone come for an inspection, so the labor camp ordered the production brigades to conceal all the people who were doing hard labor. On the coldest days of the year, we were locked up in a room on the fifth floor without central heating, and had to sit on the ice-cold cement floor for the entire morning.
The evil force adopted the method of besieging in an attempt to transform the steadfast Falun Dafa practitioners. First they had those who enlightened along an evil path (those who signed and renounced Dafa) to brainwash the practitioners all day. Then if the practitioner did not give up Falun Dafa, this person would be tortured with electric batons, and tied up to the "death bed." (This is a means of torture whereby a person's four limbs are spread apart and tied down, causing the person to be unable to move, like a corpse.) They would sometimes be put into solitary confinement. Wang Min, from the second production brigade, was beaten black and blue by the production brigade chief and threatened to not tell others about this, just because she did not write a statement renouncing Falun Gong. Liu Guilian, from the third squad, was also beaten mercilessly by the wardens for steadfastly cultivating Dafa and not writing a statement to give up Falun Gong. When she came back, her face was swollen.
When Zheng Sixiang persisted in practicing Falun Gong, the production brigade chief named Ren whipped her with bamboo panels until her whole body was black, blue and swollen, and her face was deformed. Chief Ren finally stopped the beating because his hand was bleeding from the vibrations of the bamboo panels. One time Zheng Sixiang did not acknowledge herself as a person being transformed through labor, Warden Lang first shocked her with electric batons for over one hour, then put her into a solitary confinement cell and tied her to a "death bed." A warden of the fourth production brigade shocked Zhao Lijuan with electric batons until the skin on her neck was all scorched. The reason again was because she persisted in practicing Falun Gong. Afterwards, she was also tied up to a "death bed." A warden shocked Geng Wanzhen from the fourth squad of second production brigade with electric batons until she fainted. She was sent to the hospital for emergency treatment afterwards and only after that did she get out of danger.
Zhang Yuhui, from the fourth squad of second production brigade, was put into solitary confinement cell and tied up to a "death bed" for as long as one month. She had to eat on the bed, and relieve herself on the bed. She could not rinse, nor bathe, nor change her clothes. Warden Liu shocked a female Dafa practitioner from the first squad of second production brigade with electric batons until the swelling on her head was as big as an egg. Fan Xiuying, another practitioner from the same squad, was tied to a "death bed" for more than 10 days. Fan was more than 50 years old, and she was emaciated to begin with, so after such tortures, she was unable to walk when she was released from the bed. What's more, Xu Gongchun was tied up to a "death bed" three times; Han Cuiyan was tied up to a "death bed" for six months during the eight months she spent at the labor camp. In brief, so long as a practitioner did not give up cultivation of Falun Dafa, she would be brutally tortured.
In addition, in order to achieve the evil goal of long-term persecution of the Falun Dafa practitioners, the evil people would prolong the Falun Dafa practitioners' prison terms at will. If a practitioner was found reading the Teacher's articles, her prison term would be extended 50 to 100 days. Falun Dafa practitioner Sun Liqing from the third production brigade had her prison term extended by over 200 days.
On one side, Jiang Zemin's political hoodlum group carries on the brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. At the same time, they control the propaganda machine to say: "In the labor camps, the staff is very kind to Falun Gong practitioners, treating them like parents treat children, teachers treat students, and doctors treat patients."
We want people to distinguish between the truth and lies, and choose a good future for themselves in this full exhibition of good and evil. It is naturally justifiable that good is rewarded with good and evil is met with evil. "Never in history has someone who persecuted those with upright faiths ever succeeded."
