My experiences while clarifying the facts about Falun Dafa. I obtained Falun Dafa in 1996. After practicing Falun Gong for less than three months, the five illnesses that I had been suffering from disappeared. When I clarify the facts about Falun Dafa, I always use different ways for different people.

• For people who directly participate in persecuting Dafa practitioners, I don't give them the truth-clarifying materials. Instead, I tell them my own experiences in practicing Falun Gong and try to clarify the truth from the perspective of the principle that "good deeds will be rewarded while bad deeds will meet with retribution."
• For my neighbors, friends, relatives, and former colleagues, I first clarify the facts to them, and then I continuously send them updated truth-clarifying materials.
• I also try to make as many friends as I can. I often attend some activities for seniors and clarify the facts to people who have a predestined relationship with me and give them small Falun Dafa introductory cards.
• I talk about some of the stories posted on Clearwisdom net, from the standpoint of a third party, to small groups of people whom I do not know at all.
• When large numbers of people gather together, I keep sending forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil factors in other dimensions that control the sentient beings and to let the people awaken sooner and position themselves well.

Going through all kinds of hardships in prison --- My 3-year journey of participating in the Fa-rectification

On February 5, 2000, some police officers forcibly sent me to a detention center, where they slapped me on the face and shocked me with electric batons. On March 8, 2000, I was sent to Shuanghe Forced Labor Camp in Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang province. I went on a hunger strike a few times to protest. As a result, I was brutally force-fed. At one time, a few practitioners and I were handcuffed for 56 days. We were not allowed to eat enough food or to sleep. We were even prohibited from washing our faces, taking showers, or changing clothes. We were tied to a bed and were forced to squat 24 hours a day. The vicious police ordered the criminals to beat us. On December 30, 2000, I was sent to a psychiatric hospital where I was injected with unknown drugs, which put me in a coma. They (police officers and doctors) became scared and sent me home. On January 22, 2001, I was once again abducted and sent to a detention center. Later, I was sent to the Fifth Hospital of Qiqihar City, where I was tied to a bed and force-fed through my nose. I did not cooperate with them. I was sent home 31 days later.

A Falun Dafa practitioner wrote to bureaucrat: Brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners is a common occurrence in Zhuanghe City, Liaoning province. The practitioners who are illegally imprisoned are as old as 70 and as young as 20; and are from all kinds of professions, from teachers who have college degrees to simple and kind housewives. I hope people who read this letter will be able to distinguish good from evil and remember "Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance"! What you will consequently obtain will be everlasting wonderfulness. All persecution of the righteous Fa will end in ignominious defeat!

After suffering from illnesses and semi-paralysis for 10 years, I'm happily recovered after practicing Falun Gong for 6 months--- Using my own experiences to kindly advise police officers. After I practiced Falun Gong for less than half a year, my persistent ailments that had lasted for 10 years were cured without any treatment. I experienced the miracle of Falun Dafa. Unfortunately, because I persevered in practicing Falun Dafa and improving myself, I became the target of your persecution until I was forced to leave my home to avoid further persecution. Remember, good is rewarded with good and evil with evil. Those who persecute the Buddha Fa will eventually meet with retribution. The lies spread by state-owned media and mouthpieces can only deceive people for a period of time; they will not be able to do it forever. I hope you will use your wisdom and conscience to deal with your work and to treat Falun Gong practitioners kindly so that you will establish a good foundation for the wonderful future of your life.
