22-year-old college student Mark Gardner, 25-year-old financial consultant Albert Roman and 29-year-old Chinese medicine doctor Gina Sanchez shared with everyone their experiences on Tiananmen Square. Just because they unfurled banners and shouted "Falun Dafa Hao", they were abused and experienced firsthand the terrorism that Chinese Falun Gong practitioners must face everyday. They called upon the international community to work together to stop the large-scale persecution and killings of Falun Gong practitioners in China. In the meantime, they pointed out that there were still six western practitioners being detained by Chinese authorities who needed help from the international community because they protested the illegal detention and refused to give out their personal information.
Reporters from China Daily, World Journal, Epoch Times and ABC TV were present at the press conference.
