At the beginning of 1996, I went to my mother's home and saw the book Zhuan Falun. While reading it, I could not help but remark, "Magnificent!" I told my mother, "This book is wonderful!" From that moment on, I truly felt the hope and the eternity of life. I used to be a devout Buddhist who went to the temples often to ask for scriptures, but in the end I still had a lot of questions that could not be answered. It was Falun Dafa that unlocked my heart and let me know the truth of the universe. This and only this is the Fa that I am cultivating! I resolutely started cultivation practice in Falun Dafa.
The second night after I started practicing, after the sitting meditation, I suddenly felt that my lower abdominal area was burning; I clearly felt that something was placed in my abdomen and started rotating rapidly. I understood that Teacher had planted a Falun in me, exactly like he said in the book.
Since I started cultivation practice, while practicing the exercises, I could strongly feel Falun rotating above my head, exactly nine times clockwise and nine times counter-clockwise. And, intermittent fresh breezes often came along. As the energy passed by, my hair would move with it. When doing standing exercises, if I did not try to suppress any unintentional movements, my body would turn along with the rotation of Falun in my abdominal area. I had not truly experienced the supernormal Buddha Fa until this point in my life. In my heart I expressed my unshakable faith in cultivation practice in Falun Dafa to Teacher.
I have read many books, and have never seen any words in any book moving or jumping. But in Zhuan Falun, the words are all alive. Sometimes the whole word moves, and it moves very fast. The mysteries are indeed infinite. I have seen Falun's actual form of existence; it is impossible to describe its magnificent beauty. In cultivation practice in Dafa, I have experienced and felt conditions that are ever changing and marvelous, and hard to describe using human language. Falun Dafa is a true, supernormal science.
Before cultivation practice, I suffered from a severe anal fissure, an illness that caused me tremendous stress. It became worse in 1995, and I had to have an operation. The operation caused me thousands of Yuan [500 Yuan is the average monthly income for an urban worker in China], and the results were not good. I kept bleeding and feeling pain, and I needed pain killers every day. I nearly lost all hope.
However, through cultivation practice in Falun Dafa, my illness was completely removed without me realizing it. I no longer bleed nor feel pain any more. I didn't use any medicine for this. Wouldn't you say this is supernormal? I would not have my health today without Falun Dafa, nor would I have become a good person without Falun Dafa. I want to shout from the bottom of my heart: "Falun Dafa is the wellspring of my life, the faith I will never give up. From the material world's perspective I do not have anything, but I have the great law of Truth-Compassion-Tolerance, so I am the richest and happiest person in the world.
Cultivation practice in Falun Dafa not only benefits oneself but also one's family. My younger sister does not cultivate, but she saw my changes and understood Falun Dafa was good. She supported and protected me. Every time the police go to her home to look for me, she tells them seriously: "What's wrong with my sister being a good person because of cultivating in Falun Dafa? Why are you asking for her? Don't come again in the future." My younger sister often helps me to write and put up Dafa truth-clarifying materials. One day while we were chatting, she told me: "I don't know why but since last year, my lower back and legs don't ache anymore; they've fully recovered." My younger sister used to be paralyzed because of the protrusion of a lumbar disc affecting the nerve. She had suffered this illness for more than a dozen years, and was miserable beyond description. I told her that she has been healed because she supported Dafa and has gained blessings from Dafa. She whole-heartedly believes it . I'm happy for her too. Not only was her illness removed, her actions for justice have laid a very good foundation for the eternity of her life.
