An Account of the Torture of Female Dafa Practitioner Su Juzhen at Masanjia Labor Camp, Liaoning Province

(Clearwisdom.net) After July 20, 1999 when Jiang's regime started to persecute Dafa, Su Juzhen, a woman Dafa practitioner in Liaoning Province was arrested and taken to the detention center after she went to appeal for Falun Dafa in Beijing. At the detention center, the police handcuffed her because of her insistence on continuing to practice the exercises and studying the Fa. The police tied her hands behind her back with one hand over the shoulder and the other hand against the lower back. They then began to apply a great deal of force to pull the two hands toward one another and handcuff them together. An average person would not last more than a day and a night being cuffed this way, yet she tenaciously endured such torture. Later the police used two high voltage electric batons to shock her, yet she was not fazed. After a few more days police sent her to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp. She was among the first group of veteran Falun Dafa practitioners subjected to such illegal labor "re-education."

After several months I also was sent to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp, and both of us were being put in the same brigade. She was on the third floor, and I was on the second floor. Both of our cells were across the hallway from the guard's office. One day the evil police summoned Juzhen to their office. I listened carefully to find out what was going on in there. All I could hear was the sparking noise of the electric batons. A little while later someone came out of the office. I saw Juzhen tied to the bedpost. They kept her there for two days and one night without letting her eat, sleep, or go to bathroom. When she was finally let out, several people carried her since her legs were so weak that she could not walk by herself. Since then she seldom went out for the morning drill, and her movements were under close surveillance. The labor camp did not stop torturing her until she was totally disabled. When she was finally let out she could not move around by herself, nor could she utter a word.

Atrocities like this are innumerable at the labor camp. This is just one example of many. I wrote this account to expose the evils at the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp so that people can recognize these hideous atrocities.
