Amidst National Day Preparations, Reports Surface of Two More Falun Gong Practitioners Tortured to Death
NEW YORK, Sept. 28, 2001 (Falun Dafa Information Center) - With just three days until National Day celebrations kick off in China, reports are showing that two more Falun Gong practitioners were recently tortured to death in police custody in Hebei and Liaoning Provinces, according to sources inside China.
Another Falun Gong Practitioner Dead in Custody, Death Toll Soars in Hebei Province
| NEW YORK, Sept. 27, 2001 (Falun Dafa Information Center) - It has been learned that Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Chen Aizhong, age 33, of Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, died on September 20, 2001, following just seven days in custody at the Tangshan Labor Camp. Chen, who had just begun to serve a three-year sentence at the Camp, reportedly died of "respiratory failure" after being sent to the People' Hospital of Tangshan City for emergency treatment. |
