(Clearwisdom.net) The so-called "Legal System School" of the Drug Rehabilitation Center, Huangpu District, Guangzhou City, is actually a brainwashing center for Falun Dafa practitioners. The brainwashing center receives orders directly from the "610 Office"(a bureau specifically created by the Chinese government to persecute Falun Gong. It has absolute power over each level of administration in the Party, as well as over the political and judiciary branches) of the city and province. Practitioners detained there have no freedom. Every door is welded with iron bars. Looking from the outside, no one can tell what is going on inside. There are 1 to 3 Dafa practitioners locked in each room. Each room is monitored by 1 or 2 surveillance cameras 24 hours a day. "Principal" Guo Weichu is the former head of the "610 Office" in Liwan District. He misuses his many skills to persecute Dafa practitioners. Everything done to harm Dafa practitioners during brainwashing is of his design.
(1) - Installation of surveillance cameras - In order hide the dark truth of the intense persecution from the general public, efforts are made to minimize the number of workers at the center. Every room has a surveillance camera. There are even cameras in the bathrooms.
(2) - Pay a high price to hire professional hatchet men from out of town - The people who work in the brainwashing facility of the Huangpu District Drug Rehabilitation Center are mostly from Guangzhou. In attempts to evade criminal responsibility and to escape future punishment, officials pay a high price to hire professional hatchet men from outside of Guangzhou. These evil men follow Guo's instructions to beat and physically torture Dafa practitioners. Some practitioners were not allowed to sleep for over a dozen days. Some were forced to stand constantly. Some were stabbed with needles. Some had their heads tied to toilets in the bathroom. These ruffians used special techniques to wantonly beat practitioners. The sounds of crying and abuse were non-stop.
(3) - Force practitioners to listen to audiotapes and watch videotapes that defame Falun Dafa's founder.
(4) - Force practitioners to write the so-called "three guarantees" (documents which slander and denounce the practice of Falun Dafa and it's founder) to defame Falun Dafa's founder.
Presently, there are still many practitioners being detained in the facility. The situation is alarming. Please pay attention.
