(Clearwisdom.net) I'm a 75-year-old senior, and half my body was paralyzed. I was tired of living because of the suffering associated with this illness.

One day my neighbor, a Dafa practitioner, visited me. She has rosy completion and is full of energy. She told me that she'd had various illnesses before, but they were all cured after practicing Falun Dafa. She told me the story about how she obtained Dafa and the process of her cultivation and practice. She also described how Dafa practitioners were persecuted when appealing in Beijing. In addition, she clarified the truth about the "self-immolation" to me. I was touched very much by the fact that she was so kind and compassionate, all while undergoing such serious persecution. I sensed that most Dafa practitioners were very nice people, so I decided right at that moment that, "I want to learn Dafa!"

Next day my friend brought me a set of Teacher's lecture tapes. I started to listen immediately. They allowed me to drive away all the worries and pains from my head. When my son saw me getting so lively while listening to the tapes all the time, he said to me with gladness, "No matter how much money you have, you cannot buy this. Dad, please practice diligently."

My neighbor taught me the exercises afterwards. Since I was paralyzed down half of my body, one arm and one leg did not function. But when I practiced the "Holding the Wheel" Falun Gong exercise the very first day, I felt my arm was being held up by somebody. I could raise my arm a little bit! Next day, I could raise it as high as my shoulder. On the third day, this poorly functioning arm could almost reach a position as high as it should be, and my leg started to move, too. I even walked down stairs on my own! In the past, I needed to rely on sleeping pills, but now I can sleep soundly without any kind of pills.

A few days ago in one of my dreams, somebody took away the bad fingers of my bad hand, two times. My hand has stopped shaking ever since. Finally one day I could sit in lotus on the sofa, and felt so comfortable is this position that I didn't want to stop. My four sons and daughter have noticed the changes in me, so now they are very supportive of my practice of Falun Gong. They are interested in learning as well, some day when they are not busy.

This real experience of mine shows that Falun Dafa is supernormal. I sincerely hope that all of humankind does not get deceived by those lies widely spread by Jiang's group. If you want to be healthy and morally elevated, please join us to practice Falun Dafa. Let me tell you from the bottom of my heart that, "Falun Dafa is good, and Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance is good."
