It is a right that cannot be deprived by anyone. Peacefully expressing one's opinion is his or her individual right yet different from civil rights. Civil rights only apply to citizens. Today, fifty-four people solemnly declared that all their words and actions against Falun Dafa under forceful brainwashing and high-pressure persecution are invalid. They restate that they are still Falun Gong practitioners. They will conduct themselves according to the requirements of Dafa and redouble their efforts to compensate for the losses they caused to Dafa. They will more diligently clarify the truth to people of the world in the future and will catch up with Master's Fa-rectification process closely.

On February 3rd, 2002, six practitioners from Houcen Township in Quzhou County, Hebei Province were arrested while posting an announcement of "Celebrate February 4th as Hebei Falun Dafa Day." Wei Jiping, County Director, feared the loss of his position, so he issued an order to arrest practitioners within the county. Qiao Linghuai, the Director of Anzai County Police Station, as well as other lawless people kidnapped many practitioners. The practitioners held hunger strikes to protest, and they were all released sixteen days later without being charged.

Cultivation Story
After I practiced Falun Dafa, my migraine headache disappeared. My spouse's cerebral thrombosis improved as well. After July 20th, 1999, my spouse was illegally detained for four months, and the authorities extorted 4,000 Yuan [Chinese currency, the monthly salary for an average Chinese urban worker is about 500 Yuan] from us. I was also arrested and illegally detained in a brainwashing class. On January 23, 2002, the authorities kidnapped me again and forced my fingerprint on a statement. Now, I solemnly declare that the forceful fingerprinting is invalid.

Overseas practitioners calling into China is a very powerful and effective method. I have mainly two tips to share from my experience:

1. It is best to make lots of calls, for when you reach a certain amount of people, the outcome is quite good. When talking on the phone, talk concisely and let the other person know that you are calling about Falun Gong, and that you are calling from different parts of the world. Let them know that no matter how secretive their persecution is, their names and phone numbers are known by the whole world. The fact that their deeply hidden and guilty conscience is being exposed under the powerful field of righteous thoughts is enough to suppress and eliminate the evil.

2. Set up websites that discuss interesting topics. We could set up websites discussing special topics aimed at people's different interests, such as educating children, relationship between husband and wife, expressions of the heart, novels, music, the Chinese economy, mysterious phenomena around the world, new scientific discoveries, cultivation stories, etc. It is easy for this kind of website to spread among people by word of mouth. In addition, it is inexpensive and covers a large area. It is also convenient for downloading and distributing appropriate contents from these special-topic websites, which can be aimed at different groups of people.

I am a teacher. Before May 1st of last year, I was arrested and illegally held in a detention center for nearly seven months because I posted truth-clarifying materials. I suffered all kinds of inhuman tortures. However, I kept righteous thoughts in mind and didn't submit to the evil. A letter from Dafa practitioners in Fengcheng City, Jiangxi Province, to their fellow citizens: A group of evil thugs including Wang Yihe and Hong Fuzi illegally ransacked practitioners' homes, imposed huge fines on practitioners, subjected practitioners to endless detention and hard labor education. Analysis of the Li Yanhua case aired on Focus Talk in CCTV: Li Yanhua never had diabetes. After she started to practice Falun Gong, she was free of illness and was very healthy. How could she get diabetes just because she distributed truth-clarifying materials to over 330 households? Is nose-bleeding the symptom of diabetes patients? The fact is that in order to extract a confession and gain political credit, the vicious policemen beat 58-year-old Li Yanhua to death.
