[Mianyang City, Sichuan Province] Claiming to be Directed by Official Documents, Police from Xinhua Forced Labor Camp Boasted that Falun Dafa Practitioners can be Tortured to Death
According to news from Xinhua Male Forced Labor Camp in Mianyang City, Sichuan Province, police officers there have transferred unwavering Falun Dafa practitioners to a single unit, as of December. They are getting ready to persecute the practitioners even more heinously. The police boasted that they could use any means to torture the practitioners, even to death, to achieve their goals. Currently, they have used number of torture methods on four practitioners, including "tying the ropes" [The police tie up the practitioner with a thin rope, circle the rope around his neck, and tie his hands behind his back. Then the police use all the force they can muster to tighten the rope. The rope becomes tighter and tighter around the body of the practitioner, and makes it more and more difficult for him to breathe. The pain is so intense that the practitioner sometimes loses control of his bladder. There were instances when the rope was tightened enough to break a practitioner's arm]. The officers even claimed that they were following directives from official documents.
[Jiangyou City, Sichuan Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Li Yonghong and Kang Meirong Are arrested
On Friday, November 8th, Falun Dafa practitioner Li Yonghong, a 27-year-old graduate student, was clarifying the truth in a marketplace. He was taken away by plainclothes policemen. As he was being led away, he shouted out "Falun Dafa is Good!" Many people on the street were stunned by his action, and concerned for him. Li was illegally sentenced to 18 months in prison for practicing Falun Gong, this while he was still attending university. He was only released in August of this year. Li has been very diligent in studying Falun Dafa, and he did not cooperate with any evil demands while he was under the furious persecution of the evil force. Currently he is being detained at one of the detention centers in Jiangyou City, Sichuan province.
Fellow practitioner Kang Meirong, housewife, about 40 years old, was sentenced to 18 months in prison for appealing for Falun Gong in Beijing the year before last. She was released earlier this year. However, as of today she has missing for over 10 days. She wasn't carrying any money, and her children have been looking for her.
[Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province] Police Arrest Many Falun Dafa Practitioners
On the afternoon of December 14, practitioner Wang Dongxia, his wife, his mother, and his mother-in-law were taken away from their home by officers from the city police department and Changan police station. A young child was left behind without anyone to care for him.
On the afternoon of December 18, officers from the city police department arrested six practitioners, including Gao Yuhua (female) and Li Tie, at Gao's home.
On the afternoon of December 19, seven practitioners were arrested by the Qianjin police department. Among them were Zhang Baoying (female), Wang Yuhong (female), Cui Shengyun (female), and Wu Qilian (female).
[Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Police Arrest Falun Dafa Practitioners Lin Xu, Xiao Junbi, and Lian Ruizheng
On September 3rd, Niushikou Police Station of Chengdu City arrested three practitioners, Lin Xu, Xiao Junbi (female), and Lian Ruizheng (female). They were taken to the brainwashing class at the Jinjiang "610 office" [an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems.] The office used to be Jinjiang Drug Rehab Center. According to information, there are over a dozen Falun Gong practitioners being detained there. This persecution is the result of a joint effort of the Jinjiang "610 office," neighborhood administration offices, police stations, and community offices under "610" jurisdiction. Niushikou Police Station originally claimed that the practitioners would be released after the 16th Communist Party Congress, but later said the release would depend on the "results" [of the brainwashing].

[Harbin, Heilongjiang Province] Dongli County establishes "Isolated Brainwashing Center"
Dongli County established brainwashing centers at Songjiang hostel. Each session lasts 10 days. Practitioners are not allowed to go home and they are completely isolated. When one class ends, another starts. One by one, practitioners are brought there by force from their homes. To avoid being illegally detained and brainwashed, some practitioners have left their homes and have become homeless.

Song Xu is a Falun Dafa pracitioner from Zhengzhou City. He was illegally arrested by police on November 11, and he was detained at Jinshui Police Station of Zhengzhou City for about seven days. During the detention period, Song suffered atrocious tortures. Later he was transferred to the No. 1 Detention Center of Zhengzhou City. He has been on hunger-strike for almost 40 days now. He has been tortured with force feeding and various other torture methods.

A Falun Dafa practitioner from Heilongjiang went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong. When he got back, his division head was punished. This practitioner then went to talk to his division head in order to introduce the Fa. The division head told him, "I read your book before. There is nothing wrong with it. I believe what you told me." He then continued, "Ever since the Si Qing Movement [prelude of the Cultural Revolution], many people have died under the false accusations of the party."
[Shenyang, Liaoning Province] Masanjia Concentration Camp Starts Another Round of Vicious Brainwashing Attempts
According to the latest news from China, Masanjia labor camp has recently started another round of vicious persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners. Dalian practitioner Wang Haiying (female) is currently facing the persecution because she won't give up the practice. An ex-practitioner who had turned astray from Dafa threatened her, "You will be sent to Sheyang Dabe Prison if you are not reformed."
Wang's husband, Ni Jinghua is illegally detained at Dalian City Forced Labor Camp. They have a 3-year-old daughter who is living with her mother-in-law. Wang's mother-in-law is very sick and needs medical care. The family is 100,000 Yuan in debt [500 Yuan is the average monthly income for an urban worker in China.] Their living conditions are very hard.
