Then, what was the reason for this persecution in the first place? If there were no bloody suppression and cruel persecution to begin with, where could there be Falun Gong practitioners' clarifying the truth about Falun Gong to international community? It is obvious who is truly damaging the image of China and the well being of the country.

Central News Agency Special Report on April 23 - Falun Dafa practitioner Jiao Zhensheng, male, 66 years old, an officer in the Human Resources Department of Baiquan County, Heilongjiang Province, died from torture on March 25, 2002. This is the 400^th documented case of Chinese Falun Dafa practitioners dying as a result of police brutality during the persecution.

Jin Shan Lun Tan [a non-governmental forum for commentary on Chinese state affairs and other issues of national interests]: A Test of Justice and Conscience. No one dares to say "no" to the cruel persecution towards Falun Gong in China. However, if someone overseas still goes against his conscience by helping the evil scoundrel, he must be selling his soul in exchange for personal interests. The battle between Falun Gong and Jiang is absolutely not a political conflict. It is a battle between righteousness and evil.

However, both the U.S. and the Chinese governments have not publicized details of Hu's trip, out of concern that Falun Gong practitioners and Chinese dissidents might gather to follow Hu on the whole trip and protest.

Recently, a four-person group made up of environmental experts and media started their trip from Shenyang City and will investigate Liao River. The issue of pollution is growing worse daily for Liao River, the largest river in Liaoning Province. Before, lots of fish swam in the clean water, but now no fish or shrimp can be found anymore in the river. In most areas, the water is murky and foul.

Several days after the "toad incident" that took place in a village in Sichuan Province, China News Net reported on April 23 that for a while every morning, hundreds of thousands of small toads appeared in Jiangpu County, Nanjing City, and "forcibly occupied" the village. Many remains of the killed little toads left numerous dark spots on a 6-meter wide cement road in No. 4 Ziran Village, and at the same time many other little toads were jumping on the road.

The tragedy of the "Cultural Revolution" must not be repeated. History sometimes shows striking similarities. Jiang relies on his power over the Party, government politics, and the military to override the constitution. He used his individual power to start this persecution campaign against Falun Gong. In fact this persecution is many respects another Cultural Revolution. His brutal persecution of the truthful, compassionate and tolerant Falun Gong practitioners once again has jeopardized the future of the Chinese people.

Analyzing the program entitled "The Death of Li Yanhua" broadcast by CCTV (the Chinese Central Government's official TV station). CCTV claimed that Li Yanhua lost consciousness while distributing Falun Dafa flyers door to door. However, her body was found in a farmer's field. CCTV said that Li died of diabetes, and the medical expert said it was consistent because she had red marks on her back after death. But a perceptive person can immediately tell that this is questionable. Even if Li had died of diabetes, why would the police be so fearful for people to take pictures and investigate her death? Why did they arrest the Dafa practitioner who took the picture?

The prophecies are becoming reality. Since July 1999, Mainland China has continuously encountered various strange occurrences such as grasshopper infestations, swarms crows shutting out the sun, three suns simultaneously appearing in the sky, snow in June, yellow snow in Jilin Province, rarely seen droughts creating a parched earth, and peaches and plums blossoming in the cold winter. From March 18-21 of this year, 18 provinces in China were simultaneously hit by the strongest sand and dust storms ever in history. Mankind will be punished by heaven if they violate the laws of heaven. The two poems entitled, "The Catastrophe" and "The Cleansing" by the founder of Falun Dafa are becoming a reality.

Today, 130 practitioners made solemn declarations that what they said while enduring vicious brainwashing and persecution is not consistent with the standards of Dafa are therefore null and void. From now on they will make up for the losses they brought about by redoubling their efforts in clarifying the truth about Falun Gong to the people and following their Teacher in the process of Fa-Rectification.

I was kidnapped and sent to the forced labor camp to be brainwashed. The guards there beat me brutally, shocked me with electric batons, and whipped me with a lash. They did not allow me to sleep, and hung me up with my hands behind my back and my feet off the ground. They also deceived us with fake versions of Teacher's articles. This is their so-called "help and education."

An old lady told about the story of her whole family being persecuted. Her husband got cerebral thrombosis in 1998, and he lost control of his left eye and left arm. He even had difficulty holding a bowl. After he started to practice Falun Gong, all the illnesses went away in just 7 days. Dafa is really supernormal! It is Dafa that has given him a second life. When Jiang's regime started to persecute Falun Gong on July 20, 1999, she and her husband went to Beijing to appeal. As a result, we were detained and fined. Now the husband is in a brainwashing class and the old lady was forced to abandon her home. Her eldest daughter was sentenced to forced labor re-education.

The brutality in Funing County Brainwashing Class in Hebei Province: the thugs there imposed all sorts of physical and mental tortures on Dafa practitioners everyday, attempting to force them to give up their belief in Dafa. Practitioners were subjected to tortures for extended periods of time. The class often displayed videos that slander Dafa. Everyday, each practitioner only got a bowl of rice soup. Practitioners must lie down in the room. They could not sit or stand, nor could they talk to each other.

I was detained in Funing County Detention Center after I went to Beijing to appeal. All the practitioners here were brutally tortured by the guards. Some had swollen faces; some were forced to squat on the cold cement floor barefoot for as long as one full day; some had their hands covered with bruises due to electric shocks; some had bruises all over the body; some could not wear shoes because their feet were too swollen; some could not walk nor squat. The perpetrators of this abuse are Dang Fagui, Ru Gongxi and Li Zhaokui.
